We ere recommended by friends and visited after a day at Kew Gardens. An amazing Indian dining experience! The butter chicken is rich and flavorful, the naan perfectly soft and crisp, and the samosas are crispy with a deliciously spiced filling. The mushroom rice was recommended and it didn’t disappoint. Paired with friendly service and a welcoming ambiance.

The service was extremely terrible, especially the attitude of the manager there. He was not at all helpful and a very rude person. I would not recommend it to anyone. Our order was totally messed up and the staff didn’t even communicate properly

It’s edible. Sadly, I feel they missed the mark this time. The butter chicken tasted like a cheap tin of soup. The roti and nann were ok. But the best bit was the sweets in the bag, which helped refresh the taste in my mouth. Fail. To top it off, the restaurant's delivery driver left it tipped over on the doorstep and walked off in the 10 seconds it took me to get to the door.

Had the pleasure to try the food through a work Diwali celebration. The food was amazing. I would travel half way across London to buy from them again. One of the best I’ve tasted. Everything had flavour, it was all fresh ingredients. We had the pleasure of trying my the chicken, chickpea and veg curry plus the naan bread and sauces.

I recently organised a gathering for a group of 15 friends and chose Curry Bae for the buffet-style catering. I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The selection of four different curries was fantastic, each dish bursting with flavour, and there was something for everyone, including a delicious vegan option that our vegan friend absolutely loved. We also had a variety of delicious flavoured samosas as starters, which were a huge hit. Along with the curries, they provided rice, four different dips, bread, and naans—all fresh and tasty, completing the meal perfectly. The presentation was lovely, and it was clear that a lot of care went into preparing each dish. The service was impeccable! If you’re looking for delicious, high-quality curry catering, I highly recommend Curry Bae. You won’t be disappointed!

The Curry Bae team are not only professional and accommodating through the planning stages, with fantastic communication throughout, but my goodness their food tastes good!! Our guests were raving about it on the night, and are still sending me messages days later to say how good it was. One touch I loved, was the tasting meal where we were able to request the spice level for each dish on a range of 1 to 10. I also need to mention the logistics on the night. The Curry Bae team arrived exactly on time and the set up was slick and discreet. It was the same for the breakdown when everyone had finished. The portion sizes were generous, fresh and plentiful. Booking Curry Bae was a brilliant decision and helped to make the night truly memorable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From start to finish the Curry Bae team made our wedding so easy, we had a wonderful tasting up at their restaurant and they tailored the food and spice level to our preference. They set up on the day, served, cleared up and took everything away seamlessly. We had so many compliments on the food, a few grumbles as people over ate because the food was so good!! The food is always a tricky one at weddings and my partner and I didn’t want anyone to be hungry or wait too long for food and none of that happened. And to top it all off it was very reasonably priced! Thank you Curry Bae, we’ll be coming for dinner soon to relive our special day!

I don't want to give even a single star. I went there with my girlfriend on my first date. The atmosphere was so depressing, looks like sitting in Indian dhaba. Service was so bad I got cold rice.

DISGUSTING TOILETS!!! There’s only one female and one men’s toilet and in the men’s toilet there was marks. All the chefs are men so they’re all using that toilet too. If their toilet looks like that, I’m not confident their kitchen will be clean. How they have a good hygiene rating, I do not know. It put me off so I didn’t end up eating there. Edit - thanks for your response. I do understand where you’re coming from but when I came, there were only 2 tables outside that were occupied. Inside was empty. This was at 8pm. Even still, toilets should always be maintained, no matter how busy it gets. If the restaurant gets busy, it wouldn’t be an excuse for the kitchen to be very dirty, would it? We did use the toilet and then leave but that wasn’t the intention. We came from Kew Gardens ourselves and were excited to try the food after finding you on Google, it was disappointing we didn’t get to that point.

This was a small restaurant located near Kew Gardens. The food here was good but could be better. We tasted the vegetarian options, Paneer Nawabi was good but veg Jalfrezi wasnt. Their Roti's and Naan's were quite good too. The Rice was a bit dry and daal was okay. Restaurant itself is small and seems like incomplete work in terms of decoration. Prices were reasonable for food here. Dear Curry Bae team, I have updated the location which I got wrong but these are all the food items I had ordered the day I was there on Sunday 28th July.

I'm happy to give a 5 star review for my entire experience at Curry Bae. My husband and I were immediately addressed as we entered the restaurant and seated at a table. Service was personal, prompt, and friendly. Let's get to the food. Oh my, what a treat! Everything was cooked freshly, the lamb bhuna was tender and full of flavour, the special mushroom rice was well seasoned and the naan bread delightfuly fluffy. Amongst the best Indian food we've had and will take the hour train journey again to dine at this wonderful restaurant. Keep up the good work.

This must be one of the best curries I have had in a long time. I had the chilli lamb and special mushroom rice. I would travel form any where for this food. I would definitely recommend.

Happened to walk past, at first the atmosphere hit us straight away, awesome playlist, beautiful layout, gorgeous colours and the foood 🤤 if you’re in the area a definite go to!

I was on my way home and got a real craving for a chicken korma and plain naan bread. It was within walking distance, was open and there was only one other table taken. I had a lovely little table on my own, the waitresses were friendly and efficient and my curry and naan was exactly what I was craving. It was absolutely delicious. I will definitely go back, with friends, for a larger meal. Thank you so much for being so hospitable.

There were no other diners, apart from myself 7:30pm on Friday. Food was sadly bland, missing traditional Indian spices. I ate some of a chicken curry dish and sag aloo.

Can't fault the food.It was excellent. The main problem was we had to use the cold plates that were preset on the table.The room was cold, and with people opening the front door for collecting a carry out order, it never warmed up.Our nan bread arrived half way through our meal.The automatic service charge added to the bill is not OK.That should be optional and at the discretion of the customer to pay.

Some of the most delicious food I've had recently, the butter chicken as other reviews say is creamy and nutty and just excellent, and the lamb bhuna was just as good. Mango Lassi's were thick and creamy, and just generally I highly recommend this restaurant!

We were really excited to try this place. The chicken tikka from the grill was delicious, hot and fresh and so had high expectations for our other dishes. The rice (stuffed full of mushrooms) was good, the naan bread was lovely and fresh too. But our other dishes were a bit disappointing. Just didn’t seem as flavourful or have the layers of spice of authentic Indian dishes we would expect. However the service was excellent and they they did make it up to us.

Great food, stellar service and cozy atmosphere with every detail considered. The food was really good - we downed all of it! I had the chicken tikka masala, mango lassi, garlic naan, and pilau rice. Good portions and a reasonable price, not too far from Kew Gardens and the station.

The restaurant itself is quite small and may not have enough seats, but their food is really good. I don't like spicy things but the butter chicken is a great mild and creamy dish I enjoy. My mum likes the spicy lamb rogan. Compared to other Indian menu's, they do have a lot of tomato base curry. I like this because this makes the curry taste more familiar than exotic.

Highly recommend! Delicious food and lovely atmosphere. The onion pakora is the best I and my boyfriend have had, the lamb bhuna was tender and rich, the chicken korma was creamy and delicious and the peshwari naan was fresh and generously filled. Service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant itself was a really pleasant atmosphere with nice ambient music. We will be back for sure
