took 2 hours to arrive and when it did come the food was freezing cold. was sat there for over an hour just getting colder and colder. rang the staff, who where rude and they wouldn’t send another of what i ordered so i basically threw the money away. wouldn’t recommend to anybody!!!

Really bad food was so cold and chips was soggy pizza was dry not enough pizza sauce also asked for chilli and a garlic sauce was only sent garlic disappointed in this food would never order again

Food was absolutely outstanding. Pizza was one of the best we’ve had for ages, and the chicken kebab was delicious. I’d had a few bad orders previously but decided to give them another try, and I’m so glad I did! 10/10 food.

I ordered The Godfather 2 & The box Mixed Kebab It was ny daughters birthday. I know Ivordered too much haha Our family ended up in a food coma, Plenty to have for today too. food was steaming hot, cooked to perfection. Worth every penny. why did I pick Marios. Used the Marios in Church Square. Also love Super Mario hahaha.

Dropped in for takeaway. Didn't accept card payment? Nearest cashpoint charged £1.50 to withdraw money. Ordered cheeseburger and chips, chicken fillets and donner meat, very reasonable prices. Took around 15 minutes to make, managed to park easily outside. Website is very good if you want to view before you call in. Overall not bad but the food wasn't the best tasting food so probably won't return.

Orderd last night.. pizza was stone cold.. chips where rock solid... won't be going back 🤮

I went here today and ordered 2 parmos and when got home they where really Greasy and soggy for what I paid not worth it

Just ordered the Papa Chillis Special Wrap and can safely say best wrap I’ve had from a takeaway hands down. Kebab meat was beautifully moist and was accompanied very well with the parmo chicken. 100% will order again.

Pizza okay, but SFC chicken tasted very unpleasant, as if fried in ancient oil. Binned it.

Ordered a quarter burger with salad and chips.when the food came the burger was warm no salad on it and the chips were warmed up burnt and hard.phoned them up and got told all drivers have went home so they would send out some more salad n chips the next night.absolutley a digrace n disgusting to send food out like that.have ordered from here many times but wont be again for a long time.

Wasn't going to leave a review as I decided id ring instead, but after the night I had I thought differently. I ordered the family feast, it took over an hour and half to deliver, chips and doner meat were stone cold, chips were binned had to warm everything else as parmo, which was tasteless and bland and pizzas were only warm. I only ate half of half of the parmo, good job as I was up during the night with stomach cramps and being sick, when I did call them about the cold food I was told it was left on the step as was contactless but I opened the door and took it in within a minute, then I was told they were extremely busy, then I got sorry about that 🤣 ok so chips were binned, and theres two half pizzas and a bland chicken parmo here, and they sorry about that, Worst £20 i ever spent as ended up cooking. On th upside if u like doner kebab that was ok, u may have to heat it up first. Once they have the cash they sorry about that 🤣

Food was late and cold, Ben and Jerry's icecream was place with hot food so it was melted, phoned to tell the shop of the mistake and was told to put it in freezer and have it tomorrow and if I wasn't happy dont order again which I obviously wont with this type of attitude to customers Terrible customer service and food is below par I'd avoid personally as their attitude to freezing and reheating sounds like food poisoning waiting to happen Below

Disrespectful staff, I ordered a kids pizza with 2 topping which I normally order and It usually comes to 3 pound but he said it is now extra because of a new menu, but I ordered the same thing 4 days before and it was 3 pound as usual. Another customer got her food and left the shop and they started taking about her and calling her in front of me. Over all a bad experience wouldn't recommend going their and I will not be going their again my self.

I'm posting from my daughters account, and I must say I have used papa chillis a decent amount and Yet I am still dissatisfied. The pizzas taste uncooked. If there is no chip spice on a pizza I will not eat it. Therefore I make myself clear when I order to put it on, and the receiver on the other side of the phone says they will buy everytime the London pizza has came we have had no chip spice on. Ringing back has had no impact as they admitted they didn't put it on but they heard me say I wanted it. Waste of money, waste of time, would not recommend as they can't be bothered to get your order correct and have complained multiple occasions.

Been having papa chilli's for years now always found the food good, some times delivery is a long time but that's because there so popular and busy, tonight I had part of my order missing when I phoned the shop they brought what was missing from the order straight away thank you papa chilli's
