A fab roast with lots of options including a vegie wellington that was very tasty. Great service from our waiter too.

Wonderful wine and food as always, soft shell crab was superb and their Rioja Crianza is the best value red you'll find anywhere. Great service from Gwyneth (hope that's correct spelling), she combines great efficiency with loads of charm and humour, can't recommend this place too highly, a winner every time,

I booked to eat as dog friendly but arrived to find that there are no dogs allowed in the dining area. They did go out of their way to find us a table in the bar area. Food was good but not hot. Tables were never cleared !

Had an amazing night at the Crabtree. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly, made for a memorable experience. Garden is perfect, looking forward to seeing it in full swing in the summer. Burger was delicious too

Another excellent meal at the Crabtree. This was the first time at the Crabtree since the pandemic and everything was as wonderful as I remembered. Excellent food, phenomenal service and very reasonably priced wine list. The group of six shared a couple bottles of Margaux and amongst us we had risotto, fish and chips, and hake. All were fantastic.

Friendly staff, particularly young man in glasses he was super helpful. Food however wasn’t impressive, I got the beef roast. There was no mash and two roast potatoes. The beef was fatty and chewy, had difficulty cutting it. The gravy had a peculiar taste, not a beef gravy but almost sweet. I didn’t enjoy it. For the price of £22, I don’t think this was worth it. Overall, really nice pub with great interior and helpful staff.

Lovely roast dinner, lots of lovely vegetables and full of flavour. It was also presented really nicely and had loads of meat and a huge Yorkshire pudding. Quite loud in the dinning room. Service was good too.

The rissoto was quite severely undercooked. You could still cracks the rice with your teeth when eating

Had a wonderful burger and a very tasty mushroom risotto (vegan but still creamy!). Lovely waiters and a good selection of draught beers, all in all a great evening.

Loved absolutely everything about the visit. Had Camembert to share and for mains we had rack of Lamb and Hake. Tasted and looked amazing. Staffs were very helpful and accommodating.

Friendly welcome and good service and the atmosphere was buzzy before a cup football match. We really enjoyed our starters (squid and salmon tartare) - the bread that came with the starter was delicious. The mains though were disappointing. Risotto was rather tasteless and under seasoned . The soft shell crab was not tempura - it was heavy, overfried and looked like the thick batter of the fish and chips. The taste of crab was completely lost in it. We have enjoyed our visits before though and it wouldn't put us off returning.

I was very disappointed this time vs my last visit in October 2021. Room was very hot and extremely noisy. It got worse during the time we were there and we could hardly hear ourselves talk. Food was only average. My dinner companion ordered the rump steak and it came over cooked plus it was extremely chewy. He was unable to finish it. I ordered the venison and it also came overcooked but I wasn’t asked how I wanted it, so I guess my fault for not speaking out. I’m crossing this one off my list to revisit.

We had a super meal here on New Year’s Eve. Standard pub grub but excellent and friendly service in a great location. We will deffinately be back.

Food as ever was delicious, service excellent. New Years ambience with live music perfect. We were a family of five, 3 generations so something for us all! Beer and wine excellent. Lucky to have it as our nearest pub as ticks all boxes, summer or winter!

We had a very good mid day meal for a family of five before a football match. Service was quick and friendly. We were in and out in time for the game without feeling rushed. Good food and drinks.

Absolutely wonderful experience at The Crabtree. Three of us went for a late lunch and really enjoyed it. One friend was in a wheelchair and it was so easy for her to access everything! The food was delish, the staff were super nice and we didn't have to wait ages for our orders to arrive- this was a bonus!! All in all, a lovely afternoon and we'll definitely return!

The Crabtree is an absolutely fantastic night out. We came along for the quiz a few weeks ago, and despite sadly coming second, had the time of our lives. Jubel on tap is always a winner, but two lines, with the grapefruit also available? Genius. And a sticky toffee pudding to die for. The garden was fantastic, even on a chilly December evening. Definitely going to give it a proper try in the summer!

We went here prior to the Fulham-Burnley match and it was perfect. Could not recommend it more highly.

I visited the Crabtree with a group of friends for our pre-Christmas catch up. We had a wide variety of food, all of which was well prepared and tasty. The rack of lamb was a personal highlight. The service was also excellent, with information given on the different ales that they sell. Will definitely visit again

Had a great time with my family celebrating my dad's birthday. All of our meals were delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. They even sang happy birthday with us! I'd definitely come back again for food and even just for drinks.

Kitchen had run out of a lot of menu items which was disappointing the week before Christmas. Service was very friendly, food overpriced for the quality. Lovely cosy atmosphere.

Good atmosphere and food and we will be totally returning! We had the wrack of lamb and risotto. We were skeptical of the vegan risotto as had bad experiences with vegan cheese before but it actually tasted like a good old mushroom risotto with parmesan cheese. Worth the risk! The lamb was just amazing! I don't even have the words.

Sunday Roast is banging! We are choosing Crabtree for all family events and it never let us down. Great food with amazing selection of wines, service is always on point with professional and kind service. Great job guys and see you again shortly!

I meet to friends from university here every year in December, one of whom has a dog. It's a lovely venue for lunch and a riverside walk. It can get a bit barky with all the canine customers but we love it!

Our food was pretty awful. Pork roast was mostly fat, turkey was reconstituted. Risotto was tasteless and gloopy. Service was inefficient and we didn’t complain because they looked like they didn’t care.

We have visited the Crabtree many times. Food always excellent. This time for my Mum’s 93rd birthday. Our waitress was outstanding and very kind and helpful to my Mum .

The staff are amazing really attentive and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing but is a bit pricey for some dishes. Overall this is one of my favourite places.

Lovely, welcoming riverside pub. The food, in general was good, although there were inedible leeks in the hake dish which could have been a bit hotter in temperature and equally the pudding (which was only lukewarm for a steamed pudding). Get those right and it would be 5 stars. A noisy party arrived late afternoon but it was a birthday celebration and who isn’t celebrating right now?

Warm, attractive place with friendly atmosphere and very good food. All aspects of my roast porchetta were top standard. The venue also has attractive outdoor seating areas, one terrace being right next to the Thames.

It was rowdy beyond any reasonable expectation; I have never experienced anything of this order before. It was abnormal for a pub to be so bad. All noise was coming from 2-3 individuals watching a football match but management did nothing to bring some order back. They were cursing at the top of their lungs as if they were at the football field rather than in a pub. The staff was aware of it but did nothing. Even though they had a separate dining area (and they were charging as much as a higher end restaurant) we could not communicate because of the noise. The remaining customers in the dining area kept looking at each other trying to make sense of it. We ate as fast as we possibly could and left. Never again. It is irrelevant to even attempt commenting on the food and service given how disastrous the ambience was as we had a terrible time.

Food was lovely, but forgot it was a Quiz evening, so uber noisy!

A wonderful experience. Despite the rather mental post-match atmosphere, the staff were more than up to the task, very friendly and quick-acting. The food itself was delicious, and the ambience of the riverside garden terrace added to the overall experience. Will definitely come again if I return to the same part of London!

We chose the Crabtree for its location and its menu. We wanted to taste a typical Sunday roast in London, and our expectations were fully met! We sat al fresco, had good pints and delicious food. Staff is super friendly. We will come back!

Great setting with the tables outside in the sunshine, good food and lovely staff who were very patient with the small children - especially our excellent waitress (sorry I didn’t catch your name but a big thank you for looking after us so well!).

Unfortunately I came to have a roast and when I arrived I was told the chicken roast had finished and there were no more Yorkshire puddings for the beef. This was very disappointing as that was the main reason I chose that pub on the back of an great at roast I had on my previous visit. Considering the Rugby World Cup was on I thought this was poor planning.

As much as I like the place, it looks like there's an issue with planning; 1st time there; although everything tasted great, very slow service because there's a big group that needed to be taken care of.. 2nd time there; arrived around 7pm on a Sunday to find out no meat or chicken was left and the rest of the food still tasted really good. Still like the place, good food, good staff, good drinks, but suggest you call ahead not to run into any unexpected issues.

Enjoyed a late Sunday lunch at end of September but service was unresponsive, no checks. Starters and mains were good but coffees were unavailable due to NO MILK (what? - it's for sale 5 mins away - unforgivable) and when I asked for a cognac instead, apparently none of the three options on the menu were available either. Bad ending to a good meal.

Had the sharing platters. They were plates not platters and very unimaginative. One was just a filo wrapped Camembert and 3 slices of toast. Might have been a bad choice as have had excellent food here previously but from the bar menu. Service was slow- asked for water 3 times and ‘host’ would not acknowledge eye contact.

Unappetising menu, which meant we ended up having multiple starters rather than main dishes. The bread was so stale it was like cardbord and almost inedible. Very expensive, not value for money.

Food is pricey, but really delicious, and on a warm summer's evening, it's lovely to sit out so close to the river.

I had roast.beef and the meal tasted nice but it was cold and the beef was extremely tough and chewy. I asked for some hot gravy to try and warm it up but the gravy was lukewarm too.

Amazing food but, most of all, amazing staff! The waitress who serves us was truly amazing, the food very good and arrives pretty fast. Lovely location (definitely suggest to get there earlier to grab a beer in the garden outside)

The pub is beautiful because it’s next to the river, but the food is very poor. If you go for drinks it’s great, but I wouldn’t recommend lunch or dinner. Been there a few times and each time the food is worse. Some waiters are friendly, others are quite rude. I do find it strange that they don’t allow dogs inside. Usually pubs are dog friendly.

Starters (Korean cauliflower, asparagus, scallops) were good, but main (cuttlefish spaghetti nero) was completely bland and flavourless. Service was poor. Seemed completely disorganised and waiters had to be reminded multiple times to bring drinks orders and clear away empty glasses. It took 25 mins at one point to bring a glass of rose. The seating area was nice. Shame that it was ruined by lacklustre meal and haphazard service.

Love this spot in Fulham, stone’s throw from Craven Cottage and right on the Thames. Enough traditional british with enough modern twist, great garden and drafts.

Food was nice but waiting staff didn’t leave us alone, then when we queried the ‘optional’ service charge we were told we had to pay it. We tried leaving a £5 tip instead but told we had to pay 12.5% service charge. Didn’t feel this was fair that you weren’t given a choice and the service wasn’t that great anyway. It was also very noisy and difficult to have a conversation in the dining room. Disappointed as was hoping for a nice meal out with my parents but we came away feeling like all they cared about was taking our money!

Overall the Crabtree has always been a summer favourite for drinks. But the new summer menu was absolutely fantastic!

We sat without food for over an hour. The waitstaff were not attentive now apologetic when they informed us our server had not entered our order into the system so we have to wait another 30 mins. The food was mediocre at best - I would not recommend

Brilliant place on a summers day, great food and service. Well worth a visit.
