Beate is the best! She always is so kind and really looks after us when we visit. Definitely we will be back!

We love coming here, we come quite regularly considering we live over 40 minutes away. Most of the time my husband and I come when the kids are at school for lunch, but this evening I had to collect from another store and we decided to pop in for dinner. Our kids were upset to find salad in their wraps (i didn't read the menu description, entirely my own fault), and our server straighr away noticed and offered to remake their meals! Amazing service from both of the front of house, and the chef. We will continue to visit, never had an issue and if we did I think the team would be happy to rectify to the best of their ability. I highly recommend the cajun chicken wrap and the margaritas, you can't go wrong with either! Tonight I tried the pineapple whisky sour and it went down so smooth! Best place to visit.

I was served by Lucy on Saturday I came in for lunch with family Lucy looked after us very well and made sure the kids food came out first. 😀

We visited on Saturday and were served by a lovely girl, I think her name was Lucy however all of the staff were extremely friendly. There were lots of options for the whole family on the menu and the atmosphere was great. We will be returning again soon.

Poor service waited over an over and the starters were brought to the table by the manager who could clearly see the food was far too overcooked and no one really came to the table and the food is very poor

We love this place! Come here all the time when shopping in Braehead! Always well looked after! Great staff and food is tasty and filling! We love the Cajun wraps but tried a couple new dishes this time and didn’t disappoint

WTF has happened to the Filling Station. Used to be one of our favourites in Brehaead. Certainly not a warm welcome anymore. Felt more like an inconvenience to the staff. Service was shocking. Had to ask to order drinks then again to order food. Mains came to the table while starter plates were there. No fresh cutlery. Food tasted like it was cooked 4 hours ago. Talk about overpriced! When did the place get so dirty and the toilets a disgrace. What have you done with all the staff? Everyone is gone and judging by the food, service and dirty toilets/restaurant it shows. No Cajun Wraps either? 🤣🙈

Visited tonight love it here will definately be back. Il be back next week same time same place and probably same food. I get the same meal every time I’m in I just love the ribs so tasty

I had high hopes for Filling Station, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. First off, the service was painfully slow—even though the restaurant wasn’t that busy, it took nearly 20 minutes just to get a drink order in. The food took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, it was lukewarm at best. I ordered a burger, which was dry and overcooked, and the fries were clearly old and stale. My friend got a chicken dish that was drowning in sauce and completely lacked seasoning. For the prices they charge, I expected way better quality. To make things worse, the staff seemed indifferent and barely checked on us. We had to flag someone down just to get the bill. Overall, Filling Station was an underwhelming experience, and I definitely won’t be coming back. There are plenty of better places to eat in town.

Good wee spot for lunch, food good, staff friendly and helpful, clean place and toilets spotless as well.

Popped in here today with the family. I opted for the chicken burger. At around 17 bucks, I was expecting something spectacular. How disappointing. The chicken burger was more coating than chicken. What there was of the chicken was tasty enough. The amount of chips was paltry. What I received was not worth the money. Look at it this way, it was under £3 for an extra burger patty, so why £17 roughly for one with lettuce? It just doesn't add up. My wife ordered a ceasar salad. This was sub standard as well. The service was great and we can't fault the atmosphere was nice. Overall though, the food was run of the mill and way overpriced. I'd have given 2.5 stars for the food if that was an option.

Visited the restaurant recently for the second time and it did not disappoint. Overall atmosphere was warm and friendly and all staff seemed bubbly and attentive. Can't fault the food but the service was top notch! Will return again happily!

We visited on Saturday at lunch after some shopping with the nephews, we had a great experience. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs, my youngest nephew has Autism and sometimes struggles when going to new places that are busy. The staff were all understanding and couldn't have done any more to make sure that we all enjoyed our visit, so much that next time we are in Braehead my nephew has already said can we go there again I really enjoyed it. Thanks to everyone for looking after us and making sure we had the best day 😁

Lovely staff and very helpful, even when I missed some bacon off my burger, they were exceptionally proactive and was probably the best food service experience we've had in a couple of years. Kudos to the female staff member who sorted out my burger.

The staff are absolutely wonderful we took my mother and 2 boys with additional support needs and the staff member Ashley was absolutely fantastic with the boys she sat down and spent time talking with them while the decided what thay wanted couldn't recommend it enough

Mac and cheese tastes like plain pasta with a cheese slice melted on top (disgusting) on top or that the chicken add on you pay for tastes like burnt oven chicken. Pizza was decent hence the star.

Amazing food, friendly fast service. Feels warm and welcoming despite being in a big open shopping centre. Prices are fair. First time visit and the plate was cleared! Yum!

the guy that served us (Sean) was lovely, couldn't fault him, food were fab apart from one little thing which were I thought the pizza were really greasy, didn't diminish the taste right enough, just haven't seen that amount of grease on a pizza in a restaurant, other than that our overall experience was second to none and will definitely be back, especially for the cookies n cream cheesecake 👌

The waiter Bobby was so amazing he made sure me and my friend were alright through our meal and i asked for no basil on my pizza but when it got brought to the table it had basil on it but bobby remembered i asked for no basil and took it away and got it fixed, i really enjoy my time there food was great and really good customer service

Bobby goes above and beyond with customer service. Mum and I come in regularly and he's always happy and friendly and nothing is too much. Great meal and customer service. Thank you.

I had a breakfast it was cold I do not know why because the place was empty so plenty time to try and get it right never again will I return no one was interested.

The food is divine, cooked fast, delivered fast! The service is brilliant too..nothing is too much trouble! Genuinely surprised by the great lunch menu variety and prices! Highly recommended 🥰

Friends had just stepped off a plane from a long trip from Vancouver, took them here for their first UK meal via their hotel as was on the way along the motorway… Ordered food and drinks at same time. 15 mins had past, no drinks had arrived, food then showed up after 35 mins of waiting, still no drinks, said oh sorry ill just go get them, 5 mins later, still no drinks, said to manager this time, she said they’re just coming and then one drink turned up. Said we asked for 2, was told its just on its way, (why not bring them at the same time, clearly forgot what we ordered) by this point waitress had lost interest in us and customer service was out the window, finally 2nd drink turned up as we finished out meals. Literally 3 other tables in the place that had people on. Absolute shambles for first time experience, no apology given, we were made out as if we were the problem with the attitude we received. Will certainly not be back.

A wee trip to braehead today shopping decided to try filling station for food not great portions I had a club sandwich which was a bit bland but edible other half had mac n cheese it was bland and not much eating in it also no hot drinks so no coffees found out from another member of staff the machine was broken would avoid in the future not worth the £34.70 bill

Fantastic Burgers 🍔 Fast and delicious food.

They force you to tip as the card machine doesn't offer to to decline a tip which is basically theft.

We love coming to filling station braehead. The staff are fantastic, such a friendly & great atmosphere - you can tell it’s a great team & that they get along with each other. Bobby is such a gem, nothing is too much trouble & is always smiling & so welcoming. The food is delicious & we always choose the same Cajun wrap & Mac n cheese when we come. A tad uncomfortably hot in the shopping centre today so all the poor staff were wilting understandably - thankfully my hand fan gave them some relief when passing. Will be back very soon xx

Called in after shopping and met Garry who was superb from start to finish. He was so friendly and attentive. He is a great ambassador for the company. Great atmosphere with wonderful food. Menu is varied and caters for all tastes. Will be back for sure.

What's happened? Staff look miserable. Dull atmosphere. Shocking menu prices for quality. Absolutely no interaction from our server. He didn't seem to want to be there. Have been a few times in the past and it was great and felt welcomed. Doubtful to return

We dined in your Breahead restaurant before and thought was a good location when I was in town for the day. The service was polar opposite to our visit in May. The staff did not seem to care to make us feel welcome. The female server made some mistakes, however there was no apology for this. Even the manager did not come and say anything. I would have forgiven if the restaurant was busy but it was not that. We were stat at the table with menus the server did not inform my mother the fish and chips was out of stock when we ordered. This only became apparent when she brought the mains out. Which we had not ordered one of the dishes. A severe lack of communication. We we sat with the starters and no cutlery which we had to ask for. No check back was made and to be honest my burger was a little overcooked, charred. We payed but on reflection i should have said something we ate off your main menu and for a table of three at those prices I expected a lot more. I was looking for the wonderful service my family received before. We seldom meat up. On reflection I will not be returning again to this store and would think twice for another location. I hope that you can do something to move forward and prevent another disappointment.

We stopped in for the first time for food after shopping. Totally unplanned but I'm glad we did. The food was excellent as was the service. A special mention to our server Nathan, he was friendly, professional and a credit to the restaurant.
