Fantastic meal there and friendly and helpful staff

Came tonight for a meal for the first time food was lovely. Staff were lovely and friendly very good service. Would highly recommend.

Nice location and space outside to sit in the sun with a drink, but music outside so loud we couldn't talk to each other without yelling, which made it much less pleasant.

Food was amazing, service really good. The decor is lovely, will definitely be back

Wonderful food and staff. Burgers, steak baguetts, cold and hot cobs all fresh and well prepared and a wide range of drinks.

Had the lovely Sunday roast here a few times - only had it in the bar rather than the restaurant. Has tables out the front for the summer, and just round the corner from one of the zoo entrances, and a 10-15' walk through the zoo car park to the Black Country museum. The drinks are reasonably priced too, especially compared to Birmingham city centre where I work.

Came for meal Friday evening with friends . Food was amazing . Lambshank was very tender fell off the bone. Sirloins very good. Thea & Charlotte very welcoming looked after us all night. Thank you

Staff are rude especially Zara, instead of actually doing her Job she was talking to her work colleagues. I was waiting to be served and I made comment saying, “sorry to disturb you important staff meeting” she then slammed down my drink on bar and walked off. Never again will go there. Fellows have lost 2 regular customers.

4 of us visited on this Easter Sunday. 3 course meal delightful. To say its difficult to beat a homemade Sunday roast is difficult to come by these days still after we last came 5months ago. This is why I decided to update this review as its hands down the best Sunday Lunch you'll ever have. Chef is the best and wouldn't be able to accomplish this without the staff in the restaurant, they go out their way to make sure everything is perfect. It is probably the most satisfying Sunday Roast you'll have in the Black Country to return again and again. Every meat to choose from and if you want more gravy, just ask! Fluffy potatoes and Cauliflower Cheese is to die for! This is the place for our go to Sunday Roast out away from home and we're still always talking about how the best it is after every visit. I cant highly recommended this place enough!

Thought we’d try this place as it’s been taken over , but the menu isn’t great and the choice is sparse the food isn’t great , I had a Cajun Caesar salad that was saturated in sauce and too rich to eat . The salad was soggy and far too rich and my friend had the only pasta dish shown , that was saturated in runny cheese style sauce that was dripping from the pasta as she tried to eat it. I complained about mine as I couldn’t finish my meal, I could only eat the chicken from the top and I was dismissed and basically ignored and felt like I was not justified in what I was saying. I didn’t want a row as it was my first night out after receiving cancer treatment , but I won’t go there again and I certainly won’t recommend this pub to anyone !!! Shame , they’ve lost custom from me and my friend and anyone else who I tell not to go there .

Really enjoyed myself here last night 2nd March 2024. Had a lovely meal with friends and family at the 25th anniversary of my brother in laws company. Great friendly staff and the food was awesome. Will definitely return and recommend 👏🥰

Went Sunday to Victoria's restaurant for Sunday dinner we had starters and beef & turkey dinners .the food was amazing fresh veg home made roasts. Yorkshire pudding was the best I have had .food was hot .can't wait to return . Place is very clean standards are very high.service we received was excellent so professional. Valentine meal! We called up last minute and Vicky fit us in. The upstairs dining room was dressed up to impress, very good evening made special by Thea and the rest of the staff there. Food was top notch and plenty of it on the set menu. Had meals there a few times now and never had a bad word to say. Would highly recommend this place. Also has good entertainment every weekend! We'll be back again!

Hadn't been to the fellows for years but fancied a change and wasn't disappointed we did a 2 course Sunday lunch I had prawn cocktail to start with which was just the right amount. I had turkey and the roast potatoes were proper homemade and we liked the way they serve the veg separately would of loved a pudding but we're really full looking forward to our next visit this was a lovely find..

Came here for Sunday lunch today and it was amazing! Honestly the best Sunday lunch I've had in a long time. As a party of 8 (4 adults and 4 children) everyone loved their meals. The service was also excellent. We had: 3 adult Beef dinners 2 adult turkey dinners 1 adult lamb dinner 1 child beef dinner 1 child turkey dinner Great portion sizes for both adults and children. I like how the veg and gravy are bought out in separate bowls and we could all help ourselves. Great selection of veg and all of the meat was great! We then had puddings: 2 orchard crumbles (crumble of the day) 2 chocolate brownies 1 profiteroles 2 vanilla ice cream 1 kids chocolate brownie Again, all puddings were delicious. Value for money was good for what we had. We all agreed that we will definitely be returning soon! Thank you for a lovely Sunday!

Came for Sunday lunch with my wife and daughter. Food was fantastic will definitely be back. Stayed for a few drinks afterwards and had a great afternoon. Good selection of real ales and then had a great time listening to the singer Mario who was brilliant and got everyone joining in singing and dancing. From great staff to good food and drink this is the best venue in Dudley by far.

We had our wedding reception upstairs in the function room. From the moment we booked to the actual day itself, Vicki, Zara and the team were a godsend. We were promised we would have absolutely nothing to worry about and they kept their promise. Food, drinks and service were all faultless. Thanks for helping us have our dream day.

Excellent new years eve at Fellows not been there before. Unfortunately was unaware of the parking charge, we thought it was Fellows own car park, so received a fine this morning for £60. Not inpressed as we did not know we had to pay for parking and it was dark and did not see any notices.

Excellent night (23/12/23). Brilliant drag artist, Excellent "pink" tribute. Would highly recommend and will definitely make a return visit.

Really great meal and a lovely setting. Service was brilliant from the restaurant manager who served us. Didn't have to wait long for our meals and everything was cooked perfectly. Food was nice and hot too. I've already recommended to others and we will definitely be returning.

Not a corporate Christmas event. £35 for a basic buffet and live singer but the bar down stair also had a live singer so just paying for a few sandwiches and basic buffet food. Totally over priced and not worth the cost.

Expected a Christmas meal. Sandwiches on a metal tray. Pork pies, cocktail sausages on a stick, samosas, etc. No way worth the £30 charged per head. Absolute rip off

Booked for a party of 27 people and the service and the food was fantastic. Then party went in the lounge to the entertainment. Really recommend this place . Thankyou Thea for your service 5*

From taking my booking to resolving our complaint about the burger, the staff were polite, professional and friendly. Service was great. But... The food really wasn't worth the price. The chicken burger was very dry, no thought was put into the toppings. We sent the burger back. We also had two pies, which on the eye looked impressive. But when you took the pastry lid off, the dish was only half full, the beef was tough and the pie has very little flavour. Not worth £15

Visited for dinner on a Saturday evening before seeing a show at Dudley Town Hall. Great food at reasonable prices served quickly and with a smile. Nice friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

A date night Sunday lunch was fabulous Thea’s service was top notch she was very helpful with questions the food was great very tasty will definitely be back restaurant was overall magnificent lovely decor and vibes.

Welcoming to begin with but when you get a mouthful of dirt from 1 bite of your steak salad and onion baguette. Things change a little. Was made to feel like I was not telling the truth. Couple members of staff did apologise Ended up having small fish and chips which was cheaper. No offer of refunding the difference. My husband had to go up and ask. No offer of a drink or even a free meal. Disappointed as we normally eat in the restaurant and have had excellent food and service prior to this. But it's put us off. Washing salad before serving it is such a basic thing to carry out in the kitchen surely!

Sad to see it's not a Holdens pub anymore. :-(

Pleasant but very slow service. On a lunchtime visit the 'background music ' was far too loud to hold a conversation. Beer was good ( Holdens) but won't be rushing back !

Mid week evening meal..Chicken and Mushroom pizza and a large bowl of Nachos with cheese and jalapeño, absolutely amazing food to an impeccably high standard, hot and not a long wait cannot praise this establishment enough .Staff warm and friendly, courteous and nothing is too much trouble 11/10

I go to this pub regular for a Sunday lunch or sometimes have a meat cob with potatoes and gravy the foods lovely and the staff are all friendly and polite Keep up the good work 👌👍

Although it was very quiet on the night we went for food there was still a nice atmosphere about the place.The waitress who served us was very friendly and gave us plenty of time to choose from the menu. Nice selection of beers, the Golden Glow was on form as was the Enville Ale. Our meals arrived after a short wait all well presented, nice portion size and more importantly cooked really well the Chef knows what he is doing - excellent! Good selection of desserts available too if you can manage one. Overall a good place to dine out and you can see the current owners have made a real effort to get the place up and running again. Will definitely be returning again soon.

the new management have really brought this place on the map beautiful restaurant and function room , luxury bar with classic elegant design. The food is amazing and recommended by the restaurant Guru. The staff are excellent and new the the menu and drinks well Thea was super helpful and attentive at all times she was a lovely lady was very skilled. We had the Sunday lunch although it was busy wait times was very short. when the food arrived it was so good the meat was melt in the mouth good and the roast potato's was the best i have ever had. overall the food was outstanding and the BEST IN TOWN!!!

Without doubt the best pub Sunday lunch I have ever has. Heard good things about The Fellows and was not disappointed. If I could make mash like that I would be very happy. Could have done with another member of serving staff as they were struggling because they were so busy, but would rather have slower service than feel like they were waiting for the table. Will definitely be going again.

me and my girlfriend booked in for the Sunday lunch was easy to book , the atmosphere was chilled though it was quite busy food was amazing by far the best I've had compared to other Sunday lunches in the area great for the price too great cuts of meat and the roast potatoes and veggies was delicious Thea our server was very attentive although she was busy was excellent .We will be back again !!

We have been quite a few times for Sunday lunch and can honestly say that the food 🥘 is fantastic. Great choice menu and great value. The chefs homemade cheesecakes are delicious. The service is excellent and Thea is so welcoming each and every time we have been. We have started to go a little earlier and have a drink in the bar, again the service is great and it is such a comfortable place to sit and relax. It is well worth a visit or two.

Great venue - booked an event here recently and Vicky & her team were excellent from start to finish. Great set up, excellent food and good beer. The team looked after us throughout and would highly recommend.

My partner and myself eat out out a fair amount and this was our 1st time at the fellows pub and I must say we were very impressed, Thea and the rest of the staff managed to find us a table as we hadn't booked , the service was excellent and so was the food, probably the best lamb shank I've had in any restaurant , well done guys will be back 👍

Ridiculous people. I made booking on the phone at 2pm. She told me if I didn’t get call before 12 the booking is not confirmed 😂 How can I get call before 12 if I made booking two hours later ? They didn’t give us table even I proved that I called there and I even send email confirming that I finally spoke with someone and I got the booking. They are racist.

Had a birthday celebration meal, can't fault anything, staff,food service was excellent, definitely recommend,
