The Cotswold Diner in Cotswold

It’s nowhere to be seen today so I have made a trip for no reason.

All in good working order, good coffee latté.

Always very friendly, I even ask for different meals and if they have it they will do it for me , great place to eat x

I got a vegan roll, which hit the spot perfectly. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Very happy. :)

I had the Vegan burger with Full Fat Cheese. 2 slices of cheese added as standard made the cheese taste. (Although I ordered very strong grated!). Nice and cool as they have a super duper extractor. Lots of parking. I’d visit again.

Been before had good food. Food not great when we last went

Great to find this little cafe/shop on our walk in the Cotswolds. The Marshfield blueberry and cream ice cream was a delicious. There are toilets there too.

Went to the nearby Hungry Horse for breakfast and it was closed so we came here. Absolutely loved the quirky bus and all the authentic adverts and little touches inside. The staff were lovely and our full English breakfast was fantastic, and ready in minutes. There were courtesy newspapers too. It wasn't cheap but represented really good value for money...and worth it for the setting!

we stumbled on this gem parked next to the Cotswold Way & stopped for coffee - very quick service & so reasonably priced we had to have a second mug before we continued our walk.

Just enjoyed our delicious hot breakfast and a feeling of being back to California! The interior is so cool. The view from our window was good too.

Had a ham salad roll. Had to ask for butter and only Had Lettuce and tomato in it. Staff should be wearing food gloves. Preparing food without washing hands.cheap and nice but won't visit again. Hygiene standards not great

Pricy food but tasted ok, wasnt the best but wasn’t the worst either. This converted bus is a fairly cool idea and is immaculately presented inside, the cooking area was spotless. Disabled access would be a bit of an issue though!

The bus has recently returned after having a poorly engine changed out so I took the opportunity to call in for brunch. Prompt service. Well coooked food and generous portions at a reasonable price. Will visit again.

Stumbled upon this , I’m glad we did . Quirky 50s diner style bus parked in a lay-by. It was clean the food was very good and reasonably priced. The staff were pleasant, love these kind of places . 5* to yourselves.

We’ve driven past the diner many times on our way to/from the M5 and finally managed a more leisurely journey that allowed us to stop for a late breakfast. We weren’t the only ones either as there were no spare tables and they were catering for takeaway orders too. It does exactly what it says on the tin: even though it was busy the food and drinks were served promptly and the staff don’t skimp on the portion sizes either. The quality is good, great value for money and we left vowing to return.

Just stopped to get our children some toasties and this is what we received. Unfortunately on the road again so couldn’t take it back.

We had a lovely breakfast here yesterday. The food was served quickly and was delicious. The staff are friendly & welcoming and we will definitely visit again when in the area.

Very expensive. Sausage sandwich and coffee nearly £6. Sausages were usual cheap ones you get at the roadside.

Very disappointed reading the reviews of how great it is I ordered sausage in a bap it was disgusting think the sausage was off. Cost me £3.95. Went in the bin !!

This place I found by random. I was driving my lorry and needed to stop for a break. Just so happened this place was there. What a find it was. Very original. The food was great, expensive but great. Seating area outside as well as in.

Stopped here for a roll whilst walking Birdlip to Cleeve hill on the Cotswold Way. Highly recommend for walkers, great stop for a quick lunch.

Spent the last 12 months visiting this diner on the return run back from from Brize Norton every thursday 1pm with my work colleague. Cracking full english breakfast, and everything is locally sourced, which you can see and taste the difference right away. Always different staff on at different times which give you a warm welcome and lovely conversation. Your never kept waiting long for your food which is always spot on the mark. Great feeling sat in the bus with a 50's diner theme its great. Highly recommend this cafe diner for great food and nice folks running it. I will have to pop over on the bike sometime and crab a full english. Top rate A+++

This café is inside an old bus which made it an interesting place to get a coffee, great views too. The coffee was really good and very reasonably priced.

Called here today and enjoyed cheese and onion toastie and a large bread roll with sausage,bacon and egg. Very friendly owner and lovely food. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

Pass this place all the time and only stopped today as we needed a drink. Ended up eating here. It was clean warm and welcoming. Highly recommended and very different.

I’ve driven past this diner weekly since 2017 and never stopped off my loss. The menu is extensive with many choices and options nothing is to much to ask of the very helpful friendly staff from menu options to how you want your meal served. They are equipped to take card which is a bonus and there is a disabled access porta loo to. They offer armed forces discount as well

Stopped off here on my way back from London. Around about 13:30. Always a pleasure to eat here. Ordered the All day breakfast. Was on my table in around 5 mins. Hot, tasty food at a reasonable price. The staff here are very helpful and polite. Will definitely be going again. Thanks guys. Top breakfast..!!

Un encantador autobús convertido, justo el trabajo para tomar una copa después de un paseo por el camino de Cotswold. Demasiado tarde para comer algo, ya que cierra a las 2 pm, pero lo tendremos en cuenta para la próxima vez. Estaba completamente lleno cuando pasamos la primera vez, y esa es generalmente la señal de un buen lugar para comer.

Lovely, 5 out of says wife and kids. Egg and bacon soft baguette, quarter pounder with mature cheddar and full English all great.

Visité con un amigo y nuestros 3 hijos para el almuerzo. Nuestra fiesta tenía hamburguesas, una tostada y un BLT. Todo estaba delicioso, bien presentado, la buena calidad y el tamaño de las porciones eran excelentes. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Hubo un flujo constante de clientes todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí, lo que siempre es una buena señal. El servicio fue muy amable, los propietarios son encantadores y el autobús es un entorno muy limpio y peculiar. Definitivamente volveremos, gracias!

Qué gusto encontrar este lugar al mediodía en una caminata por los Cotswolds. Realmente no sentí que tenía tiempo para detenerme, pero una vez que lo vi lo hice. Solo pedí una hamburguesa con queso, pero fue la mejor hamburguesa que comí en Inglaterra. No hay exageración. Creo que se referían a él como un "gusto", pero tenía una salsa roja y dulce que nunca había comido en una hamburguesa, y fue increíble.El interior temático estadounidense me hizo sentir como en casa, pero la amable dueña podría haberlo hecho sola. Ella era toda una sonrisa, bienvenida, e incluso señaló las monedas de la edición especial Paddington Bear que me regaló como parte de mi cambio de vuelta. Si alguna vez pasa por Seven Springs, intente hacer una parada en el Cotswold Diner. Gran servicio, ambiente y comida.

Been past it a couple of times with only minimal notice. This time we needed food and drink. What a great place. Well organised, great baguette bread for surrounding bacon and sausage or bacon and egg. All in all a great experience.

Called in on a wet miserable day with my three year old grand daughter. We were made very welcome and the grand daughter was given colouring sheets and crayons. the food was brilliant and the service first class

First time stopping here, definitely will not be last. Scrambled eggs on toast with bacon was excellent and the service was great thank you so much for making my morning better. I will be there again soon and I will let my colleagues know as well. Once again many thanks.

I've been stopping at this gem for breakfast (and occasional lunch) for several years and it has never let me down. The food is exactly what you would expect from a "truck-stop cafe" (but very rarely is it achieved... if you travel a lot, you will understand what I mean!). You will not be disappointed here!! Fresh, good quality and well cooked food... yes it's the basics - some would say the ESSENTIALS!!... but its a converted bus!!! - And it's brilliant. Please support them as they do a fantastic job and they have a lot of regulars which says a lot!!! - I even go out of my way on occasion to stop by... just for the bacon & egg torpedo role...SIMPLY THE BEST!!!

An old coach turned into a static diner. They serve great value freshly brewed filter coffee and cakes. Two coffees and a flapjack for under £4 is pretty good and worth a u-turn at the roundabout

Had a great all day breakfast, cooked fresh with friendly service. This is my go to place if I am travelling West from Oxfordshire. Or as in this case, my day off so 80 mile round trip for breakfast plus a spin round the Cotswolds for good measure! Recommended!

Great food, service and atmosphere. We both had full English breakfast our children had BLT’s. All delicious, well cooked, friendly staff. Will definitely be back, would highly recommend a stop off at the Cotswold dinner bus.

Very friendly great sausage sandwich

Eaten here on many occasions. The Cotswold Diner is situated on a large lay-by at the junction of the A435 and the A436. Plenty of parking and it serves fabulous food through the day. Yesterday I enjoyed the full English which is a large plate of cooked breakfast washed down with tea or coffee. Everything was really well cooked, service is always very friendly and the prices are good given the excellent quality. Having walked the Cotswold Way a few years ago it is also great to see the diner after the long walk from Winchcombe, the last place we refuelled beforehand was on Cleeve Hill. Living locally we visit once a week (sometimes more) but it’s great to see all the tourists taking photos outside and I side the diner and clearly enjoying what is on offer. Hope Neil and Maria keep up the good work and do go and make the effort to visit... sooo worth it!

Stopped off here on my way to Cheltenham for a spot of breakfast last Thursday morning. It’s a converted bus that’s quiet unique. All a bit cramped, but nice and clean. The lady, who I think was the owner was very pleasant and polite. The standard breakfast was, however disappointing. Sausages were very poor quality and the bacon was over cooked. Tomato wasn’t cooked. Fried egg was hard with a solid yoke. Might give it a go again in the hope that the food will be better.

Great food here. Look for the coach in the layby at Seven springs. Great team . Eat in or take away.

Somehow this place has good reviews. I wouldn’t be back and certainly wouldn’t recommend. It’s a glorified food van but at a higher price!

Food was either undercooked or over cooked, waste of money and time. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Mushrooms was over cooked, grilled tomato was raw, eggs were burnt underneath. Bacon and sausage was pre cooked and obviously held in a hot hold ( not hot enough) tables were dirty

This is a great stopping place for food. The character is great inside and the staff/ owners are lovely. I am a regular here and will continue to be so
