The Daisy in Manchester

Great vibes, a little noisy for the size of space but the fantastic drinks are well worth a visit. Will be a returning visitor to try more of the menu in this hidden away gem in the NQ. A fantastic cocktail bar that deserves to be up there with the best in Manchester.

Close at 9.56pm, supposed to be open until midnight. Waited ages to try this place and came to Manchester especially to try it. Birthday trip so disappointed.

Came in as a walk in on a busy Saturday night, I was greeted and seated straight away by big Jordan and just wow! Such an asset to your team!!! Amazing service, gorgeous wine recommendation and an amazing evening! Thankyou Jordan for making the visit so memorable💅🏼✨ :) xx

We came to a birthday party here. Never been before but just the most beautiful bar. Felt like we were in Barcelona not Manchester! A perfect date night venue. The food that they were serving at the party was gorgeous. Can't wait to come back!

Great atmosphere and well made drinks, but the service was poor. Server had an unnecessary attitude and didn’t make us feel welcome, which is a shame.

Visited post dinner for a cocktail treat. Bar is a great vibe, underground and lovely interior. Cocktails were ok but for us for they lacked that taste of something special that you want from a cocktail, especially for the price. Would visit again but maybe for an alternate drink! Still would recommend popping by.

High class cocktail bar in the basement, where you can enjoy excellent drinks in an aesthetic environment. We absolutely loved the DJ! She played RnB bangers all evening and we had a great time.

Overall it was a satisfying experience. New good place for fantasy vibes. I found this place a little bit expensive than regular places. It’s up to people, if they want to enjoy or they want a new experience.

Love the cocktails and the atmosphere. Been here a few times and I’d always tell my partner that if we could turn back time, i’d suggest Daisy as a first date location. I’d recommend that honestly. Not too noisy, decent cocktails, great service. Just a vibeeeee!

Fave cocktail bar in Manchester!

Don’t waste your money here! The atmosphere is nice and the customer service was fine, but just unfortunately not worth the overpriced cocktails. The cocktails start at £12 and are full of huge ice cubes that literally take up the entire height of the drink - we stayed for one drink and then left, really disappointing as we’d booked in for my partner’s birthday. My partner took the ice cube out of the glass, and the amount of cocktail in the glass was only about a quarter of the glass full, if that. Not good value for money, I don’t recommend going here!

Rip off cocktail with massive icecube as tall as the tall glass it came in. Toilets with blocked sinks and no paper at 8pm. Dread to think of later on.

Cannot rate The Daisy highly enough. Went for the first time last night for the Burnt Milk Hotel takeover and every single person there was so, so friendly. The cocktails were 10/10, and who doesn’t love giant melted candles and low lighting? Will definitely be back to try more drinks. Thank you guys!!

Fabulous atmosphere, beautiful venue

Great spot! Highly recommend. I came hear yesterday afternoon. Plenty of drinks options. I don’t drink however had a good range of non alcoholic drinks. There was a lovely bartender working she looked after us. The service was great! Great spot for drinks, good vibes and nice atmosphere.

I visited the bar recommended by some locals & it didn’t disappoint. Callum the bartender provided great cocktails whilst making me feel comfortable & looked after on a busy evening. Callum is an excellent addition to the team.

An amazing hidden gem in the Northern Quarter — we visited when it had just opened so it was lovely and quiet, we had our choice of seats and got excellent service. Love the interiors!

Visited this bar last weekend for the first time, brilliant staff who were extremely attentive and personable. 10/10 cocktails and atmosphere. They made space for us even when they were clearly very busy and as a result we had a great evening. Thank you

Really cute space, small and cosy with great decor. The bar looks amazing with all of the melted candles. Service is excellent the staff have a great attitude and serve you with a smile, expertise and give you table service where they can even when super busy. The cocktails are spot on, lots of good twists on classics that are inventive and innovative. The music is really good as well adding to the perfect vibe

29/10/22: what a fab bar. In fact, I'd say it was hidden and understated! I didn't even see any signage and was heading for Evelyns Cafe Bar instead (situated to the right of it) Instead we were directed down the stairs, into the grotto-esque Daisy. Dimly lit, candles adorning the bar, a small and expensive selection of coctails. We chose Espresso Martinis. The drink, albeit £10 and also quite small was made with love and kindness by the bar tender, who, definitely took pride in his making of the cocktail. Tasted delicious!

Super cool cocktail bar. Great decor. Nice vibes, not pretentious, even though it has a classier feel with polite and approachable staff. Cocktails are executed with great care, bar staff know what they are doing, lovely atmosphere and excellent music ;).

This lovely little cocktail bar is downstairs through the entrance to Evelyn's Cafe Bar, hidden away. Relaxing atmosphere, comfy sofas, great tunes, fantastic cocktails and friendly, attentive staff

Great place. Booked at table and got it on time. Very friendly atmosphere and a great place for a date. They forgot my drink and was a little difficult to get the attention of staff to chase it through but they were very apologetic so can't complain about this at all

I love this place has a great atmosphere and drinks are amazing for good prices, the bar tenders are great (I spilled a drink on myself and he had napkins within seconds, thank you Jake 🙈🤣) and the cocktails are amazing! It's a place you can come to for just good cocktails or a place between places during a night out honestly just an amazing place ❤️❤️❤️

Had a great time definitely going back especially with the live band's hopefully playing other days of the week but mainly Friday nights a great evening good patriots with a big bar showing of a great range of beer and spirits Small place but worth it for the entertainment. 👍 A 5star is very rare from myself basically Great time usually A= 4 star rating would be Very Good just to explain..
