O espaço é aconchegante e agradável para passar algumas horas, como no nosso caso, que tínhamos 16 horas entre uma conexão e outra sendo que o aeroporto fecha durante a noite, impossibilitando o acesso a sala VIP. Nesta cafeteria fomos bem acolhidos, há várias tomadas espalhadas pelo ambiente para recarregar os celulares, os preços são justos e o atendimento foi simpático. Super indico.

The cakes and cookies always seem to be very very stale.!! I now only buy the hot drinks which isn’t the greatest if other coffee shops are closed. In addition, I receive student discount. Cafe Nero is not authentically Italian.

Visiting the house of Lords and passed by Caffe Nero for a quick bite and a drink. Staff were friendly and professional but the tuna melt was not so nice.

Solid little spot to get a grab and go coffee, some lunch options too. Very small, and quite busy and fast pace not the sort of place to stand around and browse. Staff are friendly enough and the pricing is what you'd expect from the area/a chain coffee shop.

Quick coffee stop at this Cafe Nero- right opposite the Big Ben, and next to Tesco Express. Its tiny- no seating- so more of a takeaway franchise. The staff were cheerful and polite- prompt at their service. The food options were well-stocked, and the coffee tasted great as always!

The team in the software looks professional and they were actually friendly the atmosphere the shop quite tight you can't find a place to sit in things are good for takeaways

Visited there on Friday late afternoon 17.15pm, only one person served, toilet was disgusting unhygienic, no soaps, no one clean tables, people came in used for seating area without buying anything, this poor employee was not octopus. One person only have two hand. Nero coffee should consider hire extra body.

I visited with my 10 week old baby, who decided to have a meltdown as soon as I was in the queue. All the staff were extremely helpful, and went out of their way to make my trip easier. I very much appreciated the support - and the sandwich and coffee were great too! #mumslovenero

Forget the foam art, skip the scones, ignore the queue that snakes and groans, This Nero's charm's not fancy schmancy, just Big Ben's bongos, loud and trancey. Tourists gape, wide-eyed and enthralled, at history's hands, tick-tocking sprawled, While I sip lattes, frothy gold, and watch the world, in stories unfold. Sure, fancier joints may raise an eyebrow, at muffins standard, seats not cushy, But Big Ben's boom, it drowns the doubt, "Best Nero in the UK, no question, scout!"

As a loyal customer for over 7 years , I have never had a bad experience at Nero until today ! I visited Bluewater Nero upstairs , I was sitting down waiting for my mum to come to order as she went to find a toilet as there is none inside Nero ! I was told by a trainee , brown eyes , brown hair with a bears , no taller than 5ft 6 to leave because I haven’t bought a coffee ( I understand this ) but the manner he spoke to me in was disgraceful. I explained that I was waiting for my mum to come back to order , he walked off and started swearing about me to another barrister ? What because I didn’t buy a coffee straight away? Once my mum returned , she went in the line to order and he came back spoke to me with an aggressive tone so I pointed that my mum was ordering , I packed my stuff and told my mum I refuse to buy a coffee after feeling so unwelcome . The other staff are so lovely , I’ve never had a problem , this is the first time I’ve encountered such an unprofessional, rude barrister . I wanted to get a name for this man but I felt so upset I left .

The coffee ☕️ shop in Bromley, was so busy, the team was concentrating on takeaway orders, clients were left waiting for 25 min minimum 😒, appalling.

Very disappointing coffee today, not for the first time. The takeaway Flat White in my own Caffè Nero reusable cup, was lukewarm with so much froth it was like an extra frothy small cappuccino. Didn’t bother taking it back because of the usual long queue served by the usual solo barista. I used to come here quite often but it’s deteriorated so much over the last several months and is so lousy now, I’ll not be coming back. Enough.

We were in area and decided to have coffee at Cafe Nero in Knightsbridge We got our coffee, looked fr place to sit one of one of Couch was soo hollow, lot of tables were dirty wth food crumbs around, couches were worn out and some were dirty. I needed the loo and it was soo dirty, disgusted. One would think been in knightsbridge area would be a good cafe very clean. Never again would I visit here.

Extremely impressed with the efficiency of this place. My fam of 10 got breakfast and coffee here at a very busy time of the morning, and the entire staff was patient with us and got us everything we needed. They move people through really well, and the quality is solid. Can’t beat the location with a view to Big Ben!

What to say again? Caffè Nero us always my favourite caffe in London (and not because was my first job in London in 2007!). Relax atmosphere, decent food and excellent coffee. If you never did you HAVE to try the Italian sau and pancetta roll.

Restaurant was in need of a good clean , the dust on the top of the cabinet is very visible from the upstairs and very of putting to customers sitting there. All the tables upstairs were dirty and needing cleared , only one other customer in the restaurant so unsure why it was like this

A very tired cafe with poor management. I work on the railway and only use this cafe as it is close by. I have come here for several years. The decor is so tired and the place is generally dirty, one look under any table will prove that. It is clear that no money is spent on this cafe as it will be busy anyway from the footfall of the train station. Every summer the Air-conditioning is off/broken and it is unbearable to sit inside with the humidity and heat. The Staff are mediocre at best and the majority of them find it even hard to raise a smile. A couple of the staff come across quite aggressive and clearly rub some customers up the wrong way. It’s unfortunate really as the cafe is in a good location (just outside the station) and you think they would want to attract the customers away from Starbucks (inside the station).

Really bad customer service from one of the staff member.. I was queuing up waiting to buy a drink and a member of staff opened the staff door behind me and knocked me flying and the door hit my arm really hard with a lot of force so I looked at him as I didn’t expect it waiting for an apology or even any acknowledgment and he just gave me a dirty look like it was my fault and carried on his business. I would describe the staff member as male, slim build, clean shaven ,short light brown hair and a birth mark on the side of his face. Due to this as I was so annoyed I just walked out without buying anything as I didn’t want to spend my hard earn money in cafe neroes. Staff to need to be retrained on customer service especially him. Poor service and miserable staff

A flaky experience at Caffè Nero - Bedford St. in London There had been a scarce glance enough to be reluctantly unserved a brownish hot water which never touched a drop of coffee. Next time, I deeply recommend hiring another staff member who were able to prepare a truly “caffè vero”.

Small shop just by the most visited attractions of London, therefore it can get really busy, however, since I couldn't see any seats there at the time of my weekend early morning visit, I suppose that it's working only on takeaway basis. Regardless, both the coffee and food are delicious and good value for money. I can recommend.

The heart of Westminster is a bit of a coffee wasteland but if you're desperate, this is probably your best bet (assuming it doesn't taste burnt, which it can do at times).

Always use cafe Nero at Newmarket and staff are great but haven’t been for a couple of months , and boy has it changed went the other day while I get that they are training but when asked do you want your mince pie warm and you say no thank you And then it’s heated Then they can’t count at till and no apology the staff I guess in charge says we will take the staff word I know it was 20 p but that’s not the point bill 6.25 I gave 10.25 change I given was 3.80 then she said I gave her 10.09 that still not right Place was full of cups and stuff toilets disgusting

Euston branch. Good location away from the noise of Euston station & pretty with Christmas tree. 4 staff there but only 1 girl serving and 3 out back. Tables full of dirty plates & cups not cleared. One toilet that was really grubby. Dirty floor and just generally grimy. Just a sandwich & a drink which was fine. Food ok there. Staff just need to sort it out and have a bit of pride in the place. Also toilet needs a thorough clean and then cleaned more regularly,

First visit here after a pit stop. Standing by the window with my egg mayo sandwich, Americano and kettle crisps, I looked out to the awesome sight of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Not a bad view! The cafe was small, well stocked, warm and inviting on a chilly morning. A nice little find.

Nothing like a good nero oat flat white

Terrible service from a rude manager. Why do they have 06:00 as opening hours when they can’t deal with the influx of early customers. Located beside a busy tube station so they are probably not properly equipped to deal with the customers at an early hour. Many times I have found the door closed and locked with staff inside ignoring people. It’s not the right way to run a business. The manager is definitely not a people person. Just because people are promoted or trained to be managers, doesn’t make them ideal management material. If they decide that deliveries are more important than customers then they should not open till 07:00 or else take deliveries at a more appropriate time.

Visited in Southend. Service was slow but the worst thing was the dreadful conditions of the toilets! I was speechless and will never return needless to say.

It was OK as a fast coffee shop in front of Big Ben and just outside Westminster Tube Station and on side Westminster Pier. When I visited though there was very little choice of sandwich and no Iced drink as apparently blender was not working. You could get a coffee with ice cubes which was fine considering it was hot that day. There is no seating space.

Leider gar nicht empfehlenswert, war mit Freuden da. Wir gingen in das eh schon sehr kleine, enge und stickig Café und mussten trotz leerem Laden 10 Minuten warten um unsere Bestellung überhaupt erst aufzugeben. Das Personal schien mit unserer Bestellung (4 Milkshakes) total überfordert. Nachdem wir dann abermals 10 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung warteten, war diese (Milkshakes) keine Milkshakes mehr sondern eine künstlich schmeckende Brühe. Als wir diese extrem überteuerten Shakes dann bezahlten gab es nichtmal das richtige Trinkgeld zurück. Leider kannten wir die bestimmten Vokabeln nicht um dieses zurück zu verlangen. Nachdem wir die Shakes herunter bekommen hatten war uns allen schlecht. Und das ist kein Witz. Unsere Bäuche taten extrem weh und uns war so schlecht das wir nichtmal mehr richtig gehen konnten. Jetzt 5 Tage später haben wir immer noch alle Durchfall. Und wir sind weder Laktoseintolerant noch ist das eine Übertreibungen. Der Besuch im Café Nero hat unseren ganzen London Aufenthalt zerstört. Insgesamt also: 1. Extrem lange Wartezeiten 2. Schlechtes Personal 3. Überteuerte Produkte 4. Ekelhafte Produkte NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT

I had an amazing vegan sausage roll made of spiced butternut pumpkin! Flaky pastry and amazing filling! The coffee was alright, that vegan sausage roll was a dream!
