Had a great meal last night, the homemade pies are superb, quality ingredients right through. We will definitely be returning soon.

Loved the food a lot havent had homemade chips in so long its the only place ive known to do them and the people seemed nice enough. Just the atmosphere scared my little one and cant say i blamed her because it was pretty quiet and heads turned when we came through the door i had to ask if it was closed because thats the sort of thing that happens when you're closing up for the day and a customer comes in. The decor was also a little bit creepy so i understand my child being a bit scared. A few rowdy people yelling at us not to sit down as a joke when we came in also didnt settle my child. The lights were pretty though. Also id prefer if they had a system where you pay for your food in advance at the desk to be brought over i have anxiety and don't like to be approached if i can avoid it and also like to get the cost together and sorted out in advance to avoid worrying about it while i eat. preferably i go to places where you can order from the table via qr code if i can but its a personal choice i suppose and some people probably like table service

Excellent food, highly recommend the cheese and onion pie! Very friendly staff, child friendly Lovely atmosphere clean and quirky. Will definitely be back soon.

2nd visit this week. 1st visit we had the Christmas set menu which was superb! Chose the cheese and onion pie from the main menu today, one of the best I've ever had. Excellent service every time and a great atmosphere. Also great to see some different German beers on offer. 🍻

Really lovely little place, very friendly staff. Loads of choice for food which really was tasty, all of our party cleared their plates! One of party has allergies and they catered really well for that. Wish I would have had the Sunday lunch as it looked delicious!

Treated ourselves to lunch here for my wife’s birthday. The food and service was exceptional. The steak pie was the best pie I’ve ever eaten, it was enormous and full of thick chunks of tender steak. We’ll definitely be back.

First time at The Crafty Fox, enjoyed the roast, although initially only served with 2 roast potatoes, the staff were happy to offer more without any bother but a roast needs more than 2 potatoes. Went for lunch with a friend and we had the best time! The staff were really friendly and helpful, the food was lovely, hot and fresh and really reasonably priced. We sat in the window which felt private and the space feels very modern and alternative, definitely a treasure spot in Accrington! Will definitely be going again!

One of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. Food is top notch and there’s so many options. We had the nachos, hot dog and cheese pie. The wide range of drinks defiantly adds to the experience. will definitely be coming back soon!

When I'm in Accrington, I often come here on my own for a shandy or two. It's a friendly place where the bar staff and owner are always happy to chat, and the interior is original, arty, and cosy at the same time. I mean, who doesn't like a full-size mural of Ziggy Stardust in a phone box in their local pub? My motivation for writing this review isn't because of the above though. It's because my friend, who lives in Birmingham but is moving back up north, wanted somewhere to eat on a Monday night, which was her husband’s birthday. Not easy as many places close on Mondays. They went to the Crafty Fox and were very impressed with the food and range of beers. They were also amazed by how many people were there, in an independent pub in little old Accrington. I was quite smug, having recommended the place. That part of town is slowly regenerating itself thanks to entrepreneurs who are brave and savvy enough to give it a go. Hopefully, it's the start of a new Accrington where there's a nice choice of places to eat and drink. Where the long-established independent shops are joined by new ones. Good quality might be a bit more pricey, but the number of people prepared to pay that little bit extra is encouraging. Cheers to the Crafty Fox. Keep up the good work. And to the people of Accy: instead of complaining about what there isn't in the town, maybe support and champion the businesses that you do have. Maybe that will encourage more to open. 😊

Been here on half a dozen occasions over the last 6 months with several colleagues for food. Great service, even better food. Amazed how the chef can get all the food out so quickly, to such a high standard. With there being a number of us, we place our food order the day before and it's always ready on arrival.

Best place in the area to eat out!! Always a warm welcome, cool beer and excellent food. Cosy place with a really homely atmosphere. Can’t wait for summer, rear garden area with proper pizza oven!!!

Popped in before going to football. Fitted us in at short notice. Great landlord with good beer choice, was driving so couldn't sample the craft choices. The food was excellent, burger was juicy and very tasty, probably the best I've ever had. Will defo be back.

Fab food, lovely staff, love this place, well priced

I have eaten here twice now and both times the food has been delicious. I had the cheese pie on my first visit and the sirloin steak the second time. Both freshly cooked and served promptly. The only small thing I would mention is that we were not offered any desserts after our mains courses and I'm sure they would be absolutely delicious going off the standard of the mains! Will definitely be eating here again! An asset to the town!

Highly recommend this place. Really unique and the staff and owner superb. Really friendly. Food so nice with a great menu. If anything to change - less pepper in food as it was a bit overwhelming but otherwise make a trip here and you will have a superb experience. Well done to the owner on such a successful venture. Came to Accrington first time, couldn’t be more impressed. Great lunch, everything was homemade and service was exceptional despite being fully booked. Would definitely come back would recommend the homemade pie.

Booked in for a meal prior to Accrington vs Boreham Wood replay, Paul mailed us to inform of cancellation, so we re-booked for the following week. Very friendly welcome from Paul and his staff, good banter with locals. Food wise, superb starter plate for 4, followed by good wholesome Pie and Chips for mains, good beers, great pub locals should make sure they visit. Paul even advised best local for drinks after the match when he would be closed. Thanks Paul.

Popped in here after seeing reviews on Google and Fb. We were greeted and served by Paul the owner. What a top man with a really interesting previous career in the music and entertainment business. The food being served around us looked fantastic and there was a very good selection of beers, wines and spirits. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the bar has a unique quirk that ensures we'd definitely go back and soon. First class.

We walked in without a booking and had a really friendly greeting and were lucky enough to get a table. The service was second to none. Our food was cooked to order and was absolutely delicious- a Cajun burger and a cheese pie which was to die for. Ample portions meant we had no room for a pudding though! The ambience, service and food far exceeds that of restaurants I’ve previously paid a fortune for. What an absolute gem of a place.

Went here yesterday for my birthday and wow just wow staff are lovely food is absolutely beautiful and im such a picky eater too! I had the steak pie mash and veg and wowzers! Loved it so much booked me and my mother inlaw in for day after I can absolutely guarantee this is my new go too for lunches! Lovely little atmosphere and great prices!

Excellent food and friendly staff. Went here for lunch with my sister as I wanted to show her the famous mural upstairs. (Accy Lass no longer living local) - she was very impressed with food, customer service and finding everyone on the mural! Well Done Craft Fox, will be visiting again.

First time today and was not disappointed. Very quirky with lovely, friendly staff. Great, Christmassy atmosphere. 🎄 Halloumi fries to share to start and, with the large portion sizes, thank goodness we did! Mains of the Crafty Fox burger and fries and 2 handmade cheese and fairground onion pies, chips and veg left us with no room for dessert. All homemade, fresh and oh so tasty. 😋 Finished off with a delicious cappuccino. This came with a mini mince pie, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended. 👌 Will definitely be back to try other things in the menu. Oh, and love the music.🎶 🎵 😍 ❤️ Thanks for a lovely afternoon. 😃

Seven of us went to the Crafty Fox for a birthday meal. I don't usually go for a burger but just fancied one. It was delicious. Everybody else was happy with their food too. Lovely staff helped make it a lovely occasion.
