Lovely breakfast as always and Andzelika service was perfect

Oh my gosh, you won’t believe how amazing this burger was! It was the best I’ve ever had! And Lucy, the waitress, was absolutely incredible. So helpful and friendly. I’d give them a 10 out of 10 for service and the food!!!

We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Angelica this morning. From the moment we arrived, Angelica greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. She was attentive without being overbearing, always making sure we had everything we needed. Her professionalism, efficiency, and kindness were genuinely impressive, especially during the busy breakfast rush. She handled everything with grace, and her positive energy made the whole atmosphere feel welcoming and relaxed.

The wait time was good only waiting a minute or so to be seated on a busy day and the food was good too. Good service and good waiting times.

Food was excellent served by Andzelika who was very helpful bright and bubbly. Have been several times and would definitely return

Went for breakfast , however the portion advertised on the table flyer were no where near what you got . Used to enjoy the breakfast menu there but certainly gone down hill

Never order the Caesar salad .... It consisted of a romaine lettuce cut in quarters with the stalks still attached with 4 croutons... covered in ground parmesan and salad sauce ... For nearly £12 ... It was lazily prepared ..... Normally the lettuce leaves are separated and tossed in a dressing with parmesan shavings added and a bit of chicken ...... You pay a further £3 to £4 odds for either pulled chicken halloumi or salmon ..... I'm only giving the 2 stars because the bloke that seated us and the girl that served us were nice ... The £5 Caesar salad meal deal from M and S would've been better value and included the chicken a snack and a drink ...... The loaded fries were nice

Andzelika was lovely today during our visit to the Filling Station Braehead. Couldn't have been more helpful in making sure our order was perfect and we had everything we needed. Extremely fast service and food was exceptional. Will definitely be back.

Having had lunch and dinner here on a few occasions I thought I should write a review. Service is always great, servers are friendly and food is always pretty quick at being made by kitchen.

Andzelika was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. She had a warm and funny embrace making our experience very enjoyable. Food was gorgeous and really enjoyed the fluffy pancakes! Portion sizes are massive!

I had a pepperoni pizza which was way better then Pizzahut upstairs, my wife had burger and chips, all well cooked

Amazing food and service! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. Even though the restaurant was bustling with people, the team at Filling Station made sure we were well taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service was friendly, attentive, and efficient, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Despite the busy atmosphere, we never felt rushed or overlooked. It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in what they do. Well done, team Filling Station — we can't wait to come back!

The girl who served us was very happy to help and very cheerful and made our experience very pleasant and I would definitely recommend to friends to come here, 5 star service and we will be back again.

We come regularly, maybe once a month and we have had nothing but amazing service and great food. This is our favourite place to come for a meal whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner. We travel a good 40 minutes to get here, and never a regret. Today we were served by Andzelika who was amazing, as always. Highly recommend the cajun chicken wrap - it's a family favourite!

April 2025 . Went for lunch but no lunch menu . Chose from main menu. Prices were very high for what you got. Son ordered the giant mozzarella stick was cold and over done it with parmasan on top . Chicken Burgers were nice but chips look warm. For 2 burgers , one starter , diet coke and glass of water nearly £50 . Service was slow .

Had a wrap for lunch, I was served by Ashley very welcoming and pleasant very happy to help will be back again.

Went to have lunch on a Saturday assuming they were offering their lunch menu on the weekends (as written on a pink sticker on the menu at the entrance). Upon sitting, we were told this was only available on Sundays and weekdays which was incredibly misleading and making what we planned to spend much more higher. Whilst the waiter we had in store was extremely nice, the front receptionist was the opposite. No greeting/welcome and a look up and down made us feel unwelcome but we gave the benefit of doubt and sat inside. Whilst the food was OK, I tried to feedback the misleading information on the entrance menu and poor service through their website. After 2 weeks, I resorted to leaving a review which I tried not to do as I prefer to directly handle the issue with company themselves. I would have given 1 star but as mentioned, the waiter who took our order was extremely pleasant. As a result, this wouldn't be a place I would recommend nor come for a return visit.

Beate is the best! She always is so kind and really looks after us when we visit. Definitely we will be back!

We love coming here, we come quite regularly considering we live over 40 minutes away. Most of the time my husband and I come when the kids are at school for lunch, but this evening I had to collect from another store and we decided to pop in for dinner. Our kids were upset to find salad in their wraps (i didn't read the menu description, entirely my own fault), and our server straighr away noticed and offered to remake their meals! Amazing service from both of the front of house, and the chef. We will continue to visit, never had an issue and if we did I think the team would be happy to rectify to the best of their ability. I highly recommend the cajun chicken wrap and the margaritas, you can't go wrong with either! Tonight I tried the pineapple whisky sour and it went down so smooth! Best place to visit.

I was served by Lucy on Saturday I came in for lunch with family Lucy looked after us very well and made sure the kids food came out first. 😀

We visited on Saturday and were served by a lovely girl, I think her name was Lucy however all of the staff were extremely friendly. There were lots of options for the whole family on the menu and the atmosphere was great. We will be returning again soon.

Poor service waited over an over and the starters were brought to the table by the manager who could clearly see the food was far too overcooked and no one really came to the table and the food is very poor

We love this place! Come here all the time when shopping in Braehead! Always well looked after! Great staff and food is tasty and filling! We love the Cajun wraps but tried a couple new dishes this time and didn’t disappoint

WTF has happened to the Filling Station. Used to be one of our favourites in Brehaead. Certainly not a warm welcome anymore. Felt more like an inconvenience to the staff. Service was shocking. Had to ask to order drinks then again to order food. Mains came to the table while starter plates were there. No fresh cutlery. Food tasted like it was cooked 4 hours ago. Talk about overpriced! When did the place get so dirty and the toilets a disgrace. What have you done with all the staff? Everyone is gone and judging by the food, service and dirty toilets/restaurant it shows. No Cajun Wraps either? 🤣🙈

Visited tonight love it here will definately be back. Il be back next week same time same place and probably same food. I get the same meal every time I’m in I just love the ribs so tasty

I had high hopes for Filling Station, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. First off, the service was painfully slow—even though the restaurant wasn’t that busy, it took nearly 20 minutes just to get a drink order in. The food took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, it was lukewarm at best. I ordered a burger, which was dry and overcooked, and the fries were clearly old and stale. My friend got a chicken dish that was drowning in sauce and completely lacked seasoning. For the prices they charge, I expected way better quality. To make things worse, the staff seemed indifferent and barely checked on us. We had to flag someone down just to get the bill. Overall, Filling Station was an underwhelming experience, and I definitely won’t be coming back. There are plenty of better places to eat in town.

Good wee spot for lunch, food good, staff friendly and helpful, clean place and toilets spotless as well.

Visited the restaurant recently for the second time and it did not disappoint. Overall atmosphere was warm and friendly and all staff seemed bubbly and attentive. Can't fault the food but the service was top notch! Will return again happily!

I came here for lunch while shopping. Loved it. The older lady was so helpful.

Popped in here today with the family. I opted for the chicken burger. At around 17 bucks, I was expecting something spectacular. How disappointing. The chicken burger was more coating than chicken. What there was of the chicken was tasty enough. The amount of chips was paltry. What I received was not worth the money. Look at it this way, it was under £3 for an extra burger patty, so why £17 roughly for one with lettuce? It just doesn't add up. My wife ordered a ceasar salad. This was sub standard as well. The service was great and we can't fault the atmosphere was nice. Overall though, the food was run of the mill and way overpriced. I'd have given 2.5 stars for the food if that was an option.

Won't be going back there again.

Lovely staff and very helpful, even when I missed some bacon off my burger, they were exceptionally proactive and was probably the best food service experience we've had in a couple of years. Kudos to the female staff member who sorted out my burger.

The staff are absolutely wonderful we took my mother and 2 boys with additional support needs and the staff member Ashley was absolutely fantastic with the boys she sat down and spent time talking with them while the decided what thay wanted couldn't recommend it enough

Great menu selection and service. Would highly recommend. In particular the chicken tenders starter were delicious! Definitely will return on our next shopping trip.

Mac and cheese tastes like plain pasta with a cheese slice melted on top (disgusting) on top or that the chicken add on you pay for tastes like burnt oven chicken. Pizza was decent hence the star.
