We visited on the bank holiday weekend and had 2 breakfasts one with tea one with coffee. It was freshly cooked and excellent quality. The service couldn't be faulted. Value was superb. What a gem of a place. We will be back!

We visited today as a group of 6 ladies and enjoyed large teapots of tea, blueberry scones straight from the oven with damson or strawberry jam and butter and cream. The service from Paul was very kind and attentive and we had a jolly time. We will definitely visit again.

All the food is prepared from scratch using the freshest, most local ingredients available. Service is prompt - allowing for cooking to order- and very friendly. Well-behaved dogs are welcome and a water bowl for them is provided. Ample car parking. Reasonable prices. Has a craft work and outerwear sale area too. Farm shop just next door. A lovely find in the picturesque Dales village of Cracoe. My stepson and I called in at 3:00 for a late lunch on a Saturday and were very pleasantly surprised. I had a home-made cheeseburger, which reminded me very much of the ones my wife used to cook, prepared from fresh mince and herbs. With elderflower pressé to drink. All delicious. My stepson had a ham & cheese toastie which "really hit the spot" he said. This is a relatively new business, going 18 mths since the current owners bought it. It had shut down in the pandemic. They deserve every success. Call in when you are next in the Grassington & Cracoe area.

We called in here on our nway up to Grassington, initially for coffee. The relatively new owner, Paul, was really friendly and chatty. There was another group in as well as us. I decided we would have a bacon sandwich to share, but when it came, it didn't touch the sides! So we had another one. Excellent - a large, soft teacake with some quality bacon (from the farmshop adjoining the cafe), cooked to our liking, and just a touch of tomato ketchup. Couldn't be better! The blueberry scones looked amazing, but just couldn't manage one - even if we shared! Good variety of food, all very reasonably priced. Well worth a visit if you're heading up into the Dales.

We stopped here for breakfast this morning on our way home from a weekend in Kilnsey. Two had full English, one had bacon bap, one had toast. The food was delicious, cooked from fresh and nice and hot. The service was friendly and really efficient. Great value for money. Just could have done with a high chair for the little one but the owner said they were getting one soon. Dog friendly too which is great for us.

We called for a sandwich and cup of tea while out for a run in the car. Both opted for a bacon sandwich which was made with really good bacon and there was plenty of it. Very good value for money. We were told that the bacon came from the adjoining butchers shop. Unlimited refills of tea offered. Very friendly owner/owners. We will definitely call again.

Stopped on the way into the Dales for lunch. Really wonderful food and kind, friendly staff. We had a couple of breakfast rolls and, honestly, the best toastie I can remember having. Thick, fluffy yet crispy white bread and proper quality filling. Unfortunately we weren’t able to stay longer and get some cake/milkshakes but looking forward to returning soon.

Not been in a while and was aware of a change in ownership. A group of cyclists were in and a solo person, plus us two. I ordered a full breakfast and one small size. Very pleased to find somewhere that actually included tea/coffee and toast, amazed to be blunt, this seems to have dropped off most other establishments. The cafe was in full swing with 9 breakfasts on order, so a slight wait was inevitable. A polite young man served very nice coffee, we were in no rush. The food was nice and hot and tastie, good toast too. All in it represented good value and will definitely return in the future.

Our kids swimming lesson in Grassington was cancelled and they were really disappointed. To cheer them up we said we would stop on the way back. The staff at the country kitchen were so friendly, helping the kids choose from the numerous ice creams they have. Lovely coffee and a great bacon buttie. Really good family run cafe, we will definitely be back 😀

Recently had a brilliant stay at Crina Bottom B&B at the foot of Ingleborough (one of the 3 peaks). It is entirely off-grid but the owners have done a terrific job in making the property comfortable, clean and very attractive. The bedrooms have been furbished to a high standard and you are guaranteed a sound sleep. The en-suites are large and are like those found in a good 5 star hotel. The chef produces great breakfasts which are substantial enough to set you up for the day ahead. I would thoroughly recommend this superb B&B

This place is in a beautiful location. After a hard day cycling, we we had run out of water and food. Although the tea-room was closed we asked if our water bottles could be topped up. The lady who owns the place was busy but she could not have been more kind and helpful. She brought us delicious home-made chocolate cake and filter coffee and stayed for a chat. Absolutely amazing customer service and saved us that day! Thank you!

What a lovely quirky cafe. The owners were super friendly and welcoming. We had hot chocolate and scones with jam and cream and both the drink and scones were delicious. Best hot chocolate drink we have tasted and in a nice large cup too. There was lots of cakes to choose from and they all looked delicious. We will definitely return for lunch as the menu was very appetising.
