ordered food and waited over an hour just for them to close without having delivered my order. used to be a regular pick up customer but the food’s not even good enough for the service to be so poor

I don't believe that the delivery driver was at fault although the service overall was just unnecessarily poor. I didn't get an order update during expected delivery time up until I reported the order as late and only then was it updated stating that the order is out for delivery. The food itself arrived lukewarm as well which wasn't great at all. Honestly, It feels like the order itself wasn't even properly cared for during making it and delivering it. Guess I need to start thinking twice..

food came hot looked nice but them I cut into the paramo and I have had thicker bacon was absolute ridiculous to say the least. the chicken was so think a couldn't taste any chicken juat the topping and bread crumbs.. orded 2 and my son couldn't even wst his what a ket down , always had lovely food from hear but you definitely need to stopp over stretching that chicken to make it look long when it's taking all the chicken tast away.. very disappointed as we love it from hear!

Waited over 2 hours for my food no calls no attempts to say they couldn't deliver funking appailing place had manu reviews like this to so don't know why I'm not surprised it's a joke I'm sick of pizza shops locally taking three piss clearly poor management and poor delivery drivers will not be coming hear again and if my food comes any later it will be getting chucked in ur drivers face for waisting my time

ordered a punjabi chicken mega wrap and boy was I disappointed,no heat whatsoever,cold chicken and garlic was like water.First ever time these have been a disappointment to me as usually there fiery hot and thus was mild at best.Think I'll look elsewhere for a decent punjabi wrap as this was a complete waste of money and dont think I'll be back tbh.Bring back the fiery punjabi wraps not the mild one I had tonight

Absolute shit show!! Ordered at 12. By 2 no show called 3 times which was told its out for delivery again which resulted in a no show!! Left without food which a simple sorry we are taken no further orders would have allowed me to order from somewhere else!! I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!! what a waste of time and from what I have heard since this is not a one off! And also the food turns up out of date with mould!!

Expected my order at 1.35 and i am still waiting at 2.10 even tried calling restaurant and no answer.

Food turned up and the pizza toppings had all slid off and where in the box. Rang the shop and the girl who picked up sorted it out straight away. Driver was back in minutes and the pizzas were replaced quickly. Food was good and the shop and delivery drivers were helpful . Definitely go back here. Maybe one of the best tasting kebabs in the town aswell

Half an hour late and freezing cold when it arrived. Cheese hadn’t even melted in the chips so they must have been cold even before being out for delivery for over half an hour. Couldn’t eat them. We don’t usually have a problem ordering from here but tonight was terrible unfortunately.

Ordered at 12:30 order didn’t come till 1:45 ordered a special London pizza (margarita pizza with kebab meant an chips on top) received a normal London pizza,, pizza and chips were freezing

Food said it was on its way for 45 minutes and when i phoned they said it was a mistake and was spoken down to i was also put on hold 4 times! food came and it was dripping in grease and the salad was boiling hot!! the chips when raw and soggy and the pizza was like cardboard

well it the only takeaway I use when I at home and when I at work mostly every evening and all ways fresh and hot every time all ways get work staffs to use then

Best take away in hartlepool! the only place I order from a few times a week. Today is my daughters birthday and we ordered 6 pizzas (all cooked to perfection and really hot when arrived) with added freebies the kids were over the moon to get. Delivery is always on time or early thank you for excellent service and look forward to ordering again

So ordered a kebab wrap after work! delivery was early and it seemed hot. I opened the wrap to try and re wrap it and there was a puddle of grease on the tin foil. completely put me off.. went straight in the bin

Don’t order from here as I ordered a parmo and waited 3 hours for my food and it still hasn’t came, the phone operator couldnt even get in contact with the delivery driver and after 2:40 the restaurant ignored my calls and refused refund as only the manager has access to the machine

Your shutting time on uber is 2AM We've now had 2 orders we placed before 1AM And you don't decline the order you accept it and we end up with no delivery and then have to wait up to 4-5 days for a refund via Uber What pisses me off more is you clearly see the order come through and you clearly take the money and because its through uber you get into no trouble for it whatsoever.
