Bobby goes above and beyond with customer service. Mum and I come in regularly and he's always happy and friendly and nothing is too much. Great meal and customer service. Thank you.

I had a breakfast it was cold I do not know why because the place was empty so plenty time to try and get it right never again will I return no one was interested.

The food is divine, cooked fast, delivered fast! The service is brilliant too..nothing is too much trouble! Genuinely surprised by the great lunch menu variety and prices! Highly recommended 🥰

First time visiting here after being recommended to come. The food was lovely. We were served by Charlene who made us feel welcome and was pleasant. Customer service was second to none. Will definitely visit again.

Charlene is always very chatty and friendly towards myself, my partner and my child. She always gives great service.

Friends had just stepped off a plane from a long trip from Vancouver, took them here for their first UK meal via their hotel as was on the way along the motorway… Ordered food and drinks at same time. 15 mins had past, no drinks had arrived, food then showed up after 35 mins of waiting, still no drinks, said oh sorry ill just go get them, 5 mins later, still no drinks, said to manager this time, she said they’re just coming and then one drink turned up. Said we asked for 2, was told its just on its way, (why not bring them at the same time, clearly forgot what we ordered) by this point waitress had lost interest in us and customer service was out the window, finally 2nd drink turned up as we finished out meals. Literally 3 other tables in the place that had people on. Absolute shambles for first time experience, no apology given, we were made out as if we were the problem with the attitude we received. Will certainly not be back.

A wee trip to braehead today shopping decided to try filling station for food not great portions I had a club sandwich which was a bit bland but edible other half had mac n cheese it was bland and not much eating in it also no hot drinks so no coffees found out from another member of staff the machine was broken would avoid in the future not worth the £34.70 bill

They force you to tip as the card machine doesn't offer to to decline a tip which is basically theft.

We love coming to filling station braehead. The staff are fantastic, such a friendly & great atmosphere - you can tell it’s a great team & that they get along with each other. Bobby is such a gem, nothing is too much trouble & is always smiling & so welcoming. The food is delicious & we always choose the same Cajun wrap & Mac n cheese when we come. A tad uncomfortably hot in the shopping centre today so all the poor staff were wilting understandably - thankfully my hand fan gave them some relief when passing. Will be back very soon xx

Called in after shopping and met Garry who was superb from start to finish. He was so friendly and attentive. He is a great ambassador for the company. Great atmosphere with wonderful food. Menu is varied and caters for all tastes. Will be back for sure.

What's happened? Staff look miserable. Dull atmosphere. Shocking menu prices for quality. Absolutely no interaction from our server. He didn't seem to want to be there. Have been a few times in the past and it was great and felt welcomed. Doubtful to return

We dined in your Breahead restaurant before and thought was a good location when I was in town for the day. The service was polar opposite to our visit in May. The staff did not seem to care to make us feel welcome. The female server made some mistakes, however there was no apology for this. Even the manager did not come and say anything. I would have forgiven if the restaurant was busy but it was not that. We were stat at the table with menus the server did not inform my mother the fish and chips was out of stock when we ordered. This only became apparent when she brought the mains out. Which we had not ordered one of the dishes. A severe lack of communication. We we sat with the starters and no cutlery which we had to ask for. No check back was made and to be honest my burger was a little overcooked, charred. We payed but on reflection i should have said something we ate off your main menu and for a table of three at those prices I expected a lot more. I was looking for the wonderful service my family received before. We seldom meat up. On reflection I will not be returning again to this store and would think twice for another location. I hope that you can do something to move forward and prevent another disappointment.

Turned up for a pre booked slot (two days prior) at 17:45 to be told that they couldn't serve us as they close at 18:00 Terrible customer service

We stopped in for the first time for food after shopping. Totally unplanned but I'm glad we did. The food was excellent as was the service. A special mention to our server Nathan, he was friendly, professional and a credit to the restaurant.

Great food , at Braehead Filling Station AMAZING staff Only criticism is they have changed the recipe for their macaroni , it was very bland . Spoke to waiter who was so helpful and went above and beyond in replacing meal for my sister , he went the extra mile , customer service top marks 5+⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for him (Bobby). Will continue to return 😊

We had pizza chicken and bbq and then loaded chicken and fish and New York sandwich;)) all lovely and then the staff were dead friendly.

Food is lovely but service pretty none existent other than taking orders and bringing food - tried to get attention for 15 minutes for another drink! Decided against it and got the bill after another 10! Is not normally that way when have been before so may just be a 1 off!

Really pleased with the entire operation on show - service was exceptional, food was delicious, and atmosphere was pleasant. Would highly recommend the new york cheesecake (kudos to the chef that made it, never got the name!) and would also like to highlight the fantastic service (and banter!) provided to us by our server Molly.

I opted for the healthiest thing on the menu! Not like me but I felt like my body needed it, it was immense, so many flavours on one plate with lovely grilled chicken Staff were super friendly and attentive especially to my elderly mum in her wheelchair My mum is a super complainer and she never moaned once, so that's a feat in itself, well done lol

The place was lovely from start to finish, the girl that served us was lovely and she always made sure we were ok and enjoying our meal. We also liked that it was quiet as we both don't do to well in crowded places.

One staff on phone while we’re standing waiting for table order didn’t go through so had to wait longer for order the one staff was ignorant

Staff did not tell us regular coke was charged at full price on the lunch menu. This meant we were charged £18.50 for 5 cokes.

Fantastic service from Charlene today she was so friendly and great energy and first class customer service. I came here after taking my mother to a hospital appointment. There was a lady sitting at table next to us quietly . At end I Went to pay the bill to be told this lady sitting table beside us who had left by then had paid our Bill in full . I'm blown away . Service with a smile by Charlene and food was amazing. Thank you to the lady who done that amazing gesture I hope to see you again one day that is one of the kindest things that's ever happened to me in my life ❤️

I visited with a friend today and we had an amazing Caesar salad with crispy halloumi, and a vegan burger with vegan bacon. All of it was brilliant (I even had to check that the burger wasn’t real!!) Asked for lunch menu was told no lunch menu as bank holiday it is not a holiday . What a rip off. and fish was awful frozen fish all full of water wont be back

Dined at this restaurant twice this month and found this establishment to be the busiest in Braehead ! Our first visit was a week night and the service was excellent, however the Saturday lunchtime visit was a bit more chaotic ! The staff on both occasions were very well mannered however on the Saturday visit the staff appeared to be under pressure ! The quality of the food on both occasions was fairly good and the portion sizes were a tightener. All in all, the food or the service was above average and I have no hesitation to recommended this establishment !

Out shopping and called in for dinner. Met the charming Bobby at reception and he showed us to our table. He was so friendly and attentive during our visit. He is a great ambassador for the company. Big shout out to the kitchen brigade for the very tasty food. Menu is varied and caters for all tastes. Great atmosphere. Good prices. Well worth a visit when in the area. Will definitely be back soon.

Busy! We visited last Saturday and as expected it was busy and we had a short wait. Absolutely no problem as this is normal in most places during peak hours. We were asked to wait by one lady but then another member of staff a male asked us to wait outside the restraunt which wasn't great as we had a one year old with us. When we were seated the Service was good and prompt and the food was delicious! Overall I would still return and recommend.

Great selection of food. Burgers are brilliant. Started with a sharing platter. Mix of haggis balls, fish and calamari. Excellent. I had the brisket burger... Fantastic. Service was very attentive and friendly. Quiet for a Saturday night just after 5pm

Very limited menu, we decided to have 4 starters to share plus nachos. Ordered chicken wings, they were cold, we returned them. The starters weren’t very nice, we didn’t eat the nachos, as didn’t taste good. I would never return. I have used The Filling Station numerous times over the years, and never had a complaint, but this has put me off returning

We had dinner at this restaurant. We were greated and seated quickly upon arrival. Our wait person was friendly and efficient. We had the fish and chips and BBQ ribs. Both were excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The staff have been brilliant even though they've been rushed off their feet but I have learned not to let my mum do the ordering. She's confused so many staff members but they've been super gracious about everything. Highly recommended coming here
