The Fen in Bexley

Don't order in the shop as they are more interested in doing uber eats for fat people who can't move out of their house, than doing orders for people that attend the shop. Hour for 4 items taken the p..... used the fen for 30 years not any more.

Had my first Chinese since moving to the area. Brilliant and warm service. Singapore noodles were tasty and too the salt chili ribs and chips. Highly recommended!

Food is nice, but the prices have just gotten too much now. £40 for a small selection for two people (including delivery fee). Will probably only get once a year or so now at these prices

I've used this takeaway for about 12 years. The food was always excellent and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Food is now different. My last 2 meals were Not cooked the same and seems to be different ingredients. I have told the owners first .Im Gutted. Will have to look else where.

First time using this take away as regular one decided they’re not delivering to us anymore, and must say we really enjoyed it! Really friendly staff and lovely food! My partner doesn’t normally eat chow mien but loved this one. Oh and the chips!! Best I’ve ever had! Food came in less time than stated as well so always a bonus! ONLY thing I didn’t like was the satay sauce was cold and like jelly so had to heat up myself but still tasty! Definitely our new regular now!

Terrible customer service we have been using this take away for some time and the foods always been good but if you don’t get the right person on the phone you don’t get your order will never be using them again

I had ordered last night for 5 people including my grand parent. Got Kung Po Prawns after big John told me to. BOSH. It is usually nice from here however we are all seriously I’ll. I’ve not stopped throwing up all day and rustic water from my belly ache. Not a good order last night.

I have tried quite a few different Chinese takeaways but this is the best one I have ever had in my life. My go to order is chicken chow mein, chips and curry sauce. It is amazing. I don’t know how the fen make their chips so perfect but they really do! I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

We love the fen, normally well worth the wait, but this is not the first time they have got our order wrong? But normally really nice and correct.

One of my favourite Chinese takeaways. Always make sure to order from them when I'm in the area. The last time I ordered, I tried the latest addition to the menu which was the salt and pepper chips, I've tried so many other places (closer to me) but none beat The Fen!

WE have loved the Fen, for over 17 years. Our family has grown up and departed from us but still love the fen. It's great family who we have witnessed grow up cook in front of you not behind a screen and that makes it amazing.

Best chinese for miles we order from here every 2 weeks or so its great! Takes a wile because they are so busy, just order early especially on a fri / Sat. Great food !!

What a fantastic take away this is the food is out of this world. It can be very busy on the weekends but the food is well worth it.

Best Chinese takeaway food in Blackfen and Sidcup. We have tried a few around here, most disappoint and the food is normally bland. Our go to for aromatic duck with pancakes, hot and sour soup, sweet and sour chicken balls, beef chow mein, chilli beef and salt and pepper squid or prawns. Delicious 😋

Without a doubt the best Chinese in Blackfen/Sidcup! Not had a Chinese the entire lockdown as The Fen were closed until now, and wow have we missed it lol. Many Chinese take always around this area but none touch the surface of The Fen. Me and the family been using them for well over 5 years for our takeaways. Can be very busy / long waits for delivery on weekends, but to me that shows it’s a very good Chinese as they have many orders..? Never had any issues ourself and we always collect as we are very local. Worth the wait / the drive for collection if you have to, would highly highly recommend to anyone in Sidcup/welling/blackfen ect...

Waited one and a half hours for arrival..One dish missing and one we hadn't ordered. Phoned to let them know and were told original dishes would be sent. They weren't.The missing dish was only half of What was paid for and the wrong dish was replaced but something we didn't want..After eating from here for around 15 years, I'm afraid we'll not be using them again. Really gone down this last year..

Waited nearly 2 hours for our food rang up 3 times to be told another 20 mins then oh it's not ready so told them not to bother . I've a family of 5 waiting for our food from 7.30 to 9.20 Used them for years won't be using again

So I ordered some Chicken satay and satay sauce, you know the normal. However when i cracked open the box the so called "chicken" may aswell have been a mutated cockroach. Linh mai i believe your review is extremely biased!

I don't understand why people so spiteful and give nasty review. I have been ordering from this Chinese for pass 4 years! They never fail me! Food are every tasty and very friendly service. Cameron, hope you die from AIDS LOL
