Where do we start phone hotel two weeks before arriving to book the restaurant for my husband’s birthday. When we arrived they could not find our booking then it was under another name we were informed it was £9 a night to book your car into there hotel car park which we paid. When checking in the place could do with a refurb. We got ready had a drink at the bar and went to reception to find out about our dinner reservations to be told they don’t do food and was finding it difficult to get anywhere. When arriving back that night the double bed consists of two single beds together I don’t mind but the mattresses were not the same size but we were tired. On going down for breakfast that was a shambles not enough staff ordered cooked breakfast and brown toast. The plate arrived not one told me it was hot and burnt my fingers and the sausage was raw inside, brown toast did not arrive but ward hard white looking toast came when we were nearly finished. Next day we went out came back no car park spaces to be told be reception it’s first come first served so why take your money up front they should be numbered was informed we can park at the NCP for £15 Next morning checking out decided to just get scrambled eggs and mushrooms with brown toast made a point on check the plate to find out the was stone cold so was the mushrooms, when trying to explain to the staff my plate was whipped away without a sorry to be given another plate with warm mushrooms and undercooked scrambled egg. And again late toast or warm hard bread we did not eat as we were watching one of the staff wiping one of the tables with the bath mat you use when you are stepping out the shower When confronting the staff in morning of checking out for our refund of the parking we were informed that this was refunded I had to phone email about 6 times to be sent a copy of my refund when was 0 when looking at this they took the two beers which we thought we paid which was about £7 with the vat which should have been £2 to be refunded but they put an item regarding the room which balanced the £9.00 I emailed them to ask why and we are still waiting on a reply it may only be. £2.00 but I would rather give this to a charity that give this hotel anything extra I know this maybe a long review but please think before you even decide to go there it’s is awful it’s a shame as it could have potential Kathleen

Awful service, terrible food. Will never eat there again! Pre ordered our food but still couldnt get this right. Not impressed when food is plated. Had to ask for extra gravy. Only one smal dish of cranberry between 12 people. Desserts were even worse. Burnt Xmas pudding, cream served (after having to ask) in its supermarket carton and dumped on the table. Celery you couldn't snap. The complaints are endless. Drink prices varied depending on who served you. First round £10.50 next one £8 a £2.50 difference. Was told that I had discount as there were no clean glasses available. Sent an e-mail of complaint but they reckon that their food is of high standards and have not had any previous complaints. Would recommend avoiding this place at al costs.

Stayed at this hotel with my husband. This was a business trip FYI. The receptionist was really friendly on arrival. No car parking left at the hotel was advised to part on the road. Was really not happy about this. The room was AWFUL! Was more basic than a ibis or premier inn. The bistro looked lovely, but the rooms were such a disappointment and so not worth the money.

During a recent visit to Swansea we had lunch here. We chose the set 2 or 3 course meals. There were only 3 choices for each course but this was ample. The menu changes each day for lunch. Service was very good and our waiter was very helpful. The meals were good value but the drinks were quite expensive. They have got to make money somehow.

bought a voucher off groupon for a 3 course meal for 2 with wine, went there friday night there was 2 tables available, i asked if we could sit in the one by the window but were told it was reserved eventhough there was no reserve sign on it and i thought it was 1st come first served, but not in this case, we were given a huge glass for the wine thet was only filled to a quarter of it, then we were given a menu of a choice of 3 starters, 3 mains which were either chicken stir fry, paella which they had run out of and salmon, and a choice of 2 desrts ice cream or sticky toffee pudding, we had vegetable soup for starters and a hot bread roll, and stir fry for mains which suposed to have come with chips but we nere had any, and sticly toffee pudding that came on its own no custard or cream i had to ask for some, the choice was terrible good job we are not fussy eaters, the food was lovely we did enjoy it but would not go again in a hurry, we knew wht we didnt have the table by the window as the people that got seated there were purchasing food off the main menu and didnt have a groupon voucher like us !!!!!

Ate here as the rest of Swansea was closed. The food was ok. The place was a bit dingy/dark and could have done with freshening up. View from our window seat was roadworks. No music played - which I normally like as you can hear each other, but here it just made it worse.

Booked for afternoon tea for 15 ladies from church. Was disappointed on a number of issues. Booked for 2.00 as one lady was having to report for duty regarding her job. Was not served until 2.30 and this was after two enquiries were made. Afternoon tea (so was thought) is served with table clothes and our own teapots. We had neither. We had get up to use a machine to get our teas. It felt more like a canteen rather than an afternoon tea. The sandwiches were mediocre but the scones and Welsh cakes were delicious. Had afternoon tea in other places and it is fair to say that they out did the Dragon on the finer details. On a positive note the staff were very nice. Won’t be in too much of a rush to go again or indeed recommend.

The spa part of the Groupon voucher was great. We had the pool to ourselves ! A short time in the sauna but we were disappointed there was no jacuzzi, which is usually a standard piece of equipment in spas these day. The therapist Jenna was fabulous and our manicures were excellent. The we got to the afternoon tea - nothing wrong with the cakes - a good selection and all tasty but the savoury section was abysmal! Only sandwiches were served! And the cheapest of ingredients used! E.g cheese spread !! (Come on - just not good enough). Then egg. Then cheap plastic ham and mustard (not even a slice of tomato served with it)! And finally tuna and onion. It was a terrible selection but that’s all it was too. In other afternoon teas we’ve had quiche and crisps and pickles. Like I said we had a Groupon voucher but the price each is normally £14.99. So this selection - see pic would cost you £45, with teas or coffees. Plus a glass of Prosecco.

Called for lunch today at this restaurant that has previously been excellent. Sadly, no more. Orders taken promptly, beef & horseradish sandwich & Welsh rarebit. After a wait of approx 20 mins was advised that there was no beef so another welsh rarebit ordered. Both arrived within 10 mins. One cold one just warm. The toast topping appeared to be cheese sauce with mustard seeds and was tasteless. I was unable to eat mine. My companion ate hers due to health reasons. The two meals looked totally different. The waitress was advised and stated that she would pass the message on. No discount or apology was offered. Shall not be visiting again until an improvement can be seen.

I used to be a keen advocate of the Dragon Brasserie, going once or twice a week as the menu used to change monthly so always something new and the chefs were ace as producing brilliant food. Then a few years back when the Dragon changed hands and a new manager came it all changed and turned the Brasserie into a sort of coffee shop/sports bar/restaurant - not one thing or the other and they lost custom and credibility and the manager seemed to ignore what was happening. I had recently started using their Sunday Carvery however which was excellent, and then was pleased to see they had re-introduced a set lunchtime meal for £9 for 2 x courses changing daily over the week - so tried it. Have to say, not sure if they have some of the same chefs but the food was really good as was the service I received. Was lovely to see some of the old standards resurfacing - excellent value for money and I will certainly use again. Admittedly it was really quiet - I was the sole diner at lunch whilst there - but it was the first week of this new venture and hopefully they will give it enough time to take off. My one observation for the management to consider is once again using the downstairs kitchen which is actually in the Brasserie. Today the server had to go upstairs each time to bring courses down leaving the bar/restaurant empty but more than that any passers by would just look in through the windows and seeing nobody cooking would think for all intense purposes that the place was closed!

Stayed at the hotel so ate at the restaurant a couple of times (besides the breakfast)... and it was not good. One night we had the lasagna.. it was burnt, small, and was not good. We also had the bangers and mash with gravy.. it wasn’t so bad.. but it was an exaggeration to call what was on it gravy.. it was just a brown thin liquid. They could do better for sure.

After eating the normal takeaways that you do while away on business. I thought I would try the Dragon Brasserie in the hotel I was staying at. I found the ‘light bites’ menu really good and offers if you have two or three choices (photo). The salt and pepper squid is wonderful. I also during the course of my stay I tried the Welsh burger and the Welsh faggots (photo). Both were really tasty, a good size and good value for money. The food was cooked well and delivered to the table pipping hot. If your staying in the hotel, forget the normal takeaway options and stay close and eat and have a drink.

I took my employees here as a pre Christmas treat (we had a Christmas dinner as our work party here last year and were very pleased with that so decided to try the afternoon tea) and it was superb. They catered excellently to the needs of the one member of the group with dietary restrictions due to allergies in such a thoughtful way that she didn’t feel like she missed out (as she did when at a different venue’s afternoon tea a few weeks ago). All of us agreed the food was rich, sumptuous and of top quality - coming from an extreme foodie like me that’s praise! Not sure how much was home made and how much was pre-bought but it was all delicious so that’s all that counts and having the fresh scones and welshcakes served warm is always a plus! The sandwiches were excellent too. The place is stylish, clean and nicely decorated for Christmas and the service was excellent and all at a great price point. Another Christmas winner from the Dragon!

The sweet potato soup and roll were good as was the dessert, lemon posset. However, the main course came plated with not enough for anyone with a big appetite. Well where do I begin!!! Booked 4! Weeks ago, we were a party of 13 with 2 being gf she paid a deposit to guarantee the gf afternoon tea! What a waste of time! When we arrived 3 friends couldn't attend so that advised the waitress who told me we had to pay for the 3 not attending! I informed her that wouldn't be happening as the only deposit paid were for the gluten free! She wasn't happy with this! We were brought our teas firstly the 'normal' tea and then the gluten free!!! OMG!!! The 'normal' had lovely looking cakes and scones...the gf? Looked like something you'd give a 4 year old! 3 choices of finger sandwiches, then a couple of shop bought slices and then choice of biscuits!!!! It cost £26 for the 2 of us, half way through they decided to bring hot drink pots of tea n a solitary coffee if you wanted that, you weren't told it was unlimited and when I asked for another coffee you'd think Id sworn at him!!! I'm told by my friend the tea they had was lovely....I sent my sweet home with my friend for her boy who loves biscuits as he's 4!!! Paying a deposit I expected home made cakes and scones that if have had elsewhere not gf bread and dry biscuits from a packet!!! Absolutely appalling would never recommend this place.

Having spent the day in Swansea, time was flying, we passed the Dragon Brasserie bar and saw the menu was simple and reasonably priced. The bar was nicely laid out and not too busy, so we could here each other talk. The service from the barman (Nick) was both friendly and informative, pointing us towards the specials menu as well as the standard menu. The food was cooked fresh and arrived in good time. I had the chicken burger, whilst my other half had the creamy chicken dish. The chips were to die for and the chicken dish was beautiful, with the veg cooked to perfection.

How a 'chef' can put food this bad in front of people is beyond me. Freezing cold undercooked veg, burnt-black roasties, beef you could have soled a shoe with and gravy that would have given the Dead Sea a run for its money. It was foul. The only saving grace was Kate the waitress, who was an absolute delight. Used to love coming here, but will be going elsewhere in future. Sorry, guys.

As we have had very pleasant experiences at the Dragon Hotel, we thought we would visit on a Friday evening. To our surprise they had a recently introduced, may have been that evening, not sure Special Menu, so we gave it a try.I had the mussels and my wife the French Onion soup. Both were superb in all fairness. We followed this up with Rump steak and my wife the Belly Pork, again both were delicious.Too full for desert. Next time I may bypass the starter to sample the desert menu. The atmosphere was great, the Brasserie was quite busy and being able to see the Chef cooking in the kitchen was a delight. It was very professionally run and our waiter/barman was so pleasant it was a joy to dine here. I know IO have reviewed this place before, but they have all been for separate occasions. Lunch and Dinner in the Brasserie downstairs and Sunday lunch in the Piano Bar.If you get a chance give it a go, we certainly will revisit.

Visited here yesterday evening for a Bank Holiday catch up with friends. We arrived for our booking at 8 pm it was very quiet we were the only people dining, we placed our order and as the only people there we thought it would be spot on ! Our starters arrived the mushroom soup it was boiling in the centre but freezing on the outside as if it had been microwaved, the waitress came and apologised for our cold soup as she could see we didn't eat it. One of our party then asked for bread rolls they said no problem they wouldn't be long, the chef then came to the table put the bread rolls down and told her be careful as they are boiling hot ! She then cut into the bread rolls which were hot on the outside but still frozen in the centre again the staff couldn't apologise enough. The main we had the steak and chips with pepper sauce, the steak was dry again didn't taste fresh more like frozen, the pepper sauce didn't taste of anything very bland. Dessert only one of us had dessert thank god really as the person in our party ordered sticky toffee pudding as he was eating it he said omg I nearly snapped my tooth and chocked on this ! He spat out what looked like some kind of nut although we were not sure, we tried to cut the object with a knife to see if it was a nut but it would not cut it was solid, again we called the waitress and she said she didn't know what it was but would go and ask in the kitchen, she returned and explained that they soak the pudding in dates and it must have been a stone from the date. We asked to see a manager but they said that we had just missed him and he had gone home but they took one of our phone numbers and get him to call us. The whole experience wasn't very nice and you could see that the waiter and waitress were very embarrassed about it all. The waiter said he could take the starters and dessert off our bill and couldn't apologise enough, we really felt that they should not have charged us at all but as it was not the waiting staffs fault we just paid and left. It is a shame as I have dined here before and had a lovely meal and also another person in our party had visited for Sunday lunch the weekend before and also enjoyed but sadly the four of us are now really put off returning in the future as if spoilt our evening.

Well, I tried the Dragon Brasserie in June and was very pleased, so on recommendation we tried the Sunday Lunch in the Piano Restaurant upstairs. We were told it was a new menu as it was previously a buffet lunch and now it is plated and served at your table, which we personally prefer. There was a good selection for starter, main course and desert. The vegetables were really fresh, no frozen rubbish you get in some restaurants.I had homemade vegetable soup to start and my wife the duck pate with relish, both very nice indeed. We both had the beef and as I said, the vegetables were all piping hot and fresh and the Yorkshire pudding was the best I have ever tasted in all fairness. The beef was very tender and cooked to perfection. Not that we normally do, but we pushed the boat out and had desert as they were homemade, which you do not always get.I had the salt caramel cheesecake and my wife homemade bread and butter pudding (just like mum used to make), both were very good indeed. All this for £14.94 each a real bargain. The staff were very pleasant, but could have been a bit quicker clearing tables in between courses, but I think this was recognised by the manager who apologised for this whilst asking us if we enjoyed our meal. I believe he is quite new and it takes time to get things like service spot on.Overall a very pleasant experience and we sghall visit again when the opportunity arises.

Checked out the previous reviews and gambled on a couple of dishes that had negative feedback and must admit I found no fault, all dishes where cooked well, were a good size and tasted delicious. Apart from the restaurant's decent night view and the well-prepared main courses, the dessert was an absolute insult to the diners through the severe lack of ingredients in the dessert and the quality of customer service; the dessert was served to the diners unnoticed of the missing ingredients and no apology was given once the plate was on the table, not until the diners complained. In the end, the complaints were taken seriously. Our experience could have, presumably, been better if notice was given beforehand if something is wrong.

As a large group of us enjoyed our evening meal at the Dragon Brasserie (circa 20+), it would be unfair perhaps to judge the level of service, which was actually acceptable (other than them forgetting to serve me soup, as ordered but this was soon rectified when I brought it to their attention). The two course meal was enjoyable, in a relaxed environment

We arrived at 12.50 and ordered promptly. The waitress was charming and helpful. The booked table could have been cleaner. We waited for our food until ten to two. In the mean time two other parties which arrived after us were served before us. Unacceptable on all counts, especially as one of us is diabetic, although we had not told the waitress that. Although we had said that one of us was lactose intollerant, her salmon arrived with a cream sauce and had to be sent back. The replacement arrived quite quickly, but the rest of us were half was through our meals. The food was delicious, but an hour is far too long to wait for it to arrive. We asked the smirky waiter to call the manager who didn't appear; Our desert was also really slow in coming. How long does it take to put up three plates of cheese and one pannacotta? We nearly left. The pannacotta was supposed to be gluten free as ordered, but came with a biscuit on top, so had to be sent back. We were offered coffee on the house, but this seemed too small a gesture to compensate us for the terribly slow and poor service, our suggestion that the wine would be a more appropriate gesture was refused, but we did get a 10% discount. I felt sorry for our charming waitress who couldn't appologise enough. At least there was free parking. I'll never go there again. In the service box below, the score refers to the kitchen service.

Had the set three course meal each, smoked salmon risotto was so salty, hubby had the pate with was obviously bought in, no butter on toast. We both had the chicken which was terribly dry and served with some awful tomato chutney. The only thing good on the plate was the sweet corn purée. Pistachio Panna cotta tasted like soap served with a charcoal black chocolate shortbread. Will not return

Ate here on same day as arrival as it was raining. Both dishes I ordered were heavily over-salted, they even put salt on my chips! There was a salt cellar on the table for heavens sake!Complained which the waitress apologised and said she would pass it on.Decided to risk another meal the next day.....what a difference! They obviously have a "give it more salt" chef on at certain times!Service was good and you could watch Sky Sports on the big television but it wasn't obtrusive for non sport lovers. Reasonable selection of beers and wines not too over-priced either. Great seating including big leather sofas for a relaxing morning coffee. Great view of the unusual double dual carriageway system they have in Swansea!

1st time here for 4 of us we all had set lunch 2 course £12 50, course 16.95, as we didn't fancy sandwiches etc, after ordering we then noticed Specials of the day which we were not made aware of as it had other nice things on,i would have preferred. It was nice to see the open kitchen and watch the chef create, although the service needs attention and was slow, pleasant atmosphere.

Had a lunch in this restaurant with my friends. To be honest quality and menu used to be way better before, menu suits a good pub, but not a restaurant for 4* hotel. I had chicken liver pate, it wasn’t smooth and a salad with peppers it’s a strange way to compliment liver on winter menu set, then I had salmon with cockles souse –I thought its weird combination, but I gave it a go , salmon been way overcooked –how could you spoil such a tender and easy to cook fish still a secret for me, and about drinks lemonade – was also very flat ,lemonade tastes like from bottle which been open for few days. If you would ask if I enjoyed I would say no, before been nicer food and atmosphere.Another point I would like to make chefs ld be wearing hats

For several years I was the Dragon Brasseries biggest fan and ate there at least once a week. However about a year ago a new manager took over and changed everything and it went downhill fast. Thought I would try it for lunch again and was pleased to see that the food has come back up to its excellent standard. Brilliant value for money, 2 x courses for £12.50 and some really good things on the menu... looks like the menu is changing monthly now like before and that is a real plus for regular diners. So that side is positive. However on the downside the actual place is still neither one thing or the other and lacks warmth and atmosphere. The Brasserie used to be a proper restaurant and even for the money was serving fine dining food. However when the manager changed it about, it is now a mix between a restaurant, sports bar, bar and coffee shop with tables all intermingled so you can be having a lovely meal and chatting with friends whilst on the next table someone is watching the football and going mad - I have no problem with that, but the two don't mix, make it one thing or the other - or have the restaurant part up one end and the pub/coffee shop down the other end. Plus the restaurant now closes at I believe 13.45 which is pretty early, so then the shutters come down and you feel in the way virtually as everything is being shut up and moved on... indeed if you ask for a desert the poor waiting staff have to take the order upstairs and then it comes back down when it is ready to be served, it appears there is no dumb waiter as all transported through the hotel stairs! I appreciate its a cold spell but there is a lack of heat in the place too. It never used to be like this... so glad to see the food is back to an excellent standard but things really need to change to make this a welcoming place to lunch.

We went for a Christmas Eve lunch, as we due not go out very often as my husband is disabled we chose the dragon as it has easy access . we were Looking forward to a nice meal but it was a very disappointed and sorry Looking meal , it was Gray and tastles the roast potatoes were inedible as was the veg, all in all we were very disappointed as the best thing on the menu was the bread and butter. We were offered coffee on the house but this was a lame excuse as it was a poor and expensive meal for us.

8 of us ladies booked an afternoon tea here at the Dragon and it was awesome. We had little sandwiches of smoked salmon egg mayo ham cheese and pickle etc to start with tea and coffee. Then the cakes came out and omg the selection was to die for...scones with jam and clotted cream, fruit baskets, banana cake, choc and caramel shortcake, rocky road etc. an afternoon to remember.

Visited here recently for afternoon tea. The tea was lovely - generous portions, and well priced. We weren't offered a choice of sandwiches, which was a downside. My bugbear with our visit was that the brasserie was incredibly noisy, to the point where the two of us had difficulty having a conversation. Whilst it can't be seen as a 'fault' that the brasserie was busy (that's a good thing), the room is full of hard surfaces - flooring, walls and ceiling, with no soft furnishings to absorb the sound, making it incredibly noisy, and giving an atmosphere more suited to drinks at 10pm on a Saturday night than afternoon tea at 3pm.

My mother and I popped in for a small bite to eat on a Sunday afternoon hoping to catch some atmosphere for one of the World Rugby Cup games after a spot of shopping. Unfortunately the bar area is lacking in atmosphere and any attention to detail in service. The food took a long time to come considering we only ordered pate on toast and a soup of the day. The toast arrived cold which often can be with the dish so I didn't question, however my mothers' soup was tepid at best with a skin on top which led us to believe it had probably been sat out waiting to be brought to the table. She was hungry so questioned whether to send it back, but I insisted as it was substandard. By the time it came back I had finished my meal, and we could both tell it had just been warmed in the microwave and olive oil doused on top. This was very disappointing as we would normally highly rate the service and food here. As some consolation we had a 10% discount on the soup and the waitress was very apologetic about the issue, however I failed to accept the sincerity. If the staff had been conscientious there wouldn't have been the complaint in the first place.

I ate in the PIANO BARI was rather pleased to see a 'Piano Bar' advertised in reception as I both enjoy and play the piano. Somewhat disappointed to find they had nice piano and piped music. I understand that you cannot always have a pianist - but maybe consider changing the name or advising guests that there is a pianist on during certain days and times.I took advantage of the 'early bird' offer and I was very impressed with the food. Served quickly - hot - and was tasty. The service was somewhat disjointed at times - but did not spoil the experience

Having travelled over 7hrs and feeling hungry we were looking forward to a good dining experience after reading reviews on TA! We were so dissapointed - only 2 out of 9 of us said their meal was ok! We were asked if we enjoyed our starters which some of the group did, however we were never asked if everything was ok with our main courses - food was left, burgers were overcooked veering on un-edible. Pudding was awful!

We went there for lunch on my birthday. It was lovely. Good food, good service, good value. While it's not a top notch restaurant, it doesn't pretend to be either, and it's quality is that it isn't pretentious. This was our third or fourth visit, and each time has been really good, so it's also consistent.Views are of the city centre, but being a few hundred yards away from the shops it's not as busy as the eateries near the shops, so tables are usually available. I had burger and chips, and the helping was so generous I couldn't finish it. The burger was almost a solid slab of meat and no hint of grease. My starter was a salmon salad and it was nicely presented, perfectly fresh and tasty. I washed it down with a large glass of Chardonnay which was gorgeous. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Cost of two two course meals with drinks was well under £40, so good value considering the quality of the food.

This is a perfect place, either to rendez-vous with friends or to visit solo when you want to tuck into a corner and not be surrounded by too much buzz. The coffee came in a cafetiere and the sandwiches were freshly-made and delicious. On arrival, I must have looked a tad lost, because a staff member came up and directed me to the lift to access the first floor restaurant.

I have had nothing but praise for both the food and service at the Dragon Brasserie over the years; indeed, I travel in from Wiltshire and specifically choose to eat here when in Swansea. However, we ate here on Sat 21st Feb and whilst the food was up to its usual high standards, the restaurant itself was most certainly not. As a previous reviewer has noted, the haphazard way the chairs and sofas are laid out makes the place look downright scruffy. Could not the easy chairs & sofas all be placed in the window by the bar and so maintain a 'drinking area', at the very least? The toilets were in a terrible state and smelled disgusting, and whilst it was a busy football weekend, there's really no excuse for this (had to mention to a member of staff how bad they were). We have been put off the place based on this presentation and will choose to eat elsewhere, which is a shame because the food really is exceptionally good. I understand and appreciate changes needed to be made to increase footfall and covers, but this is not the way to go about it I'm afraid.

Have been a long standing visitor to the Dragon Brasserie and have always enjoyed the place, great food, good service, and a lovely atmosphere..... Unfortunately they have changed it to the Dragon Cafe and Bar and its just not the same! Went there yesterday and the food and chefs are still the same so thank goodness that hasn't changed and the serving staff are the same, so hopefully that doesnt change. But in place of it being a normal restaurant you have some tables for diners, some tables with easy chairs and then some tables with sofas making it much more a bar/coffee shop. The place looks haphazard and is neither one thing or the other.. also sitting down for a lovely meal then you have a rowdy party next to you just drinking - am not against one or the other but if I wanted them together I would go to a pub. Not a fan and hopefully it does not work out and they revert back to being a great restaurant.

Three of us booked for Sunday lunch. Hubby and I chose the lamb, which was absolutely scrumptious. Grandson, who is vegetarian chose the nut roast (no other option). The selection of vegetables was okay - peas, carrots, cabbage and swede. An option of cauliflower cheese would have been nice - at an extra cost. It was however, disappointing not to have a Yorkshire pudding. It seems that they only come with the beef. My grandson in particular would have liked one - he didn’t have any roast potatoes either, which I think is ridiculous. It was a very tasty dinner with real gravy but for the price yorkies should have come as standard.
