The Firkin Frog Micropub in Canterbury

A very cosy micro pub, that is well decorated and welcoming. It didn't seem to have as larger selection of ales as some, but plenty of gins.

Called in here for an afternoon drink. Friendly staff, friendly regulars, felt very welcome here.

Lovely local micro pub. Dog friendly and the resident dogs are very cute. Great selection of drinks and great prices compared to other pubs. Has a real community vibe. Definitely worth a visit.

Really nice inside but limited choice of beers and my pint was well past its best. Visited again yesterday and the beer was still sub standard

Nice welcoming people very small and cosy micropub. Baked potato's were an added bonus delicious. Definitely go there again.

A great afternoon in a tiny and cosy micropub in Herne Bay- went there to watch a concert. Goodl location, close to the beach. Very tasty local cask ales and good atmosphere throughout the whole set. An unexpected treat from the lady bartender - baked potatoes.

Really lovely little pub. Friendly atmosphere and good prices. Have not tried out the live music there on Sundays, but have heard that it is a great afternoon. Will be going back again for sure. This is also a dog friendly pub, so will check it out with my pouch soon 😀

Went in there whilst a band was playing. Great atmosphere. The only issue would be lack of seating when it's busy. Otherwise a nice micro pub well worth a visit.

We went there to see a gig there Sunday and what a great pub great guests and we felt most welcome well done team such a friendly pub great atmosphere and the other company and people in pub was most joy and they have a room around back with games in and a great pint and a great pub thank you for making us feel welcome such a friendly place and owners

My friends in Herne Bay are neighbours and have nothing but positive reviews. Caring staff, reasonably priced drinks, lovely atmosphere. Definitely a treasure in Kent

Good selection of Beer, wine , cider and gin Staff very friendly and efficient. The kind of pub that has a homely friendly feel to it. Live music most Sundays, monthly quiz and best of all the Landlady and Regular customers make all feel welcome.☺️

Can't quite make my mind up about this pleasant enough micropub. Mainly Goody Ales but usually in good condition.

Small but very potential place with cosy atmosphere. Great selection of beers, cider, ales and spirits. Friendly n welcoming crowd of people. Nice service by cool staff. Also dogs friendly. If u try, they didn’t disappoint u.

Fantastic little spot, the owners are lovely people and the bar is cozy and welcoming. There is a fantastic selection of drinks from Ale's and ciders to Gins and Whiskey. It's clean and tidy with a quiet little snug room as well as a main bar area. There is live music at times and it's always a happy place full of laughter and smiles, couldn't think of a better spot to have a drink

The Firkin Frog is a friendly pub that is all due to Jo the manager, great beer , great company and good fun, we adore the pub.

Found this place when we stayed in Herne Bay for a couple of nights, great beers at good prices and a good rum selection. Staff & locals were very friendly.

Nice comfortable and slightly swish real ale bar. Not convinced it fulfils micropub credentials as it serves lager (OK not draught), spirits and pizza. Decent choice of small brewers' ales handpumped rather than gravity dispensed. Assume it's a spin-off from the Firkin Frog in Rochester.

Great selection of beers and spirits and a lovely crowd of people. Also the pub accepts dogs to be taken into the pub :)

Great ale House, good choice of beers and ciders. Friendly land lady and fellow patrons. Some very chilled music from Gavin Alexander. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit
