Popped in this afternoon for a cream tea and I must say these are some of the best scones I’ve ever had! They are made fresh every day and are partnered with some delicious jam too! Lovely outdoor seating areas for you and your dogs. Super reasonably priced as well! The members of staff working were so friendly and hard working! Definitely recommend a visit if you’re in Looe 🍓

Excellent food and service. The food was delicious, really tasty and good portion size. We are a family of 7 and there was ample space for us to sit in the lovely courtyard. It was a welcome quiet space off the main busy street in the height of summer.

While the shop offers gluten free options, these are not suitable for coeliacs. The gf bread is frozen and has to be cooked in the toaster where the normal bread is cooked! Not an option to use a grill (they don't have one), or microwave the bread to defrost it. Having said that, the chilli nachos I did have were nice.

On a busy summer’s day we strolled down to The Courtyard and had such an amazing lunch. The team were lovely and friendly and catered to our Gluten Free and Dairy Free needs for two of our family. With three fussy boys it’s often hard to go somewhere different, but all three are everything! Beautifully presented dishes and the beans were next level! Well worth adding to your plans in Looe!

I visited the Courtyard with my sisters and we started with coffees which were the best we have had in Looe, made even better by the friendly, caring and relaxed atmosphere. We stayed on for lunch and each had a Soul Bowl. It was fantastic, really tasty fresh veg with loads of tastes and textures. We will definitely make this a regular visit. Really recommend for vegans, vegetarians, and gluten free and even if you are a meat eater and want to try something different..

We’ve been here a few times. It’s nicely decorated with plants, and is a calm space. The menu is vegetarian, I’m not veggie but happy to eat some beans. I had the soul bowl which was tasty. It’s a light lunch option. They offer either soup or dahl on the noticeboard but I’ve not managed to be there when the dahl was on and think that would fill me up more, so I’m looking forward to going back and trying that.

We were ready for breakfast & looking for somewhere just a little cut above the norm - we struck gold. Anne had the poached eggs & avocado on sour dough toast & I had the wild mushrooms on focaccia - both meals were superb. Nikki & Katie were wonderfully attentive & we were so blown away, we called-in on as we were leaving Looe to purchase a couple of slices of cake to take-away - lemon drizzle for Anne & courgette & pistachio for me - both delicious! Thank you ladies for your welcome, your amazing fare & for the oasis you’ve created in one of our favourite places in the UK. 🙏😁

This is a really peaceful green oasis in the centre of a very busy Looe. We sat outside in the courtyard, and had coffee and lunch - the food was served promptly and was excellent. The wild mushrooms on focaccia were beautifully presented, as was the delicious and imaginative soul bowl - all ingredients fresh and locally sourced, and cooked to order. The menu is strictly veggie and vegan, perfect for me and very much enjoyed by the meat eaters amongst us. The staff were friendly and efficient, the ambience lovely, and the food brilliant. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we returned later for tea and cake - a great selection of cakes, all vegan and home made by Shaun the chef. Do visit if you can.

When planning our day trip to Looe we had already resigned ourselves to having to eat vegan food that was mediocre and overpriced - you can’t expect everywhere to cater for us herbivores! It was with a small thrill of delight that we saw the A frame advertising vegan food just off the Main Street. We were absolutely in heaven when we saw the menu, the decor and the very helpful and friendly staff in the restaurant itself. The food was excellent! Carefully considered menu and food beautifully presented. Really well balanced flavours which was clearly all freshly prepared. Thank you for making our day that little bit more special.
