ordered a large kebab with garlic and salad,asked for it seperate with a pitta and they gave me a plain kebab full of fresh salad with a LARGE tub of garlic and an extra pitta😍. 10 inch garlic bread with cheese was absolutely amazing!! so fresh and hot! chips where so fluffy and crispy too. thank you!!🥰

Two kebabs. Freezing, dripping and tasted foul. What a waste of money! Never again.

Foods unreal but the salads not very nice taste like Soap and perfume not fresh tasted out of date

Pretty cheap prices for anything you fajcy to eat they have alot of viriatea and options for you to choose from ky personal favourite and opinion is there kebab wrap woth chips and bbq saice on the inside of the wrap because you get a lovely lamb tasting feature from the kebab meat and a lovwly salty but peppery taste from it aswell plus the lovely well done chips + theyre lovely bbq saice and there lovely staff

Been coming here over 25 years, great food, great family & the best chilli sauce in the town.

That was the worst cheese burger I have ever eaten and there tell you 45 mins and your food is with you but there lie cos it took 55 mins and the delivery driver I said this was supposed to be here 5 mins and ago and his reply was oh some people cheeky git was he is

I honestly cannot knock anything,pizza excellent mixed kebab excellent taste amazing. Service again excellent and atmosphere 💯 wow all the staff are amazing full of smiles cheerful and look like they enjoyed there Jobs just wow. Keep up the good work girl's,I say that as one of the guys said the music was too loud,naaahhhhh lol 😆

The award of worst parmo I have ever had goes to tasty bites. Ordered after a night out, parmo dried up and burnt, I am pretty sure this had been returned to the shop undelivered and reheated. Definetly not recommended.

Friendly and professional. Happy to say I only eat takeaway from here. Would recommend to anyone and everyone

Diabolical experience. Ordered an hour and a half ago. Called the establishment three times and was reassured the order was en route. But ultimately it never arrived. Terrible service. Extremely saddening.

Excellent kebabs and big portions.

I only eat the kebab meat out of there. The cheese is mouldy The chicken some looks bad and they have chopped off the bad I have only eat out or there when all the shops are closed. Kebab meat comes out the freezer onto the grill and then back in the freezer and the curtains are stuck inside of each other so I will only eat that

I ordered food about 2 weeks ago and my parmo didn't have no marshmallow on and she was very rude about it and she said I didn't know what marshmallow was when I know what it is it's like thick and creamy sauce and it's very rude about it and then I got text straight after saying nasty words on my text message I would not recommend ordering from this place because it's disgusting place it's not worth the money I paid £10 for the order and absolutely disgusting and the staff is very rude

Worst takeaway in Hartlepool. Walked in to a very rude member of staff who told us to ignore menu as it was wrong. We ordered chicken nuggets and chips and a portion of donner meat and chips which the member of staff just shouted £10 which is ridiculous for what we got. When the food was ready i asked if i could have some chilli sauce on my chips to which i got shouted at that sauces are extra and he will charge me next time. I am sorry but after paying £10 i thought that i was entitled to a bit of sauce, i have never paid extra for sauce anywhere else!! My other half wanted garlic mayo on thiers but by this point didn’t dare ask so ended up eating dry food. Quality of food wasn't up to much either. Rude staff, bad food, over charged. Avoid like the plague. Will never ever visit again.

Bought cheesy chips and garlic sauce, chips were mediocre at best, cheese tasted stale as if it'd been left out for a while and the garlic sauce stunk of vinegar, only reason I haven't gave 1 star is because it was reasonably priced and staff were friendly.

Ordered a kebab with cheese and chilli when it came it was cheese and chips . Phoned them and they say they can't do anything because the ticket says cheese and chips . So there mistake can't be put right !!! Not the first time they have got the order wrong . Won't be using the place again

The chicken was hard and discussing payed 9.20 3 pieces chicken chips salad with chips no phone number to phone them I'm not happy I'm mad now

Ordered food at 12,30 didn't turn up knock at me door 3,30 in the morning with me food was a sleep woke is up it were disgusting stone cold all the chips went straight in the bin freezing and like mush unreal never again would I order from here

Ordered for first time due to new to area wonderful pizza and burgers best shop in town I would deffo be going back here. Was dead on time and very polite couldnt give a better rating would deffo reccomend

Really enjoy the kebab meat so have ordered multiple times however always something missing! One time it was chips says we would get them next time we ordered and a few times forget to send pitta or given garlic instead of chilli. After waiting one n half hours for delivery of special kebab n chips with no pitta once again to be told we will get it half an hour we’ll not good enough won’t be using again n definitely won’t recommend this establishment totally unreliable 😡

We ordered two pieces of chicken and chips for four and two tubs of garlic, didn't have to wait long at all, food was hot , chicken was fantastic,, and chips were great, best take away we have had in long, long time . Thank you staff at Tasty Bites. We will order again. X

They are now 35 minutes late and keep hanging up on me when I try to ring them..

Ordered twice off just eat both time been very late and tonight again being very late was told that they ran out of what I ordered however no one rang me to tell me this info I found out after ringing them never going again

Rang at 7pm to order my food to be delivered at 9pm. It turned up at 9.45pm,my little un had to go to bed, i wasnt happy, when food came my pizza was like cardboard, looked like it had been cooked 2 days before.. Awful.. I rang up the line was that crackly i coukdnt hear a thing. Think he said they would send another one so ive had to sit up waiting. Im still sat waiting. Cant eat it now its to late and im to angry

Order 3 piece of chicken and chips and the like rubber and the chicken was not cooked properly then I phone up to tell them that it wasn't cooked properly and they put the phone down on me ever since the owner stopped working every day its really got worse

Order chicken and chips with a tub of garlic , they delivered the food but forgot the garlic so I phoned back and they said we will get it straight out , but then they phoned 10 mins later saying it would take 30 to 40mins so we could have a free tub another time (I don't know how it is free though considering we paid for it) and we didn't want it for another time we wanted it with the food we had ordered, wouldn't of ordered the food had we known

Can't fault this place food took over a hour to come purely because the lass couldn't find the address. Within 2 minutes of her dropping it off there was another delivery of all fresh food, not many places would do that
