Popped in here whilst visited the cove for some fudge and to have a look at the “dolls house”. A very cool little house which they have turned into a shop.

Quiet little cafe, food was great friendly staff plenty of outdoor seating, and a good selection really enjoyed my cream tea, and also made it back late afternoon for some well deserved ice cream-plenty of ice cream choice

The Dolls House is a lovely sweet shop and has an icecream parlour at the back with some outside tables and chairs. Icecreams were nice with plenty of choice of flavours but quite expensive. They could do with some outside bins for rubbish (empty icecream pots)

Now a sweet shop. Reasonably priced, clean. Outside teashop/cafe, really nice inexpensive cream teas.

It's a real shame, it used to be a great friendly bar, but it's changed hands, some of the staff are rude. It's table service only and you can wait ages for to be served. If you approach the bar you are likely to be ignored. Loads of potential but let down.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Really clean, modern rooms and great breakfast. Rooms are in a new building next to the pub. Free water bottles, tea and biscuits. Great place to stay if near Poole /catching ferry etc

Overpriced, shabby decor.. abrupt waiting staff! Caesar salad had unwashed baby gem lettuce, very small portion served in a humongous dish that barely satisfied my hunger ( I’m a petite lady )

Have been to this amazing pub when on holiday so many times, my favourite pub in the UK. Just finishing my craft cider after a lovely home made pasty, and sitting on the stone seats outside with husband and dogs. Bliss.

At last, we have been visiting Swanage for over 30 years and the globe has always been one of our pubs of choice. It's been off the radar for the last two years or so BUT it's back, thanks to the locals for taking it on as a community pub project. We have recently been back in and it's back to the friendly welcoming family friendly pub, we went in Monday 19th August 24 and full of locals which we haven't seen for a long time. Beer etc back to a choice and all well looked after, as is the big back garden. Well done Swanage community, brilliant.
