As they say, real people, real food. The Sunday roast was delicious, in really generous portions and very fairly priced. We felt welcome and well looked after. 5 all round. A no-nonsense genuine traditional pub with a sports theme and plenty of screens if that is your thing.

Despite our scruffy appearance (we'd been working in the area), we received a very warm welcome with attentive service! The place was very clean and the meals were very good value, and beautifully cooked. I just wish we'd had room for dessert!

Four of us visited for lunch, and I'm so glad we did! The staff were friendly and attentive, the place was spotlessly clean, the prices were reasonable and the food was proper pub grub. They were happy to cater for any dietary requirements and the food was fresh and piping hot. Definitely recommend!

Popped in with our dog hoping to get some chips. Food was un available which was disappointing. Sat inside for a bit but it’s definitely a ‘locals pub’ so we felt a bit out of place. Moved our cokes outside and sat on the nice seating area surrounded by flowers. Building looks well kept and the outside was very pretty.

Just had a great Sunday lunch. Excellent food and service from the Staff who are just fantastic. We had to have a takeaway sunday lunch today as we could not stay. The food quality was as good as the sit down food. Tasty and plenty of it. Well done all great food and service. If you can't eat in the takeaway is just as good.

I've visited many pubs in my long life. At lunchtime yesterday, New Year's Eve, I went to The Crown for the first time. As soon as I came through the door of this otherwise not very prepossessing building I felt completely happy. No oak beams, no horse brasses etc just three delightfully smiling ladies (3 generations of one family?) behind the bar, warm, simple bar area, and excellent beer. It was a real pleasure to be there and I wish I had known of it long ago. I shall return!

Wow, what a find! We happened across the Crown by accident when we were looking for somewhere to eat that was dog friendly. Fortuitously we ended up at the Crown - a very friendly, welcoming pub that does the most tremendous food. We had slow cooked ribs and five bean chilli nachos for our mains (and a couple of sausages for the dog!) and crumble and waffle for desert. The food was delicious, really restaurant quality to be honest, and we had a lovely time chatting to the locals and bar staff.

Went to the Crown 3 times during a 5 day walking holiday recently, because it is good !! It's small, cosy, the staff are really pleasant and the food is excellent at a very competative price. I can recommend the Cromer Crab Salad, but they can be in short supply. The "Doom bar" could have a little more life in it, but the Timothy Taylors "Landlord" was very good. Highly recommended compared to the other Pub in Reepham.

We were a group of 12 people and we arrived for our lunch as soon as they opened at 12.00 (having pre-ordered our meals). They were amazingly quick and efficient in serving our food and every member of our party was delighted with their choice of meal. Mine was the sea bass and it was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Impressed with the quality of the food, prices and service. Will definitely eat there again.

Our entire family, 33 in total, were staying at the nearby Hackford Hall. We booked a Sunday Lunch here and sent them a spreadsheet of orders. Result? Amazing meal and excellent service. We kind of overwhelmed this lovely pub but they managed to feed all 33 of us with a lovely meal, with an excellent choice of roasts and a tempting dessert menu. Beer was good, especially the Timothy Taylor Landlord, and the Gin menu was awesome!

We went here on a Sunday, having just been for a long walk we decided we couldn't face cooking after the drive home so would stop somewhere on the way home. Unfortunately, we hadn't realised how late it was! The first two places we stopped had stopped serving, but that turned out to be a good thing. We rocked up to the crown at about 2.55pm. a friendly little country pub, exactly how they should be. Asked when they finished serving food, 3pm, but they had 2 roasts left - perfect! Two roasts and two soft drinks for under £20, even more perfect! We sat down and listened to friendly chatting from the locals whilst I pursued the bookshelves next to our table - a great selection of secondhand books available for a donation to charity. Also had a great selection of local info. Food arrived fast and was great! I have to say, for the price I wasn't expecting much but it was perfect. Meat was lovely and tender and flavoursome, Yorkshire pudding, toasties and a decent amount of veg. Sauces were offered and I was given the perfect sized serving of horseradish. All the staff were very friendly. Couldn't have found better. Left full, happy and with a book to read!

The Crown Reepham. What can I say, a very busy place, quite a surprise on a Monday night had expected it to be nearly empty got that wrong. The beer was good and well kept, nice little secluded garden at the back. Menu not extensive but the food was good, well cooked and hot. The deserts very tasty and again well cooked and presented. The staff friendly but not pushy. All in all a great place to eat will be going back soon.
