I often come here for a Breakfast nice atmosphere, good tunes playing friendly staff and food is clean and fresh 😊

Came to watch football and grab a bite to eat, and we were spoken to by a number of wonderful staff. In particular someone called Tom; he went above and beyond for my partner, my Chihuahua, and me, making the whole evening so warm , genuine and welcoming. His kindness and extra effort truly made our night, and we really appreciated it—it definitely didn’t go unnoticed! Other staff were fabulous too, thank you ☺️

Attended a networking meeting then stayed on to catch up with a friend. The atmosphere in the main bar area was super cosy and casual. The food provided at the networking event was lovely, with plenty of vegetarian options within the tapas.

Such a shame we’d had a good afternoon & the waitress who served our food was great & really friendly but following the food when we wanted to stay for drinks we were continually told to move & sit elsewhere & told we couldn’t stand up & had to be seated. Found it very strange not to be allowed to stand in a bar! Would recommend the Dog House round the corner instead. Much better atmosphere & vibe & no rules about standing up if you want to.

The best bar in Liverpool. Every time is a great experience. The choice of beers and wine are great. The food is amazing. The staff are excellent. If you haven't been, you should try it. You won't regret it.

Gorgeous roast, beef was cooked to perfection, vegetables really tasty, staff very nice, great choice of drinks.

Took 3 relatives for a birthday Sunday lunch at 1 pm as had previously really nice meal there. The rost beef was inedible as it was so tough. The vegetables were well cooked but the meal was totally disappointing. To put the top hat on it a dog fight broke out after 20 mins continuous barking between two of the 4 dogs in the place. I mentioned the tough beef to 2 members of staff to no avail, seemed unconcerned. Won't be eating there again.

Nice roast dinner, beef served pink which is great. Some of the sides could be improved, the creamed greens were extremely wilted, presumably as a result of being made in advance. We all asked for more gravy and the staff responded well and quickly brought an extra jug. overall it was pleasant and we would return.

Great restaurant and lovely food - Sunday roast was amazing cannot fault it very good value. The website says they do not take bookings however when we got there lots of the tables had been booked up - we would have booked if we had known. Need to update their website.

Great craft beers and food is excellent. Nice and chilled on weekdays place but can get very busy for football and weekends.

A busy establishment, lots going on, service was quite good considering the place was very busy. Quite enjoyed having lunch with our family.

Absolutely amazing Sunday roast

Nice for a drink but visited towards end of their roast service and it was clear it was reheated/kept warm for too long.

Now that The Crafty Swine is merged with Neon Jamon you can mix and match your order with either tapas or from the pub menu. Went for tea and chose 5 tapas dishes between 2 of us, and there was more than enough, could probably just have had 4 dishes. Food tasted fabulous, and cannot fault the friendly service. Really recommend you try this place.

Come here a couple of times a year (generally weekend afternoons/mornings). Used to come as a couple and still feel comfortable enough to come with our newborn. Staff look after you. Quiet enough to enjoy in our own time and busy enough to know it is quality. The breakfast is lovely and the pizza just as nice. To top it off, a wonderful offering on tap if you like your craft beers!

Loverly place and a great hostes

I've been to other 20 places in Spain and South America, and I can say without doubt these are some of the best croquettes I've ever tasted. I've been to Sabor in London (michelin) and can honestly say the chef has a unique nack at getting the crispy exterior and creamy interior required of a croquette. The pil pil was fantastic, the liquid needing a little more salt but fantastic with the expertly crafted cloud bread. Finally, the mixed eggs were as good, if not better, than what you would get in Madrid. The chorizo is high quality, and the eggs are perfectly set. This is the work of a fantastic Spanish chef. I've never in my life asked to speak to the chef, this was the first time as I wanted to give them a high five (they were understandably flat out). Something great is brewing in this establishment, great beer, but the food is a sneakingly becoming the main attraction. Chef/s are resurrecting the spirit of Neon Jamon and then some. Congrats.

Unfortunately the football was on [we werent aware of this] we went with 3 kids for dinner and they gave us a table next to the main big screen we couldn't hear each other and just ate quickly and left

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was only in the lovely beer garden, large and ambient. I would definitely visit again.

Great place to go for a drink and a meal. they have an excellent selection of beers and cocktails, plus really good pizzas and tapas. The beer garden in the back is also beautiful!

Came in and was served by Matty behind the bar he was wonderful and made the experience great what’s upset me is there’s no incentive to buy a bottle of wine when it costs more to buy a bottle than it does to get 3 large glasses of wine so that needs a serious reevaluation. The manager seemed disinterested and not bothered at all I won’t be returning.

Crafty Swine is such a great boozer. They always have a few interesting lines of craft beer that rotate frequently, the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful and the scran is exceptional tapas from Neon Jamón. Indoor decor is really nice and there's loads of seats but the outdoor area is something else, perfect spot for a bevvy and a bite when the sun's out.

The place is amazing, we found it by chance after leaving the tavern due to the cue, so glad we did, breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, the coffee piping hot! And the staff so friendly and lovely, Izzy was so lovely and the owner Dom was fab. Highly recommend, gorgeous inside and nice and warm 😃

Lovely food, great atmosphere and excellent staff.

So my hubby and I went for our tea last night. We were told there was a new specials menu and a butter chicken calzone was recommended. Now, I won’t lie but this didn’t sound appealing in anyway to me; essentially a curry pizza 🤷🏻‍♀️ additionally, any calzone I had previously ate came as a big puffy doughy bread that beared resemblance to a rugby ball, with further disappointment when breaking into it, fillings always scant and below average. Not this beauty; it came cooked beautifully and presented with a boat of curry sauce and a wee ramekin of mango chutney served with fresh chillies. When we broke into the calzone, the bread was crispy on the outside and not an ounce of dough. I could compare it to a very fine naan bread- but in the shape of a calzone. The chicken and herb filling was mixed generously with mozzarella, so if curry sauce isn’t your thing, it is really delicious as a one man band. Saying that, the curry sauce was exquisite, coupled with the chilli mango, we were in food heaven 👅 We shared a calzone between us, but trust me that will not be happening next time we revisit this beauty!

This is currently the best breakfast in Liverpool in my humble opinion. The full breakfast is amazing - quality ingredients, tasty and you don't leave hungry. Dog friendly too - a great location for post dog walk breakfast.

Staff very attentive, great atmosphere. Food only scpred 3 as limited choice. But I had a really good pizza.

The best craft beers in South Liverpool, no one else comes close, the pizzas have always been great and the breakfast is outstanding. Lovely staff, always a warm welcome.

i would just like to thank everyone at Crafty Swine for their great service, we took our staff for a christmas meal and they did not disappoint, the owner Dom has been long standing client of ours and he always look after us every time we are in their. The staff are very attentive and the food is gorgeous, thank you and we will be back again!

I love coming to the Crafty, the tapas from Neon Jamon and their pizzas are to die for! I grew up in Spain and the ham croquettes taste exactly how I remember from growing up! If you like a nice cocktail or you’re into your beers, you like good food and great homely service, this is the pub you want to go to!

Lovely place, fine selection of beers and friendly staff bring your own atmosphere though. When I first arrived there the place had about 12 people in it. The music was so loud I couldn't hear my companion talking across our table. The staff eventually got the message to turn it down. Next time I'll go at a different time.

Great Sunday roast! Only problem was roast potatoes were a bit chewy and hard to cut. But still tasted great!

Visited early evening so lots of tables available and quiet. Great service. The pizzas looked really good and everybody enjoyed them. I had tapas and truffle/parmesan fries which eere delicious. Looking forward to coming back next time. Thanks for a lovely visit.

We had lunch with daughter-in-law and our two lovely grandsons. Excellent menu, generous portions, beautifully presented. Friendly but very professional team made us feel welcome, and took great care of us.

Really lovely sister pub to the three piggies on Allerton Road. The pizzas are gorgeous and I'd happily come here every week for a bite to eat and a glass of wine. Lovely friendly staff, and clean seating areas.

Forgot to review this place. Had a few drinks with my mate the other day. Brilliant place, great staff and a good atmosphere. Drinks can be pricey but it's the same in most places now.

Went to the crafty swine for the first time last night it was amazing food was excellent we all had pizza vegan and normal the service was five stars the young girls there couldn't do enough for us and we had a laugh the atmosphere was great thank you BSILITWWW !!!!!!!

Excellent Brunch waffles with Crispy bacon, sausage Pattie, egg and maple syrup, nice setting plenty of space and very comfy seating.

Called in and ate from the Neon Jamon section of the menu. The food was incredible from a broccoli dish that left us stunned, to ribs, chiccaronnes, prawns, all were brilliant. It's totally delicious! However, it's amazing to say, but the portions need to be smaller and a suitable reduction in prices. Tapas is about trying 3/5 small plates. We ordered 7 between us, and it was too much, and it came at a hefty price per plate. Also, avoid the garlic bread. it's more like a garlic pizza. Great tapas with a few tweeks could be for me a regular place to visit. PS, try the Smart Dog Syrah !!!!!

Spent Saturday evening here with family to celebrate our 7 year olds Birthday as she insisted on pizza! Service was fantastic from start to finish. Manager allowed us to choose our own table upon arrival. Our waitress said it was only her second shift but you would never had known as she was very thorough and helpful throughout. Pizzas were tasty and great portions. Would definitely recommend the hoisin duck and the Spanish chicken. Fries were tasty and all was served piping hot. Manager accommodated us when we requested my daughter’s churros to be presented with a firework candle. She loved it. The wines were good aswell as the draught beer. Thank you for a great experience. We will definitely be back with our family dogs.

Great addition to Smithdown Road Large venue, great booths, high tables etc for groups of friends to gather at. Wide and very varied beer selection, with friendly knowledgeable staff. Shows some football, but selective on what is shown, the vibe is definitely a venue for meet ups primarily. Dog friendly too. Place is very well kept and the toilets were spotlessly clean. Can't comment on the food as we only stopped for drinks, but if the aroma was certainly tempting and hopefully a good omen. Outdoor area for the summer, isn't great, but don't let that put you off paying a visit
