I have ordered pizzas from this place like an addict. The price is affordable and the pizza is delicious. It's piping hot, very cheesy and best with a thin crust. In my opinion, it's the best pizza place in Market Harborough.

Pizza was ok, not the best. They included dipping sauces in the boxes, and these had exploded over all 4 pizzas in transit.

Always come here always absolutely spot on

i feel the staff at pizza direct need to go though more training espically who ever was on today after he told me i wouldn`t be getting my order due some issue (he clearly couldn`t speak english well) yet also failed to issue me a refund even after i called them several times i eventlly had to go though the Food hub and get my refund though them

Sat outside being told it would be 10 minutes, after waiting 19 minutes having to show confirmation of order as the order had been put in the bin and not even started!!

Food was cold and soggy when it got to us really upset with the quality

Average pizzas to be fair. Salad order was disappointing - meant to be fattoush but was just normal kebab place salad in a box really. Bit pricey for what it all was.

Pizza quality wasn’t great, it looked burnt and the garlic bread was basically just a little garlic flavour with cheese everywhere. The driver was horrendous and rude and aggressive over the phone as he couldn’t follow the instructions to find the destination. 10/10 not using again.

complete wrong order. no bacon on a bacon cheese burger, laughable. I order BBQ wings X4 and recieved what can only be described as Satan hot wings. drink added that wasnt ordered and everything dryer than a August in texas. abysmal effort and over 35 mins later than the ETA. get a grip direct pizza. 🙄 refund request

Order was late. No communication no update on food delivery times.

Food was amazing as always and a big thank you to the delivery driver who popped my food on my entrance way table and closed my front door for me as I had a fussy newborn in my hands!

pizza was delicious, garlic bread was burnt could not eat it, shame

ordered 2 waffles strawberry and banana last time they forgot the banana rang the restaurant they said they had ran out of banana this was at 5pm was still charged full price and I do a lot of business with them totally not happy they said they would do a free next time which is this order which never happened so won't be doing as much business with them again

The burger was burnt the chips was overcooked the donuts was Frozen! The chicken strips had a weird taste and the bbq chicken wings was fatty hardly any chicken absolutely disappointed

Multiple items incorrect but waited so long ate it anyway. Less than the value of what I paid for

Can’t believe I am actually complaining that the pizza had too much cheese. It made all the toppings very heavy and the base had gone slightly soggy so hard to eat a slice without all the contents sliding off.

Pizza was an absolute mess! Topping all over place and not cut properly. Didn’t taste good either. Usually get great pizza from here but this one was inedible.

Pizza base was thick and squishy, far too much cheese on it, not enough chicken, no taste of sweet chilli!! Burger was soggy and ketchup like water, presumably soggy because it was 15mins late! Totally put off ordering from here again.

Revolting pizza. Wouldn’t touch this place with a barge pole. Makes Papa Johns look like a Michelin starred fine dining establishment. Rude owner and rubbish ingredients. 🤮

Awful, greasy pizza and the spaghetti bolognaise was baked ! Hardly any sauce and nothing like bolognaise! We will not be ordering again !

We ordered 3 waffles and they was stone cold rock hard about broke my tooth so they didn't get eaten. Asked for a chocolate milkshake and got strawberry milkshake when I don't like that so basically paid 21.00 for nothing because it didn't get eaten

Although the food was delivered quickly by a nice driver and was hot, it goes downhill from there. It was tasteless, soggy and really bad value for money. This place used to be really good and tasty, but for the price we spent, we could have gone out for a meal. Really really disappointed. Won’t be going back!

Ordered an early dinner being Sunday and the scampi and chips meal was some of the freshest scampi we have ever tasted. I ordered the double chicken double cheese burger and again the crumb was like schnitzel and the burger was super fresh. It rivalled some of the best chicken burgers I have had. Always delicious fries too! Thanks for an amazing meal

I ordered mushrooms and got chicken nuggets and mushrooms but was nice

The Margeherita Pizza was covered in thick cheese and was very oily, the Hotwings were ovenbaked and burnt, and the chips were limp and not crisp. Overall very disappointing ... Won't be using again !!

Order cheesy chips, but there was no cheese on them, disappointing.

Forgot potato wedges however were very good and gave us free sauces to make up for it. In their defence we picked up early instead of waiting for delivery

Food was tasty and still hot when it eventually arrived. However, after having called when it was originally due and told it would be 15 minutes, it was nearer 30 minutes late by the time it arrived and it is not a 30 minute drive away, closer to 15.

Good pizza's, but need to tell delivery boys to keep pizza's flat... got mine and all the topping was in corner of the box, not the first time either...

Ceaser salad. Has the bread coating on it does not state that. Way its presented looks like someone threw up.

Dry chips, the order was almost an hour late, and consistently careless in forgetting parts of the order. Not only that, but staff are rude on the phone. Would never recommend.

Ordered 2 12"pizzas we had 2 incorrect 9" cold pizza delivered when I complained the owner said disgusting things about my deceased Mom and Granny would never recommend to anyone before this incident I ordered regularly from them

Over 2 hours for delivery is very poor. Pizzas were ok once they arrived but we couldn't recommend them.

Been going to this place for years and I've never had a problem with them until tonight... Let's just say there attitude towards customers stinks ..and they have lost a long time customer... And it was the only take out my daughter would eat from... But not no more.... Work on your customer service

I placed an order with you guys and as it states in your website you don’t close till 1:00am I placed an air der at 00:09am and plenty of time to complete and deliver the order as it was a small order and you guys cancelled my order yet still took they money I am very disappointed and unhappy with the way I was treated by the member of staff I spoke to I will not be using your services again

Ordered 6pc bbq chicken wings snack box, to get one tiny bbq chicken wing rest are battered chicken wings. Came 45 mins late. Only came after I phoned. Ordered a a fair few times before always been good till now. Won’t be ordering again very disappointed.

Loyal customer to this establishment. Food arrived late and incomplete. No coleslaw. The driver gave me grief over trying to call a phone number that wasn't mine to cover how late he was. Very rude and aggressive telling me I was in the wrong.

Ordered food at 5.15pm for 6.15pm delivery. Food didn't turn up until 6.45pm. Staff just got annoyed with us when we rang them to find out what was going on. Mediocre food.

Great pizza always good order nearly every week recently and never bad food.
