This is the best food and coffee on the motorway, tasty and fresh. The staff were friendly and the seating was clean and comfortable. This is how motorway eating should be.

Instant and really lovely service, large choice of pasties as well as coffee (decaf as well) ladies work really fast and prepare the orders instantly.

The food is good, but their opening hours during COVID-19 has meant that they are frequently closed early when most people are still wanting access to food.

One of the few places that weren't too busy with folks not conforming with social distance, pleasant staff, good quality food the sausage roll was tasty but all the items are pricey.

Very impressed with the service and the coffee/tea and the freshness of the almond croissant we had. The two young ladies who were working on the counter were very polite and cheerful, The eating area was very clean. Good alternative to the other outlets.

Good coffee and scones. The food at the counter looked really tasty. We were going to eat but the majority of the food was on top of the counter on display where you queue for the till. I’m not fussy but I don’t fancy food that has probably been coughed on or even poked by children. The pasties are in a nice glass protective display case. Please consider this for the rest of your lovely tasty looking pastries. Coffee spot on too. Just a pity about your food hygiene.

Lovely choice of food available. We had sausage rolls and a cherry and almond croissant, with a pot of tea. Very tasty food.

Absolutely excellent! Very friendly staff, GREAT food. Very much better than any other outlet I have visited on any of Britain's motorways. Will certainly go again on next trip on M5

Stopped for a brief snack on our 5 hour drive. Food was fabulous and fresh and good value for money. Service was quick and efficient, tables clean and staff were smiling.

The croissants here are fabulous. Large, flaky and very fresh. We took these away as part of our breakfast.

Marvellous place to have breakfast. Shop very clean and tidy, great customer approach by Patrick and delicious coffee. Highly recommend to everyone!

If you are a coffee purist, that is, you drink coffee without milk, sugar, syrup or other paraphernalia, order your coffee here. A small black Americano with an extra shot (total 3 shots) was just fabulous. A chocolate almond croissant was very good too. The coffee was the best I have drunk anywhere. Avoid nearby chains unless you are into milk and mediocrity. Try this place even if you are a coffee milkshake drinker, hot or cold.

We visited this little cafe (#MyCornishMoment) enroute along the M5 north. Dreading the stop @ these services, we were frankly thrilled to see this place open, as we last visited @ 6am to find it closed. What a delight, staff so friendly, professional & efficient. Latte delicious. I will no longer dread these services (just a shame the associated toilets let the whole services area down)

Such a change from the usual motorway coffee stop.....delighted to find this attractive cafe tucked away in Strensham services on the M5. Friendly staff and such an enjoyable coffee break with excellent coffee and a delicious almond and chocolate croissant. What a pleasure to have found this on a long boring motorway journey.

I stopped off for some lunch here. There were 3 staff working. One begins the counter, one clearing tables and one bringing food from the back. There was no queue but I still had a long wait to be served and an even longer wait for a sandwich to come out. I have the chicken and pesto panini.

Stopped at the services and dropped in to this shop. Often tempted by the smells and bought two pasties. Lovely smell and ate them at home. Great taste but quite pricey.

This bakery is within the motorway services station. We were staying in the Days Inn next door, which doesn't provide breakfast, so we tried it in the morning. Their selection of fresh pastries & pasties was good & their cappuccino & expresso coffees were also fine.

Small, bitter coffee. Would not recommend!!! Tastes like an instant coffee. Staff were nice enough. Disappointing .

Lovely cafe in strenham services. Croissant and coffee to my specification. Charming male staff member. Been open about 3 months so it feels very new and clean.

Just had cheese bacon and leek pasty very nice better than the ones I had in devon.Nice polite and helpful chap to serve me as well very good.
