Had a wonderful afternoon tea on 26th of Feb 2025, we celebrated our anniversary, Sebastian was amazing and made it very special for us. Will return for sure.

Visited the Dorchester following a dog walk in Hyde Park hoping to get a coffee and to rest my weary legs for a short while perhaps in the reception or bar area like many other luxury hotels. Whilst the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful, the policy was such that I could only do this if my dog was of a size that he could be put in a dog bag/carrier. He isn’t the biggest of dogs but certainly not an ‘accessory’ type so I went elsewhere.

We did not stay at this hotel although I am sure it would of been fabulous. We had a afternoon tea in their beautiful tea lounge with a pianist nearby. The server was very nice, the presentation amazing and the food was fresh and delicious. We really had an amazing time!

Dining at The Dorchester’s rooftop restaurant was an absolutely exceptional experience! The views of London’s skyline are simply breathtaking, creating the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. The ambiance is sophisticated and elegant, with a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. The food was exquisite, each dish perfectly executed and bursting with flavour. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who made sure every need was met. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just enjoying a luxurious evening out, this rooftop restaurant offers an experience that’s hard to beat. Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed in the hotel for many times , but with this new staff its really an unpleasant place to stay in. I dont recommend to stay there many better options with friendly staff and better hospitality.

If you’ve ever wondered “should I stay at The Dorchester?” The answer is yes. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and the service is impeccable. You will feel pampered and very well taken care of the minute you walk in. Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed at over the years, The Dorchester is our hands down favorite. Highly, highly recommend.

Visited the hotel as it was the venue for a business meeting. The setting, environment, and location were excellent; liked it so much, booked Tea for Two.

Afternoon tea: STUNNING, AMAZING, DELICIOUS The location is beautiful, we felt at ease even though we are not people who can afford to stay in this hotel, but experiencing it for a tea was a dream. Thank you. Expensive, very expensive, but for me it's worth it. It's money best spent. It was all delicious!!!! The only flaw: I didn't like that they made us pay 9 pounds for water when we didn't ask for it, but they brought it, in a structure like this it shouldn't happen.

A beautiful dining experience made even more special by Anwar in the promenade. We had afternoon tea booked for our anniversary and it couldn’t have been more special. Anwar charmed us and had so much knowledge when it came to the experience, dishes and champagne! He’s a credit to The Dorchester! We’ll be back for a different dining experience, in the hopes we see him again!

Hotels location offers a bunch of places to go on feet primary reason for point break in review is that the rooms bathtub is too small not enough to fit as 1 person who is 1.85cm spa is all good but no sauna no pool or jackuzi you will need to use another hotel for those and the room had used orange juice inside minibar probably the one staying there drinked and put it back

I was in the period of January 2024 in the first days of the new year. For me everything was impeccable, from the general service, to the excellent reception, the bar and the unforgettable afternoon tea, completely new and wonderful rooms. Top breakfast. I hope to return on my next trip to London!

Sadly £35 per head 3 courses was very dissapointing.Probably because menu's change regularily.So menu we was expecting had changed.Starter I had I was not that impressed.Although friends mussels were nice.Main course salty and under cooked chips.waitor kindly knocked that charge off for the chips.last course desert.Was the nicest of all. A trifle in a very tall dish. Not much choice on sides.Quantity minimal on mains.

Afternoon tea at its best Service was out standing from start to finish. Thry couldn't do enough for us, we couldn't eat all the cakes and we was avle to take them away. Deco is just beautiful attention to detail. Felt very special and elegant. We had such a wonderful afternoon that it was worth every penny. Definitely top 5 places to visit in London. A must for a special occasion.

I liked the hotel, the rooms are compact and very cosy, at my home the atmosphere is very similar because in the hotel everything seemed very familiar to me, I also liked the kitchen and the opportunity to spend a delicious and beautiful evening in the room by ordering dinner in the room.

A couple months ago, I was schedule for an interview, the same the day of the interview, 15mins later after the confirmed time and after being waiting for them. I receive an email advising that they will not go ahead with my application. I would recommend appreciating and respecting your candidates time.
