The staff were very polite , I went on a Tuesday so I had the all you can eat seafood boil and it was amazing definitely coming back for more .

The smell of mould when you enter makes you feel sick. Waiting time was to long. I received my food after 30 minutes and my husband's food never arrived. I asked for the bill and told them where is my husband food ,had to check again for another 15 minutes and we gave up. Waiting time for the bill over 10 minutes. I wouldn't come back again.

The service was amazing the staff are a credit to the restaurant. Always polite down to earth and very welcoming which sets a good vibe. The food was amazing and very value for money. Compared to other seafood boils out there this is very very good value. The Cajun spice is very very hot just a warning for you people out there lol. The venue is old school nothing fancy but that’s not an issue it’s very warmly. The only criticism I would have is the chairs. When we sat down initially we felt we were sinking into the chair lol. Not a major fault but we could see a few people felt the same. But hey if that is my only criticism then this place is still a winner. A very very good find. Definitely will be visiting again for my seafood boil fix. Highly recommend visiting here for your seafood boil fix

I always go for the all you can eat menu Tuesday to Thursday and wow the fried prawns and calamari are delicious the seafood pasta is amazing, and the seafood boil wow its amazing the portion size you get is great and the flavour is delicious..

Orders are always late, threaten to come to customers house for payment when payment have gone through and I have explained multiple times will ring just eat to find out what happened, refused to let me do so, had to call the police

The Family Crab has been our go-to for more than 2 years. 😍 We love the eat-all-you-can seafood on Tuesdays - Thursdays, but what we love even more is that you’re not spending hundreds for a quality seafood boil. The seafood boils are absolutely stunning; the flavours are to die for; the portions are very generous; and there are so many extras to choose from! 🦐🐙🦞🦑 Oh, and the cocktails are just so fresh and refreshing - perfect to pair with the seafood! 🍹 The Family Crab is all about consistency and that’s what keeps bringing us back. 😋 We will see you soon. 😍

The seafood bag was cold and the I ordered a xl big but it was not .the sausages was small only 4 pieces costings to much money for cold food I will not Go back again unless someone pay for me not working hard to get cold food and some seafood not good enough

This was my first time at the seafood boil restaurant with my family. The place is clean and tidy. Welcoming and helpful staff. Food arrived on time. Price was reasonable. However I would of like to choice to tip instead of putting the service charge which I would of as the service was on point. It isn't a fully halal place. All the fried stuff isn't halal so please ask or research before hand

I’ve been ordering from the beginning when they were called Vas Seafood Broil. Food is really good! They couldn’t get rid of me if they tried. Old bay sauce is the best! Must try! Give it a go!! Update: I ate in the restaurant for the first time (I usually get takeaway). The food as always was amazing. Plus it was nice seeing all the faces behind the food. All the ladies were friendly and welcoming. They really make me feel like a valued customer and I’m forever grateful.

Really nice, sauce is back to the original recipe which is fantastic. If you like spicy food, order old bay sauce, it won’t disappoint.

Very attentive server. Very advisory & knowledgeable. The Cajun option is very hot & thankfully a free cooling cream was provided. Recommend Alfredo sauce. Portion size on the small side. Would return.

The decor was not as I’d expect it. It look too shabby. The seating wasn’t that good either look wise but comfortable. This restaurant should really be a four star but the look of it made me give it three stars. The food was good I enjoyed the fried prawns. The Ceaser salad and the rice bowl was another set back. Take them off your menu. The sea food bag ok. I also liked the crab meat and lobsters.

10/10 I travelled all the way from Amersham as me and my other half really wanted to try a sea food boil we got a take out amazing food would definitely come and eat in we got served by this amazing waiter so friendly he even gave us a hand to the car with our food the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere 100% would definitely come again.

What a lovely experience! First time visiting and we really weren’t sure what to expect. The staff were extremely friendly and cheerful. The food was full of flavour and plentiful. We will definitely be back! Only improvement that could be made would to have a better selection of beers.

I am saddened to write this review as the food has always been nice, but last night I ordered and after 2 and a half hours of waiting nothing arrived. I spoke to someone at the restaurant and asked to speak a manager, she put the phone on the side and left me there for 5 minutes until I had to hang up. They refused to refund me too, terrible service and it's a shame that this has happened, as previously I had really enjoyed the food.

Customer service is 💯% on point!. The food was absolutely made to perfection. Been here twice now and honestly I have never been disappointed. I've never booked, just always walked in and got seen almost immediately. Thank you to the lovely lady who served us. She was lovely and very polite. Will be coming back!

I'm not a massive seafood fan, in fact I've only ever had prawns. However, I thought I'd take a risk and go to this place and order more than just the usual and it was the right decision. The food here is fab. The waitresses are absolutely fantastic as well. They know exactly what they're talking about, even down to how spicy certain things are and what goes best with what I end up tasting crab for the first time and it was beautiful. I end up tasted in the lobster for the first time off. Somebody else's plate and it was fantastic. The potato and sweet corn tried Cajun seasoning Which was fantastic if you like. Spice. Nothing I could find to fault the place And I will definitely be going there again with the family. Such a great atmosphere. They make you feel so warm when you walk through the door. One of North London's hidden gems. As mentioned above, staff members are super friendly and really know what they talk about when it comes to the food

Evie and her staff really are focused on the customer experience. The seafood is the best Ive ever had and Im a seafood queen! The deep fried prawns from the starter menu are a must order but rest assured anything you try will be delicious and seasoned to perfection. Disappointed is an understatement, I loved this place and ordered often until I tried to order and was told they had stopped delivering to where I live, although the journey is 7-10 minutes away. Also still advertised on delivery site although they do not deliver. False Advertisement!!! Also dear family crab- I’m reviewing so people don’t have the disappointment of trying to order and not being able to even though it is appearing on their delivery app as available. Sort that out if you don’t want bad reviews ♥️

Went to The crab family yesterday after seeing reviews on Tiktok. The restaurant is fairly basic but they had good music playing in the background. The food and the service was exceptional very tasty and well prepared. This is going to a favourite when in Enfield Loved it can't wait to go back. The owner is an amazing 20 year old woman. Visited the restaurant with a friend for the first time. First impression of the premises was not as expected. However, the food made up for it. The service was good. I have to give a HUGE thumbs👍up to the young 20 year old who's establishment this is....WELL DONE on your achievement. I hope you go from strength to strength.

Don't get me wrong everything was lovely apart from the snow crab legs on both occasions had no meat in. I did mention this to staff but they didn't seem to care lol...

Food was great, wish they didn’t charge for the leftovers as we paid for the food. Good atmosphere. The waitress (tia and the other lady) were great but we were told to wait as they had prioritised a bigger table even tho we paid to book our table.

Really enjoyed my meal at The Family Crab. The food was amazing and well worth the price. Mac n cheese was lovely and so was the fried calamari. The flavours in the seafood boil bag were fiery yet quite delicious. I think where the food is so hot when it comes out, it heightens the spice. The service was excellent. I was met by Tia upon entering and had her as my host the whole way through. She was attentive from start to finish. There was a bit of a wait that raised an eyebrow, but Tia kept us up to speed regularly and apologised for the length of time preparation was taking. She did explain why it can take so some time because they can get quite busy, and each order is prepared separately, which is completely understandable. Overall, the service was excellent, and so was the food. The atmosphere was very chilled and it's nice that it's Family friendly too. I would definitely recommend this restaurant 👍🏽🙂

Usually the food and delivery are great. But even though i live less than 10 minutes drive from the restaurant, my order was 30 mins late, so the food was not even warm, and the fried scallops ii purchased in that order are missing !! So not happy at all today!.. For the price of the scallops, I would like my money back!!.. I'm very serious, i don't have a lot of money, so I saved up from my benefits ( as I'm severely disabled!) too be able too get myself a nice meal today. And I got a very late order that wasn't everything I ordered.. Not happy one bit!... I'm really disappointed!.. I'm waiting on the scallops reimbursement!...

Came with my partner and was served by Tia who was so lovely and polite and made sure we was looked after. We got the XL boil bag and added lobster and mussels however the lobster was not fresh and overcooked and chewy. the waiting time was quite a while other than that great place to eat

We came as a family of 7 yesterday! The food was amazing. Fresh. Clean. Full of flavours. The two young girls who were waiting were really really sweet. The vibe was good too. I have to say the reviews below about the wait for food are ridiculous. Yes we waited as a table of 7 around 1 hour but it’s FRESH SEAFOOD BOIL. I don’t know what people expect. They can not precook it as it would be rubbery. It’s freshly cooked and all of our food came out together so the chefs are clearly working hard to cook the food simultaneously so it is served together. We will 100% be returning

The food was really good. The old bay was really spicy 😂 wasn't expecting it to be like that but it was lovely nevertheless. I ordered the lobster boil with extra prawns. The seasoning was on point. The cocktails were so so good. The only reason I am giving it a 4 is because the service was incredibly slow. It was about 15/20 before we were able to order and then we had to ask for the bill twice and chase our second round of drinks. If they improve the service I think it will be 5 stars

The food is delicious, I took my mum to the restaurant celebrate her birthday - she says the same about the food. The staff members are lovely, and provide great customer service. The only fault that can be put is the wait time. HOWEVER, I noticed that all of the staff were wearing different hats throughout their shift as there doesn’t seem to be many of members of staff on a shift. - the girls that I met are a real asset to the business. I would definitely go back again, and from photos sent to my mum’s friends, they’re going to go too!

Not knowing what to expect, we were met by friendly staff who got us a drink straight away. Having studied the menu , wanting everything, we settled on prawns and snowcrab- great choice. Plenty tasty, plenty messy ( despite gloves and tissues) but gorgeous. We will definitely recommend a visit here

Delicious food cooked to perfection and good value with a friendly welcoming service. The dining area needs a bit of updating but that wouldn’t put us off going back. We were disappointed with the condition of the toilet as it wasn’t clean. This definitely needs improvement otherwise would rate this place higher

Extremely distasteful. We ate here a month ago. Whatever they said it fits well for 4 people is actually for 2. instead of 4 crabs they gave us 2. we all left reviews after we left the site and they told us to delete all the reviews and that they will refund the 40£ booking that was done. we have never received anything nor we have ever heard of them. We eat a lot in town especially sea food and throughout uk this is the worst.

On the positive side, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and they let us sit at our table even though we came early. The food was also delicious and fresh, especially the lobster and crab boil bags with garlic butter sauce. On the negative side, the service was very slow. We had to wait a long time for our drinks and food to arrive. Overall, we enjoyed the food and good location, but we hope they can improve their service speed in the future. We'd give them another chance and have recommended this restaurant to family and friends.

Booked a visit, travelled over two hours to sit outside and it was closed, called and sat outside for a while with no answer to have to instagram them to find out it was closed and not open for another few hours without letting us know. 50% off was advertised on all social media (With a booking on the Fork) no terms and conditions for weeks until i’d bought this up with her then it all of a sudden appeared on social media with terms and condition’s and exclusions, nowhere to say it’s only for dinner also and nowhere to say it’s on their app and has selected dates and times which didn’t come up for me was then called stupid to my face because others understood how to do it and I didn’t, all I thought it meant is if you make a booking with them which I did and didn’t realise there was more too it. The waitress was then sent back and fourth which she was lovely but to be made uncomfortable by the owner for the whole visit was not nice at all. Bought these issues up face to face and not once was given an apology, a simple sorry for not letting us know they wasn’t open and we had to wait around an area we didn’t know for three hours until open then the false adveritising regarding the discount. We reluctantly ordered after not wanting to stay after that encounter with whom I believe is the owner, ordered sides which come when we had nearly finished the food, drinks were forgotten about we had to remind the waitress. Bibs were given to other customers and not us, buckets for the shells were given to others and not us also. I know the girl has no customer service skills nor can’t accept any critism or accept when she’s wrong as you can see from other reviews but would just like to let others know. As below you can see she has now got friends to make fake reviews including her name due to all the bad reviews regarding herself. She doesn’t leave the kitchen as you can see from other reviews. You can’t make orders via the phone as they don’t have their own drivers so how somebody has spoken to her to order everytime I do not know. All the reviews point at her bad management except the four reviews which were all put up at the same time including her and the other waitresses name!! Faking reviews a new low.

Food is Amazingg, I come at least twice a week and get a large seafood boil bag. The service is also tiptop. I love the waitress's (Big up Evie and Paris) make my time there very enjoyable. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for an affordable banging seafood boil and lovely atmosphere.

I have not had the opportunity to visit the shop but i've had many deliveries and they do not disappoint. The seafood boil is absolutely delicious, full of flavour and very filling. Celebrated my birthday with friends at the restaurant. Despite arriving on time, we weren't seated and had to stand by the kitchen desk until my sister grabbed the staff's attention. The wait for food exceeded 1 hour and 20 minutes, prompting us to inquire three times. Drinks were only served after a 40-minute wait. Adjacent tables faced similar delays. Even after receiving our orders, one friend endured additional waiting for her dish, and appropriate cutlery for crabs was absent. Post-meal, we struggled to get attention for table clearing, dessert menu, dessert order, and the bill – a total of three times each. The entire experience, though the staff was young, highlighted the need for improved customer service training. Despite arriving at 7:30 pm, we left just before 11 pm, an unexpectedly lengthy dinner compared to experiences at other establishments. The food was good overall but the experience was disappointing. I was excited to try this new place as I really wanted a seafood boil in my area.

Terrible experience first and last time! Went for my friends birthday dinner! Don't know where to start we arrived at 8pm our drinks came out between 9:30-10pm our food then came out after 10pm. Starters came out separately so we all could not even eat together some of us finished before the others got her food even the items for 1 person came out separately! When the seafood boil came out not even half way eating we was asked to pay as the machine was going off! After paying we realised items was missing from the seafood boil when asked for them we was told the kitchen is now closed after we've already paid! Asked to speak to the manager she completely refused to come out to speak to us very unprofessional she kept sending the waitress back and forth but never came out herself. Waitress was lovely bless her and only the mac n cheese tasted nice food was NOT worth the wait or money! Its not all you can eat they advertise misleading information its not unlimited for which is what you call all you can eat you pay extra for lobster and or tails and get charged if you ask for takeaway container! Cocktails said 2 for 1 but again misleading was told there should of been a sticker over it as its not 2 for 1!
