THE most wonderful shop ever. All of the staff are lovely and welcoming, whether you are there for the first time or you are a regular. The warmth of the atmosphere as you walk in is amazing. You have an amazing choice with teas and coffees, far better than any coffee shop I have ever seen. The presentation of them is also wonderful with the most delicate teacups I have ever seen, yet they hold a surprising amount. We came for "a quick coffee" before we began shopping and left 3 hours later! There is so much to look at and fiddle with. If you have any questions about something, they are happy to answer them. I loved my mixture of teas so much that I wanted to take them home. They actually made me some tea bags, right there and then in the shop and filled them with my "brew" of choice. I adore this shop and I know I will spend many happy times here.

The Coven is back! Now moved to The Crescent Quirky, unusual curiosities to look at and buy whilst enjoying a lovely unusual variety of drinks. Drinks all served in charming original crockery with skulls, bats etc Had a nice piece of lemon sponge and recommend Mrs Dowsons "Pear Drop" ice-cream is so yummy 😋☺️

I visited The Coven Tea Room last year for lunch and loved the food and decor. It’s well off the beaten track but a true hidden gem. It’s down a back street next to a glass workshop which I attended. The style is a mix of goth/ steampunk / Victoriana. I booked afternoon tea for 6 of us. The choices of sandwiches and cakes were amazing . We were offered the function room at the back of the shop which felt really special and private. The food was perfect and we had a choice of some 80 tea types! The crockery and teapots were so quirky and created something so special. You really need to see it to understand. We spent a lovely few hours chatting and eating in our own private dining area. At £15 per person it was competitively priced. The attention to detail spilled over into the toilet! If you are in Lytham or indeed live in the Wyre area it’s definitely a place to try for a quiet coffee / tea/ cake or afternoon tea. There are also gifts for sale and a very extensive interesting haberdashery room. I am pretty certain we shall be returning 💕

What a random but brilliant little tearoom! Cake = awesome, Staff = super friendly and very cool people, ambience = friendly and super relaxed. Plenty to look at if and almost impossible to leave empty handed. Mystical, magical, whimsical, sensational - a great place for a change from the usual scene.

We have dined here several times whilst on holiday in the area and always enjoyed the food, service and ambiance. This time, unfortunately, the bar and restaurant were empty when we arrived - hence no atmosphere. The duck on noodles was pretty salty - as folk who don't use salt in any cooking, or on the table, it really was far too much. The creme brulee was superb.

Had a delivery tonight as have been busy. Didn’t wait long, I had chips, fish, peas and curry sauce, it was absolutely bob on(delicious in other words). Charles had truffle chips ( oh my goodness, totally different but scrumptious). Will certainly go again 😋😋💯
