Lovely enough but music was RIDICULOUSLY loud. Can't hear yourself think or talk to each other without shouting. Plays modern rubbish too. Tried moving to different spots in there but speakers everywhere. No quieter spots anywhere.

Weather wasn’t great and services were busy and as there was no queue I thought I’d quickly grab a snack from the food cart outside. Waited about a minute before staff member acknowledged me. He then said I’ll be two minutes. Four minutes later after several other customers had queued and then left I decided to join them and head somewhere else. In his defence he needs as working alone. But preparing a coffee (I presume for himself as no one else was waiting when I arrived) and ignoring customers isn’t great. Would love to give a review of the food and drink but unfortunately I didn’t get the opportunity to purchase any.

We were travelling to Cornwall and decided to stop off at these services for a pasty to have for our dinner. We arrived in the afternoon to find the place boarded up. This was the same at Bridgewater. We were disappointed to say the least.

Stopped at Taunton Dean northbound this morning hubby wanted a Cornish pastie, knew I wouldn’t get a Gingsters in the service, saw the Cornish Bakery outside, so decided to purchase him one from there. Also had a medium one myself. Well what can I say about them they were lovely and hot, very well filled and to our personal taste lovely and peppery. I also had a white chocolate and raspberry bakewell, delicious. Rarely stop at these services as they are too close from my daughters in Exeter to need to use them, but this morning we had left from Cornwall. We will definitely be calling here again just for the pasties. Hubby said his was far better than the one he had bought in Padstow on Tuesday, and also considerably cheaper. If you like pasties definitely the place to buy them from.

Both the Pasty and coffee I bought were some of the best I've had. Served with a smile even though she was obviously very busy. Really a testament to the business.

There were several times. I liked everything. You can buy men's, women's and children's clothes. A wide range of products, reasonable prices. There are always specials on beer, which is a great deal if you're a beer lover. There is parking, McDonald's. You can eat quickly and go shopping 😀

Fantastic experience of customer service from Abby behind the counter and Stevie front of house. Big warm welcoming smiles even at the end of the day. A remarkable effort and a credit to the organisation.

Zero service compared to a normal Costa, order from a screen and collect when you are shouted at.... Tables dirty and stained, seats dirty and stained as well. And to cap it off the food we ordered and paid for at the screen was not available and getting a refund not easy.... Such a useless site, get a grip Costa please!

Great selection of lunch dishes. Was able to cater for a family party of 7 with a couple of allergies with no issues. Good local beers which were well kept. Would recommend the food and drink and overall price
