Great pub typical spoons you can't beat the prices if your in the west end of Glasgow.

I've been to lots of Wetherspoons and this one is one of my favourites, nice staff and good prices, always clean and food and drinks are on point

Good beer at good prices 👍. Watch out for the parking charges though.

Love visiting here when I'm nearby in Jodanhill

Still good. Currently beer festival on but bar giving samplers so you can rule out the ones that do not meet your taste.

Busy place but good atmosphere 👌

This was a superb pub for drinking, with a spacious area and windows letting in a sense of light! The counter is well-presented and the area nearby has a compact feel, staff were friendly too. I had a pint of Corona Extra, sitting comfortable at a clean table!

I love this place. Real ale beers are cheap and very good. Food is actually not too bad, considering the price and the fact that is a pub anyway. What I love the most is that it's really an easy place for everyone. Families, singles, parties, everyone can have what they are looking for. Everyone is welcome. After a while you feel like at home.

I went in to Esquire House for some food in December. Shortly after I got a parking fine for parking in the Car Park right outside the Pub! I won't be coming back !

It was a good experience, had some Guinness and Naga chicken. Was there was fish and chips which were not available that time. Overall it’s a good wetherspoon like others.

Nice place handy for transport some parking places I enjoy the food and it sells my favourite lager (Budweiser) will be back.

We live walking distance from this gorgeous Wetherspoons! We really like the simplicity of the food and the ease of ordering. The best thing about this place is how relaxed it feels in the morning.

Absolutamente increíble desayuno, , podía cambiar por diferentes artículos, digamos por ejemplo huevos fritos, y quería huevos escalfados fácilmente hecho, no hay problema, todo en el plato, era, absolutamente delicioso, cada miembro del personal que conocí tan muy muy encantador, , simplemente era tan bueno y relajado, y un desayuno hecho muy muy bien, . Breakfast on new years day with family it was great staff ware great and happy we came in only 5 more families came in early started to get back to normality at 1ish.

A great Wetherspoons in the west of Glasgow on great western rd next to Anniesland cross Drink was very reasonable as expected in Wetherspoons and table service was excellent from the App. At the most waited 10mins for my order when the pub was busy. Food is ok as you can expect for this type of place as I can imagine its mostly produced and turned around quickly Plenty regulars drink in this bar and it’s always interesting to people watch if you know what I mean

Great local spoons and right next to the station. Can't hack 1.99 a pint and a quick bite to eat. Always get a seat and a good atmosphere 🍺

The best things in this place is how the staff is friendly, smiley all the time and working very hard. Freece specially was very friendly and helpful in switching some of the breakfast items to accommodate feeding a 10 months old son. Feels like home to be always there. Thank you so much.

A friendly atmosphere with an equally friendly and helpful bar staff. We both had the curries on the menu, which come with either a alcoholic or non alcoholic drink. I had a chicken tikka masala, Liz had the Jalfrezi, and both had a nann bread and poppadoms. Service was quick with no fuss. Great food, great value for money, and friendly staff. I thoroughly recommend it when you find yourself in the Anniesland area of Glasgow

Can be slow on service at times but today 15 Nov it was fine.

Wonderful friendly, attentive staff. Great, well kept real ale and good food. Keep up the good work...we'll be back.

La calidad de las tortitas eran pobres, se puede decir un paquete, pero realmente no estoy contento con las 2 multas de estacionamiento que recibí una semana después, pedimos en la mesa, así que se nos olvidó poner en reg no de coches, ya que el dispositivo estaba en el bar donde no nos acercamos a esto es una cosa nueva recién traído hace un año. Debería preguntarse en la aplicación si tiene un registro del coche. Querida puesta al día que he tenido, restricción es 1. 5 o 2 horas pero si se pone en reg no se puede aparcar todo el dia . . . . . .

Won't be back, new car park rules, cost me 2 car parking tickets because forgot to put in my reg and my daughters, ordered at table so forgot new devise was at bar only realised as was leaving the car park, should prompt you on app to input reg no. Was a catch up with friends and daughters for 3hrs ..... won't be returning will go somewhere where can park without that hassle

Not only is the food substandard and the service poor, you can get hit with £75 fine for parking inthier car pak STAY AWAY........GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I use esquire house at least once a week for a drink and meal,but today I got a large gammon steak meal which had no eggs,I asked why was told no eggs not impressed unhappy.

Nice place food is good great service nice staff but if you are going to stay in there for a few hours make sure you put your reg plate in there wee machine or you will Get a parking ticket I got one but the nice staff fixed it for me

Muy decepcionado con este lugar bastante antipático. Llamé para preguntar sobre el desayuno y si los perros que permitimos porque había visitado con mi perro hace muchos años. Me dijeron que los perros no estaban permitidos en el local, pero había un área exterior con mesas que podía sentarme allí. Llegué el 6 de agosto justo después de las 9 cuando el lugar estaba vacío y me dijeron con autoridad que no podía sentarme afuera con mi perro. No había clientes ni dentro ni fuera. Ciertamente no volverá allí. Más establecimientos se están volviendo amigables con los perritos y Wetherspoons debe moverse con los tiempos. Matthew Sneddon

Enjoyed our food . Service is good, staff are friendly and pleasant. You get what you pay for in a Weatherspoons. Since their refurb though the amout of tables seems to have increased. There was hardly room to get in and out of your seat as the tables were so close together. I heard other diners also complain about the same issue.

American breakfast was pretty rotten! The 'bacon' was dry, crumpled up, and pretty tasteless. 1 of the coffee machines were down for the time I was there, causing queues. Staff tried their best but it was too busy for them to sort it out.

Fuimos a la casa del escudero en mayo para conocer a 3 de mis amigos que tuvimos el almuerzo, café y bebidas. No bebo, así que tenía mi coche. Tuve un buen día hasta que tuve una desagradable sorpresa 10 días después cuando a través del correo recibí una multa de estacionamiento por 45 libras. Me había quedado 3 horas y 7 minutos. No volveré. Iré a algún lugar donde pueda quedarme más de 3 horas y 7 minutos

Wine ran out so I had to wait for mine and hubby had to chase it up. Toatally spoiled the experience

No suelo ser fan de Wetherspoons pero tuvimos una gran velada. Éramos 11 y el gerente y el personal hicieron todo lo posible para acomodarnos. La comida estaba caliente, y perfectamente comestible. No fue protagonizada por Michelin, pero no esperábamos que lo fuera. Sin duda es una relación calidad-precio. Pero lo más destacado fue sin duda el personal. ¡Fueron geniales!

It’s a Wetherspoons, so you can expect the basics, at reasonable prices, but it’s never going to please everyone.

just finished our big exam for the year, so a few of us went here to celebrate, not all where drinking alcohol, but we stayed more than three hours, for subpar, drinks not a full measure, and found out today my friend has a parking charge for £75 for an extra hour and a half. WHAT????? No clear markings for these charges only the 3 hour stay, no one who worked in the bar even came out near the three hour mark to say to them. NEED TO DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION CLEARLY AND NOT HIDE IT AWAY.

It's a weatherspoons, but I'd say it's one of the better ones. Service was good, food was good and came quickly. It was clean and we managed to get a parking space which for Glasgow is a bonus. Would we come back again, probably. It's fantastic value for money and decent quality food and good portions.

Visit after hospital appointment for breakfast. Ordered full breakfast between us. Consisted of 2 x eggs,bacon sausages, black pudding potato scone and beans with toast. All food piping hot. Toast really good. First time having breakfast will order again. 10 out of 10.

Risky parked!!! Why don’t use the CCTV to monitor the clients how much foods they have consumed? This Shop provides parking spaces to customers. But if you forgot to registered to extend parking, you would feel tense while you received the fine notice required to pay £45 or £75. 📶weakness Rubbish idiot policy!

Great wee meeting venue for several People, totally inexpensive and delicious good.

Food was good! Came hot as it should. Major downfall of this place is the staff. particularly the management. The blonde woman was not very kind. I had sat down for a pint with intention to hang with some locals, after being named a teuchter and other very nasty things, amongst some homophobic comments thrown around, I was barred for the night without providing my reasoning because the other folk were "there for longer". No consideration for other parties as apparently the majority get their say. In my opinion, this is NOT professional in any means necessary. However, I should note that I was welcome to come back another day, does this seem like a fair gesture or not? I will leave it up to the reader to decide. From my point, this is shocking behaviour. A classic case of racism from the team and taking the majorities side without considering the third party. Can clearly state who has been educated and who has not.

It's not the best of Spoons. A little basic. Not as much character as we've come to expect from Spoons.

Busy the day we visited. Ordered 2 paninis and chips plus the drinks with food. Chips came overcooked and slightly cold, disappointing 😞 Paninis were OK, not very warm, again 😞 Pleasant enough visit. Staff were pleasant enough.

One of our group ate only a small bit of their main course and we asked for it to be boxed to takeaway. The kitchen made a mistake with the request and made a fresh meal.
