The Fire Place in Hartlepool

Absolutely disappointing. 4 small bits of chicken in a mega watery curry. The milkshake had clearly been made and left for a long time 🤮 the chips and chicken pieces were just terrible.

Idk about all the fools on here but there pizzas are better than anyone’s in the town 😂😂

Ordered food at 9:30. Delivery by 10:30pm was what i was told. I called up at 10:40pm to ask where things were. Met with a miserable response from someone on the other end. The food has just turned up at 11:10. Will not be ordering from here again. £40 for a delivery 40 minutes late. 1 hour 40 minutes for an expensive average meal.

Worst parmo ever,, sure it was yesterday's reject,, cold , hard as ,and salty, two bits and binned it ,, shame about it food norm good,, despite today

Food was late being delivered, I called and was promised a call back but nada, and as you can see from the photo, I ordered a parmo but I'm not entirely sure that's what I got.

Order Number: 240229-172-449-333. Ordered via Hartlepool eats, food arrived 20 minutes late then expected arrival time. When it arrived it was stone cold & the pizza box lid was squashed on the pizza meaning all the toppings was congealed on the lid. The cheesy chips was just a big hard lump of congealed mess Ended up wasting £15 as the food had to go in the bin. No idea if this business has changed hands because they never used to be this terrible

Do not order from ear Costa use cheap c*** frozen food yet frozen food and a taste are fuelled disgusting and follow oil absolutely dirty and discussion Would rate it as 0

Absolutely awful! base of pizza burnt, food was cold and chicken still undercooked. Find somewhere else to eat!!

The food was not nice salad dreadful the parmo was a bit of chicken and cheese burnt on the bottom the mixed chicken kabab was nice chips ok too the order was 30 pounds so only 2 out of 4 of us ate it I have it all here to take back tomorrow i rang the takeaway and the guy said I don’t know what you want me to do about that ! So I said I want a free decent meal for 2 next time. I will report back when I go down with thie food tomorrow at 4 when they r open .

Kebab box lovely calzone 8 quid was really looking forward to it when it arrived the outside looked phenomenal inside stone cold dough was wet as if it was just rolled was so.undercooked my mushrooms were hard and cheese on inside wasnt even melted

Fantastic food. Ive tasted a lot of coleslaw. But never as good as this even from the top hotel restaurants in london. The scampi is full of flavour and the chicken is moist tender andbouncing with flavour. My kitchen has been out of use so the fireplace have been a saviour. 5 stars doesnt cover the quality freshness or portion size of this delicious food. Great job guys.

Ordered pizza at 6:18 through Deliveroo. received a confirmation email. Pizza has not turned up just after 7 . Told it was on its way.. rang at 7.30. to cancel. Delivery still turned up at 7.45. Very pleasant delivery person who was very apologetic. Not his fault. Will not be using them again

So we ordered yesterday food come and its was stone cold rang up there said sorry next time you order we would get it for free to replace yesterdays! so we rang tonight was willing to put the extra to the order if I needed to so the took our order there rang back said we could only have the pizza for free but not the rest if the order even though yesterday order came to 22 pound like wont be going back there again even though the full order WENT IN THE BIN I GOT PICS OF FOOD cheese went hard cos it was that COLD

The food is amazing! But ordered food at 1830 the food didn't arrive until 2055, with parts of the order missing.

Get the fireplace special burger, it's outrageous (in a good way)

Terrible food waiting times terrible delivery even worse

Dreadful takeaway, worst experience in 10 years of takeaways. Ordered online for delivery at 6.53pm was originally told delivery around 25 mins, that then changed to 8pm-8.20pm, at 8.30pm tried calling the restaurant after the 5th call they answered apologised and said maximum 15 to 20 mins. So around 9.05pm (young kids very hungry at this point) called again 4 times until answered, so sorry its here made so will be with you in 10 mins. 9.45pm called again and again etc. got through they said its on its way eventually arrived cold, pizza like cardboard, parmo dried out like the desert, wrong items delivered. They are just full of lies, using the excuse we are busy, well if that busy they should of declined my order and i could of gone to a proper takeaway so first and last time. I wish you all luck getting fed before midnight if ordering from these.

First and last time piza was one of the worst I've ever had only eat 2 slices fuming

Very nice, got a meal deal for £12, parmo, pizza, chips, salad, 2 sauces and a bottle of pop and a portion of Donner kebab. More than enough for 2 people. Friendly staff. Also do deliveries for a small charge.

Ordered once won’t be going back. The pizza and parmo were like a Sahara desert. The cheese and chips were freezing and rubbery cheese. Also ordered on Uber and delivery was 20-30 minutes on the app and the delivery took over an hour.
