Visited last August with Family & Friends for the Open Mic night and a bite to eat. We all had a fantastic night. All the staff were excellent. Super friendly and helpful. Our sharing slate with Camembert was outstanding and Anita from the kitchen personally served it to us. She was super nice and clearly takes pride in her job. The selection of beers and wines was very good. The live entrainment was brilliant and the guys who organized it and played the drums were excellent Thank you all for a great night.

Crafty Baa managed a big group of us for my 40th celebrations. They were really busy but catered for us really well with great food and drinks and live music too. Great quirky baa, thanks again! 🥳 (dog friendly too👌)

Guys , constructive criticism here. If you are really a craft beer bar then be one. Half hearted at best. I had the house IPA and it was undrinkable. Can choice was incredibly disappointing. I’ve been in this scene for a long time, just decide what you want to be because you are not craft.

Small but perfectly formed. Great bar with good music playing, very quirky decor so lots to entertain the eye. Casual dining with sharing plates absolutely spot on.

I really wanted to like this bar and o can see what they’re trying to achieve. I love IPA but every beer we tried was bad. Just poorly kept and tasteless I think. Ended up with a headache made worse by the dreadful music. What a shame

Nice. Very busy but a cut above the normal bars in Keswick. Very good choice of beers and drinks. A bit cramped but it's only small

We'd been to this bar's namesake in Windermere before but not visited this one. We came just because a local singer was performing here. Plenty of choice of drinks - something for everyone. Great staff who managed the bar well when it was really busy. We really loved the seating area under the stairs - a really cool place for two people to sit out of the way!

Great selection of Beers and Ciders. Loved the fact they sold Mild, a Fav of mine thats hard to find. Deffo worth a visit, something for everyones taste. The Barman was really helpful explaining The choice of beers.

Quirky, and very interesting small pub with huge selection of unusual beers and whiskies. Good music, dog friendly, and has a log burner downstairs. Love the use of repurposed items to decorate.

We have been in the one in Windermere many times. And this time we were staying in Keswick for the weekend. We popped in a couple of times for drinks and a couples sharing platter. With cheeses, olives, meats and salad etc. there was 3 of us adults and the board was massive and we couldn’t eat it all between us. But the platter was lovely and would highly recommend. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and drinks are good variety. We enjoyed it and would go back.

Excellent ice creams, great variety and flavour. I visited with my dogs on a really hot day in July. Perfect way to cool down. Also a special mention to the pet shop Wiggle and Wag which shares a site with the gelato shop. Both great.

We don’t really know Dorking but came for a comedy gig and wanted food and drink before the show. We booked a table online and then were a bit confused when we walked in as it’s looks like a work space but then has a bar and says it served food. The staff explained they had a limited menu currently. As we were there and we’d booked we thought we’d give it a go. We ordered halloumi fries to start and then various burgers - whilst initially worried this was just going to be a zap in the microwave job; how wrong we were. The food was so good. The food was restaurant quality!! The staff (particularly the gent I assume was the manager) were so friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely go again; and look forward to when they have their full menu.

We went for an extended family Boxing Day lunch. We were staying from out of area. From the bar staff to the kitchen staff, they couldn’t have made our time with them any better. We were made to feel exceptionally welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The food was not only great quality, huge portions but incredible value! We can’t recommend this little gem enough! Thank you so much!

Visited Glastonbury whilst on a weeks break in Crewkerne. Popped into to this lovely cafe as it was dog friendly. Forgetting my glasses I asked if they catered for gluten free, they did (it stated it on the menu). As I ordered the lady behind the counter asked if I was coeliac, I told her I was. When the food was brought to the table, the lady explained that she had cleaned the kitchen and prepared my food using all new unopened ingredients. All I had was a corned beef and onion sandwich, but the attention to detail was second to none. Really recommend this place to coeliacs and non coeliacs.

The Sunrise Cafe may look like an ordinary cafe on the outside but inside the food is something special! Choose something from The Thai menu if you like Thai food and you will experience some of the best authentic Thai cooking outside Thailand! We stopped here for lunch after driving around the Malvern Hills all morning thinking it was just a normal cafe but discovered that it also had a Thai Menu cooked by a delightful Thai lady Chef called "Jim". I am not sure how she came by that name but she was definitely a woman! We chose Tom Yum chicken soup and checked that would not be too spicy hot first. It was perfect and also contained Mushroom, Sping Onion and Tomato. Incredibly tasty with a mild warmth aftertaste. We followed this with a Chicken Massaman Curry which included a Jasmine sticky rice. The curry was the best we have tasted. It looked so appetising with it's rich golden colour. The friendly Hungarian waitress also supplied us with water and afterwards my wife Angie had a hot chocolate and I had a White Cofffee. A fantastic meal and drinks for just under £20 a head. If you are touring the Malverns this is worth taking a detour for! It is open from about 8:30 am to 4pm this time of the year and has a garden available at the back for outdoor seating in the summer months. The Cafe also serves a range of cooked breakfasts and lunches or hot sandwiches, some deserts, milkshakes, hot and cold drinks.
