Kids friendly place for a Sunday roast and the Service was good and quick. My beef roast disappoint , although veg are perfectly cooked and the Yorkshire pudding tasty, I only had 2 slices of beef thinner than ham slice ! In comparison the kids had bigger meat portion.

Six of us had lunch and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Tasty food served properly hot, a wide choice of drinks and high quality service. We will return.

Great pub in the heart of Wimbledon Village. Five family members and a dog went for Sunday roasts. Food was great quality and the portions were generous. Get the Colleflower cheese side. Delicious. Lots of doggy guests there who were all happy.

Sunday roasts are good, very tasty and well prepared. However, the portion size for the veggie option is very small - one carrot, three small potatoes and beetroot wellington. Not good value for money. There should be more vegetables with the veggie option. Secondly, the Mixed Berry Eton mess consisted of one strawberry cut into four pieces with no berries or cream. Not worth the £8:00 cost.

Very good Sunday Lunch. We had the whole chicken for two to share and it was delicious. Excellent service from Hirteshi who was most charming and attentive. A delightful experience.

Tip: go to Wimbledon Museum on Sundays and then walk 10 minutes up the hill to this great pub for the Sunday roast!

Hiteshi was fantastic!! She was the sweetest and most accommodating staff member we came across. But every single person working was great. We came as we were visiting my friend who lives In London not too far - she recommended this place and we were so so happy! Food + service was brilliant. Thank you !!

Well we had just walked from wimbledon tennis 🎾 up to fire stables. It was rammed as expected from all the tennis enthusiasts. We asked on the off chance it there was any chance of a table the lovely lady on front of house said it would be about 1 hr. We got our self's a drink at the bar and the manager who I must have a photographic memory said I know what order people are in and I'll have a table asap. He managed to squeeze us in 20mins later. Such nice polite accommodating friendly staff. The food was great and reasonable for the area 😋. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back in the future. Keep up the good work 10 out of 10 for the manager such a nice guy. 👍

Watched the football here with some beers and a burger. Food was delicious and the staff were lovely, especially considering hiw busy it was.

Warm, friendly service by Lucy. Wide menu- huge crispy fish and chips, really tasty pork and fennel sausages, and good size carrot hummus sharing platter.

We returned to Fire Stables this year having visited last year in Wimbledon fortnight. Enjoyed a good lunch, I had the beef burger for my main course. Good value for money. Service was also very good. The restaurant has a nice feel about it. The only negative from my point of view is that they do not serve any real ales.

Service was outstanding from the moment we walked in. The bartender reassured me that he could make a really great margarita & he did not disappoint! Our server Hiteshi was very sweet & on top of everything.

Great food, service and environment. One of the best pubs in Wimbledon. The Eton mess could have some more strawberries and cream though. Felt a bit dry.

Brunch enroute to Wimbledon Sat watching the crowds passing by the open bifold doors, great service, the most delicious brunch and coffee - we were very happy, could have stayed all day but tennis to watch! Book you won’t be disappointed!

Haven't been for a while so was delighted with excellent food, lovely attentive staff and a really nice, relaxed atmosphere. Good airy summer venue with the windows all open at the front too. Will be back.

The friendliest pub in Wimbledon! Cold beer and a good selection of Bourbon and Gin. Wonderful menu. You will always be greeted with a smile and friendly conversation from the bar staff or from one of the patrons.

We used to visit The Fire Stables and have recently made a return. Its a great local restaurant/pub. The staff are attentive but not over bearing and extremely friendly and professional. The food is great and piping hot. Its a great place to visit for brunch, lunch or dinner with friends or family. You won’t be disappointed.

Walking around Wimbledon village looking for a great dinner we stumbled upon the Fore Stables! The staff was super accommodating (we were a bit annoying asking for a comfortable table and had people join us by surprise, shoutout to Hiteshi for being patient with us) and helped us out with what we needed. We also got to taste and choose the wine of our preference! The food was very tasty and flavorsome. Massive Fish&chips, perfectly cooked steak. But the winner of the dinner was the prawn starter. Will definitely recommend to others and return for a Sunday Roast!

We had dinner and it was lovely. The food was delicious, the seafood was very fresh. It was a hot day and they had the windows at the front open, which was nice. We were served by Hiteshi who was very attentive and nice.

Lovely setting but over priced for a pub. The service was poor - we ate here and the staff member serving spent most the evening on the phone rather than serving. She paid no attention to people dining checking how everyone was or clearing tables. The bill had the cheek to include service - usually staff make an effort to earn a tip. Such a shame the front of house let down the kitchen as the food was excellent.

The small Lady Maria was very good. service Given by her was excellent. Just loved the atmosphere and environment at fire stables.

They have some of the amazing vegan options which is why I love to go there. The quality of the their food and ambience are wonderful. They excel in providing great customer service. I would like to mention especially about one of their staff named Maria who was very friendly and excellent at work.

We rented the front of the bar for my parents 50th wedding anniversary (surprise!). It went so smoothly, thanks to the above and beyond service from Yiesha and Sav. Throughout the whole booking process Yiesha answered my every question and nothing was ever too much hassle. We had 45 people in the end and the venue size was perfect. The food was delish, everyone was well fed and satisfied (from the events menu we nearly doubled the serving quantities but it still worked out great value per person as everyone had 1-2 little plates full). The crayfish cocktail in particular got loads of complements. Very glad we chose the Firestables for our celebration. Just look at the beautiful display they put together for our cake and toast 😍

Great place for a Thursday night - Hiteshi was a dream, best service in ages and made the evening great!

I had one of the best Sunday roasts I have had in a long time, really tasty and well presented. I love that I can bring my dog along as well. The staff are friendly enough if a little aloof and it can be quite echoey at the back which was difficult for my dad who uses hearing aids. But when we have be seated in the front area that was not an issue at all so we just request that when possible.

Lovely building, visited in a 28 degree day but with the whole front window open made it a pleasant atmosphere. Good pub food and friendly service. Best lemon, lime and bitters I’ve had in the UK!

Really impressed with everything about the Fire Stables. Very friendly staff and fast service. Great atmosphere and dog friendly. We both had a roast dinner - mine was great, my partners beef slices were tough. However they kindly took money off the bill (not expected by us), but a kind gesture. So very impressed with their customer service.

From the new brunch menu we had full english breakfasts which were amazing and great value. However it was the fabulous Bloody Marys that stole the show! They are a must and will be the first thing we order on our next visit. Thanks Dev!!
