Staff always provide quick and efficient service with a small. Coffee is great and the pastries too. Been many times always the same

Service poor wasn't acknowledged just what can i get you, had a reward on my account it wasn't offered to me if I wished to use it, won't go to that one again

This is a good Starbucks with a sit in and a drive through. I had a good coffee with oat milk and they offer the full Starbucks range.

Went through the drive thru and Paula served us, got a Strawberry Açai with Lemonade and some Ham and Cheese egg bites. Drink and food was great and Paula was amazing, so talkative and friendly, made my day!

Great coffee and a quiet place to think deeply about how to become a millionaire in 1 year or less, just off the M8.

Came here for a quick bite to eat and a coffee before work. Served by andrew the service service i received from him was was amazing so friendly really quick service coffee was made to perfection the place is always clean and tidy

Been in before with our dog however told today dogs are not allowed. Asked server if they could put a no dogs allowed sticker on the door and give us something to dry the seats and tables outside with due it been raining earlier.

I showed up just a day after they stopped doing macadamia not latte but still pretty delicious

Paula “The Best” was amazing, such a bubbly person and made our night completely! She completely embodies what Starbucks should be about

In other cafes you know you've had a decent coffee. Here it could have been Nescafé out a jar.

The staff are always very friendly, helpful and professional to the point of remembering my name and my usual beverage. The establishment is always clean and tidy including the toilet and outside seated areas.. Leadership is apparent from the shift supervisors as quality service is 24/7. I live locally and am now retired so having a Starbucks nearby is a real bonus ! Well done to all the staff at Hillington! !

Literally the best Starbucks in Scotland. We always get Just Eat from here because it comes piping hot and strong. I’ve rarely had a weak coffee or misorder from here and they always respect my dietary concerns. Lovely staff and great coffee. If I was to express it as a Haiku: Piping hot and strong, Respect for my diet needs, Lovely staff brews joy.

The young girl serving at the drive through window this morning (Hillington) around 9.30 am was a breath of fresh air. Happy smiling lovely girl !!!

Was very busy and very little seats and most staff seemed to be more interested in the drive through orders or justeat orders and had to wait on queue for service for 2 coffees to sit down

This Starbucks is well placed for drive thru traffic going in and out of the Industrial Estate as well as from the M8 motorway. There is a good amount of free parking and the unit itself is clean. It’s smaller inside than many others but it still has a fair numbers of tables and chairs. It’s standard Starbucks fare - so it’s good. The service was very friendly.

Coffee was made perfect, had issue with cream for frappe was offered vegan cream and a taste before adding to drink. Issue with starbucks card on day and was over charged as till cut out during process. This was quickly rectified by staff member. I would still rate full stars and staff and service was great although having issues.

Honestly, only dropped in because the kids needed the loo, but the staff were lovely and the coffee was tip-top.

Paula at Hillington Starbucks definitely puts the STAR in the name. Greeted us with a lovely warm smile, chatted away - nothing was too much for her. After serving our drinks she came back over to check everything was ok with our order. Such a credit to the company!

I only started drinking coffee 3/4 months ago and no matter what Starbucks I go to they never match hillington The staff are amazing and always so cheer in the morning. Nothing is ever a bother to them even when my cup is more syrup than coffee haha. The cheery 'morning' from the staff makes my day before it even starts

I was in tonight and got a coffee and what I thought was a cake and paid £6.05 and it was a small black Americano and what can only be described as one bite of white chocolate and raspberry blondie and was shocked and felt robbed of my money That is absolutely scandalous and I have decided to go to Costa coffee in future as better value and won’t be ripped off and have been a huge customer of Starbucks and spend around £150 a week in your stores but after that it’s the end I’m afraid as you can’t bite the hand that’s feeding you!! You will lose a huge amount of customers when you ask them to pay that ridiculous price and your staff are also embarrassed as they told me they totally agree with me and that is a shame as the staff are so good and will miss them! I would definitely advise you to reduce your prices it up your quantity of cake portions art s fair price but going by what you are doing it’s clear you only interested in profit!! drinks are lovely, we usually go for the braehead location as that’s our favourite aka me and my family. But this store is great aswell and makes a change from the busy shopping centre, staff lovely as always. Drinks are good aswell. i must say, the interior is pretty cute aswell. thanks guys.

All of the staff at this Starbucks are so so helpful and friendly. I have been here to do work, enjoy a coffee with friends and family and every time has been great. The drinks are made to a high standard and I’ve been going to Starbucks for over 10 years, this more than anything makes me return every time.
