the Corner Restaurant and Champagne Bar in City of London, Westminster

Decided to try Jackson Boxer at the Corner for first after much shopping at Selfridges from 11.30am on Sunday. I had the chicken schnitzel and was asked by waitress'how was it'. My reply was that if it was smashed any thinner it would be air. Tasted fine but be warned price of a meal but actually this is just a light snack

Disappointing. We’ve been before and enjoyed the lovely room with views over the street below. The room is still nice but., There was no menu on display so we were seated before we saw what was on offer. In the past we chose fish but the price had doubled so we chose Caesar salad and a glass of wine. We waited over half an hour for our food and it was after 2 pm and the place was more than half empty, and eventually were given some nuts. The salad was ok, just. There was lettuce and dressing but some tiny bits of chicken and no sign of any croutons. It was drowned in grated cheese and bread was extra. We decided not to have dessert and to seek cake and coffee elsewhere but no luck. The cafe on the ground floor looked unappealing and the nicest cakes were only take away. We had a sickly sweet muffin and a take away coffee which was not nice. Come on Selfridges you can do better.

I’ve eaten lunch here several times over recent months and it really is worth a visit. I can’t understand the negative reviews as I’ve always had good service and excellent food. It excels in small plates, tasty vegetables/salad and with good quality bread it offers an excellent lunch. Definitely worth a detour, either from Mayfair or Oxford Street.

After shopping in Selfridges my wife and I wanted a small bite to eat and some drinks. We waited to be seated at the entrance to the restaurant and a lady approaches us and asks if we are there for lunch. I said no we would just like a snack and a couple of drinks. She looked at us in disgust and replied with "that's not the concept that we do here". She then said "what exactly will you be ordering" - this is an extremely odd question to be asked before I've even sat down or looked at the menu!! So I asked for the menu and she we awkwardly told her that we would like a cup of tea, a beer and a couple of the food items from the "nibbles" section. To which she replied "no, that's not the concept of this place, I suggest you go to the ground floor to the bar. This is a place where you order a three-course lunch and a glass of wine" - Yes, she actually had the gaul to say something so ridiculous to my face. It had me wondering what is the point in listing nibbles and tea on the menu if you're going to reject a customer when he/she attempts to order it. The cafe was practicaly empty, with only one table full. So there was no reason for her to be so obstinate about seating us. I can only assume that she didn't want us in the restaurant for some reason or other. Maybe she didn't like the look of us - I honestly can't say. I have been to some of the finest restaurants in the world and everything in-between and I have never once felt so unwelcomed as a paying customer in all my life. It appears the "concept" of Jackson Boxer At The Corner is rudeness. This is a shameful establishment and I advise anyone with a shred of dignity to avoid it at all costs. I hope this place fails miserably.

Best kept secret in london. Place to hide and relax in the heart of london. The crew is natural. Great find . The food is exceptional

Wow the mighty Selfridges has become a nightmare shop full of 21st century rubbish costing the earth and nothing else. The toilet situation is abysmal in this shop - as for this restaurant it looked promising but the service was ZERO . Sat down and waited 15 minutes - no waiters no waitress no menu and ignored. As we left we commented and the girl said ' we are short of staff two people went sick and we can't manage'. Welcome to UK extortionate prices zero value and even not bothered to serve you.

If you want to be turned away because you don't want to drink champagne at lunchtime because they are busy (half the tables were empty) then this is the place for you. Anya the server was particularly and unnecessarily rude.

Had a lot of trouble finding information re this restaurant. One website said permanently closed. Managed to book. Arrived in Selfridges, asked a security man where it was, no idea! Went to another restaurant, asked there, no idea! However finally having found it we loved it and will go again - now we know where it is!

A tired corner of Selfridges with service to match. Ignored at the ‘wait to be seated’ sign to be told by other guests to simply take a seat. Miserable waiter. Very disappointing.

Lovely food and excellent drinks. Everything was clean, tables partitioned well, staff all wearing masks. Thank you for making us feel safe and for your excellent customer service.

Wonderful Sunday lunch, all items were delicious, especially the strawberry tart. Arancini and pasta were a winner for the kids and triple cooked chips were fantastic.

We were looking for a nice lunch before an evening concert at Wigmore Hall. The Food Hall was very noisy so we followed signs to the restaurant and found it empty and quiet. We had scallops and monkfish with mussels from a small menu, they were both excellent and delicious. Service was first class and we enjoyed the views from the windows. Prices were not bad for a London restaurant.

Quiet place inside department store with view over Oxford street. Limited menu. Atmosphere , well it’s in a shop, but thankfully quiet and that in London on Sunday is good.Service quite good. Olives and good bread (9£) Main course of Monkfish for 22£ was swimming in a tomato broth - tasty but more soup than I expected. Chicken main fair. Mixed salad with Rockford a bit dry. Carafe of Californian red was reasonable (19£ for 4 small glasses). Dessert of chocolate mousse a blob a milk chocolate mousse on a plate - fairly poorly presented and too sweet for my taste. Waiter confused me with second dessert option of biscuits ( making me think it was part of the mousse dessert) “to scoop up the chocolate” he said:- (9£) - so a large plate of sweet biscuits arrived which we had to pay for and we only wanted one dessert to share. We didn’t say anything when a large plate of biscuits arrived - fine for afternoon tea but not a lunch.! Not happy with how that was slipped in. Total cost 120£ for two including service. Restaurant offered to take off service charge but we didn’t want to penalise the waiter. 😬

The food was not that good the steak was full of fat and was very chewy. The ambiance was nice and so were the views overlooking Oxford street.

I went here for afternoon tea with my family recently, and I have to say I am extremely disappointed with the restaurant’s ‘afternoon tea.’ The actual food was unrefined, unimaginative, and tasteless. The tea was brought at the same time as the champagne, so I’m not sure if they expected us to alternate between sips of champagne and hot tea during the meal, but either way, this is not what you’d expect from an expensive afternoon tea such as this. The tea went cold and by the time we came to drink it, it was over brewed. The lady came over and plonked two plates down with three pretentious offerings- two pieces of small toast stuck together with some sort of cheese spread and either chutney or caramelised onions, a ball of falafel and the tiniest crouton with a dollop of pâte - flavour unknown. She never explained what each part was nor did she ask if we had any allergies or food requirements. The sweet dishes, of which there were four, consisted of- a brownish apple tart, which had not set properly so the consistency just melted on to the plate, followed by a stodgy chocolate brownie, then a large shortbread biscuit which resembled a jammy dodger gone wrong, and your classic ‘school dinner’ rice pudding. No one ate the whole thing as each dish together was very filling and unappetising. The sweet dishes were not delicate pastries, but clumsily constructed with absolutely no thought as to whether the dishes would complement each other. When I explained that we were disappointed with the £45 each afternoon tea, the waiter listened to our feedback however still did not offer us anything by way of an apology for the substandard serving. Afternoon tea is a favourite of mine, however this is undoubtedly the worst I’ve had in a long time. All in all, a ‘high tea’ with extremely low standards. Overpriced, outdated and poorly executed.

Exploring London by night with some friends who just arrived from the States we started to feel peckish so I suggested to have dinner at The Brasserie of Light at Selfridges. However, rather predictably at hindsight this was full so instead we opted for The Corner Restaurant. The interior is marketed as being elegant Art Deco, but I found it rather beige. The all-day menu had a choice of seasonal Mediterranean dishes, was very health orientated and offered a plethora of Champagne. We ordered a number of starters to share between us. Some of which were more to my taste than others. The Buratta was scrummy. It ticked the box and in many ways is a perfect department store pit stop whilst you’re shopping, but it felt quite unmemorable otherwise. In a way I regretted not having come up with a better option. It’s niche is as a very peaceful and good place for a cocktail break whilst shopping, but otherwise I don’t feel it’s a destination.

Held a Christmas party for 30 here and the food and wine was outstanding and delicious, staff smiley and enthusiastic (makes such a difference), venue and location very special.

Cada vez que estamos en Londres, comemos aquí al menos dos veces y siempre excelente comida y servicio. Está escondido en el segundo piso con una gran vista de Oxford Street, lo recomendaría encarecidamente para una escapada después de algunas compras serias, o no tan graves.

Una sosta presso The Corner and Champagne Bar inserito all'interno di Selfridges, in Oxford Street per una pausa pomeridiana. Mio marito ha scelto un cappuccino ed io, seguendo la tradizione dell'afternoon tea, ho sorseggiato un buonissimo tè al gelsomino. Totale £8.66. Ritorneremo senz'altro anche all'ora di pranzo, vista l'ampia scelta di piatti anche vegetariani.

Honestly I suffer from bad experience in this Resturant.

A pesar del reciente cambio completo en el menú, este sigue siendo un gran lugar, debido al excelente servicio por parte de un personal profesional y sonriente, y una excelente ubicación en un ambiente luminoso, acogedor y relativamente tranquilo. Es bueno que el establecimiento mantuviera a este personal agradable y acogedor cuando llegó un nuevo chef. Desafortunadamente, cambió completamente el menú, no para mejor. Entre otros artículos, no más croquetas de champiñones, no más César de langosta, no más trufas de chocolate espolvoreadas con cacao con el café, sino un menú muy limitado y poco inspirador. Aún así, el ambiente en este lugar sigue siendo excelente.

Tuvimos un delicioso brunch en el restaurante de la esquina. El espacio era luminoso y espacioso, con muchas ventanas y adecuadamente tranquilo, dado que todos los compradores se encontraban a pocos pasos de distancia. (Es un piso más arriba de la calle, por cierto). Aunque no nos tomamos un sorbo, había mucha bebida y opciones burbujeantes en el menú y la comida que probamos fue excelente. Algunos destacados incluyen los pasteles de cangrejo y la ensalada César de langosta. Ambos platos eran ligeros, bien sazonados y perfectamente vestidos.

Been here a few times and enjoyed it. It’s an ok menu but could do with a update, not sure the afternoon tea could do with a change of content as some of it is for acquired tastes. The rest of the menu is ok just needs a spruce up, nice choice of champagne and drink selection, the service was good. The presentation is good but the content is disappointing the artisan bread was probably made by artisans but unfortunately a couple of days before. Generally good enjoy

Quiet and cosy little cafe inside selfridges. Great menu. On the pricier side but you get what you pay for in terms of food and environment. Highly recommended as a rest stop.

A visit to Selfridges was on my must-do list during our recent London stay, primarily because I really enjoyed the TV series "Mr. Selfridge" with Jeremy Piven. Before shopping, we stopped in to The Corner for a light lunch. It's a fantastic setting, almost hidden away (appropriately) in a corner of the second floor. My husband started with sweetcorn soup with toasted pumpkin seeds and followed that with the popular lox plate. I had the Portland crab and avocado. We also had a selection of fresh bread. All of these were delicious.

At Selfridges, Afternoon Tea has evolved into afternoon champagne and late lunch. Of course one may still order tea or coffee and petit fours or sandies.

As the name states this is a little restaurant tucked away on the second floor of Selfridges ‘in the corner’. My wife and I visit London regularly and this restaurant is always on our list. It has an excellent menu (the lobster salad is the best ever), attentive service, a good wine list and is a wonderful retreat from sometimes the hustle of the crowds.

Plenty to eat, beautifully presented, pleasant efficient service. A little expensive but it is Selfridges Champagne bar! Very busy too.

The perfect way to spend an afternoon - champagne, seafood and good company. Paco and the team looked after me very well. I intended to have one glass of champagne and ended up staying the afternoon. The caviar was delicious.

This resturant is one of my favourite one in London &every; time iam there I must few times visit them .but unfortunately I noticed recently the quality of food reducing; last time in March few times I went there which every time food was perfect other than my last visit that I had crab salad which honestly I got food poison so badly ;but I thought maybe it was one time and this place can not go wrong with the food;This time I invited my friends for lunch 12 july ..starter was very nice ;staff very polite......main course corn feed or grass feed beef really it was like rubber unbelievable ;as if it was cooked inside of macrovaiwe;And over cooked..it was so owful then I asked to replaced with fish with big regret it was worse so smelly NO taste at all ;for desert we took a fig cake ;which no one wants to eat that after small bight so poor in term of quality and freshness

I took my girls here for afternoon tea. It is not the best value for money but it was tasty. The tea choice is good and I am a fan of Assam tea, which I would recommend.

Felt adventurous so tried Oysters. The Rose champagne is delicious, Damion suggested the Jersey Oysters, you could literally taste the sea. Just a perfect experience. Loved it

While visiting Oxford Street I popped in for lunch at this restaurant, the environment was nice. The food is what I call designer food, looks and tastes great but very small portions. I also found the prices a little expensive.

We had a lovely saturday in this champagne bar with afternoon tea (scones are lovely) with some champagne. Service very efficient and the bar had a nice atmosphere.

En general me encantó llamar aquí cuando en West End de Londres, pero esta vez nos dejes enormemente.

Our crab and avocado crostini and duck parfait were delicious! The Winter cocktails were great. Service was a a little slow but it was busy and the waitresses were very pleasant and hard working. Would recommend.

Nice champagne offering and meat and cheese platter. No gluten free breads/crackers. Service was very slow - busy place with only 2 staff.

We wanted a drink before a lunch elsewhere and tried this one after the other bar on the ground floor was full. This bar was virtually full too so the only seats we could find were outside the restaurant in the shop area. We had to squeeze in between other customers and it was a little tight on space. That said, everything was nice and clean, and a waitress came and took our order quite quickly. I tried Gone with the Gin, and my friend had the apple mojito. Both were absolutely delicious so I would thoroughly recommend!

I was being treated to lunch here by a friend of mine. I ordered the crab cakes. They were dry and quite hard to eat because of that. The service was good but was let down by the very cramped seating. This was quite ridiculous for such a high end restaurant. The triple? cooked chips were were so crusty that I didn't bother attempting past the one. Very small portions for the price you pay. Santa and his Elf visited which was lovely but they struggled to manoeuvre themselves around such a cramped area and hence I was slapped on the back by Santa's cape! The nice side was that we met Dame Joan Collins on our visit and she was lovely.

Popped in for a bite to eat and followed the signs in the store to this little oasis! The food was lovely and we enjoyed a selection of Tapas which was tasty and beautifully presented. Great staff and great food, perfect

Weil wir einfach mal ne Pause vom Bummeln durch London und aktuell dem Selfridges-Kaufhaus brauchten und grad das The Corner Restaurant & Champagne Bar mit sehr kurzer Schlange vor uns war entschlossen wir uns hier einen Kaffee zu trinken. Daraus wurde dann ein kleines Mittagessen, das wir sehr genossen. Meine Ravioli und der Superfoodsalat meiner Frau waren wirklich lecker und sehr gut gemacht. Dazu waren auch der Wein und der Kaffee ausgezeichnet. Alles aber natürlich zu Londoner Preisen eines Restaurants im Nobelkaufhaus. Wir können das also nicht für eine Pause sondern echt auch einen guten Lunch empfehlen. Kriegt man einen Platz am Fenster kann man sogar schön dem Treiben auf der toll mit Menschen gefüllten Oxfordstreet zuschauen.

We popped in here for some Champagne, bread olives and sparkling water. Pleasant little restaurant. What we had was very nice. Might even try a full meal here one day. It’s an interesting, if small, menu.

Básicamente es una cafetería que sirve porciones pequeñas y desierto, junto con el bar tiene > el café que servían estaba bien pero no muy caliente, el servicio fue lento, ya que tuve que recordar sobre un plato se olvidaron de darnos al menos tres veces

El restaurante de la esquina está en el medio de Selfridges en el segundo piso, sin duda vale la pena una visita nos fuimos para una bebida y un bocadillo y el prosecco es preciosa! El camarero era de risa y sin duda nos mantuvo entretenidos! Marco creo que su nombre era! Definitivamente vale la pena visitar la comida era increíble y es un lugar excelente para parar a mitad de camino a través de su viaje de compras!

Fuimos con unos amigos a tomar unas copas para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi marido. Nos sentamos en el bar y disfrutamos viendo el camarero tanto como nosotros disfrutamos de las bebidas que ha creado. Además de champán, teníamos un Capitán amarga. Es receta original del camarero. Era ligero, refrescante y perfecto para el verano. También tuvimos una bebida,Aperol y una deliciosa bebida de bourbon. Charlando con el camarero y él viendo el trabajo realizado nuestro día en Selfridges incluso más divertido.

Sabes esos días cuando te apetece un poco de ostras? No. Pero este verano estaba constantemente pensando en comer algunas ostras justo hasta el momento en que pasaban por el selfridge's contador y decidieron sacar el tapón. Sólo se vive una vez, como la juventud decir. Y YO vivimos a través de este verano por comer ostras. Yo tenía seis ostras de roca, la mitad de Francia, la mitad de Inglaterra, así que no había tensiones diplomáticas. Vinieron en hielo, como cabe esperar, abierto, lo que me ahorró un poco de trabajo. Y sabían exactamente como ostras, es decir que sabían como el océano. No infinito, profundo y así sucesivamente, Estoy aludiendo a ellos como degustación de agua de mar, lo que es práctico.

Vinimos aquí para cenar tarde y afortunadamente no había cerrado todavía.

Vinimos aquí casi por casualidad, simplemente buscando una taza de té y un sentarse, pero estaban muy contentos de haberlo hecho. Es un espacio encantador, escondido en una esquina (la clave está en el nombre) en la 2ª planta, frente a M+S, con vista de la Calle Oxford, intenta conseguir una mesa en la esquina junto a las ventanas. Compartimos un delicioso té helado (bollos, mermelada caliente + excelente y las hojas de té muy bueno). El servicio era perfecto - encantadora, profesional y atento. No es barato (con servicio pagamos £18) pero cuando era una taza de té y un sentar una delicia.

Me encantó este restaurante que fui una segunda vez para cócteles. Mi primera visita fue el almuerzo (cangrejo) con cócteles deliciosos pasteles (hermoso y refrescante champaña) luego el postre (daiquiris de fresas y nata fresca) otra cosa y un capuchino perfectamente realizadas. El ambiente era todo lo que había imaginado estar en Selfridges y la comida era excepcional, pero fue el personal que hizo que mi visita sea mucho más especial. No puedo esperar para mi próximo viaje a Londres y sin duda alguna volveremos aquí para probar el té de la tarde!

Me encanta este pequeño bar de champán escondido en Selfridges, tanto si buscas una rápida parada en boxes de compras, un almuerzo ligero o el té de la tarde este lugar es perfecto. No había hecho una reserva, pero no tienen que esperar para una mesa mientras nos sentamos en el bar. Pedimos dos copas de champán y algunos aperitivos croquetas de champiñones y paté de hígado de pato la comida absolutamente divino. El champán estaba fresco y frío y me fui muy bien. El barman era atento y educado y muy acogedor. Me encantaba el champagne bar en la planta baja con vistas a la sección de bolsa, y cuando cierra me decepcionó mucho, pero este es tan fabuloso y nunca es demasiado temprano para burbujas.

Simplemente han tomado para comer en este restaurante. Fantástica decoración y un servicio atento, pero es demasiado caro. Tuve el cangrejo (16 libras. 50 por tres pequeñas) que tenía nada más excepto para adornar una ensalada muy pequeño así que añade el brócoli almendra (4 libras. 50) y realmente me arrepentí. Me gusta mi hortalizas crudas pero no disfrute de brócoli crudo parte! No puedo recomendar este restaurante aparte del ambiente.

Il posto è molto carino e sofisticato, puoi bere solo qualcosa, pranzare oppure fare l'afternoon tea ad ogni ora!! Sono tutti molto gentili e calorosi! Si mangia bene però state attenti perché il cuoco non è sempre lo stesso, ma le cose sono buone e genuine! Consiglio il salmone e il filetto!

The food was lovely . you can get a variety of bites and nice drink. Sometimes however you may need to wait for a table. Its staff was very helpful and friendly. You can just chill and relax while shopping in Selfridges. Excellent location.

El lugar, el ambiente y la decoración son fabulosos. Muchas de las comidas que salió parecía fabuloso, así como el té de la tarde. Sin embargo, gran parte del contenido se cayó corto en sabor. Tendrás tres sándwiches de dedo, otros dos bocados sabrosos, dos pequeños pasteles y una tamaño de mostachones bollo. Los bocadillos eran bastante sosa, sólo salvado por la coronación de pollo como puede probar algo. El servicio era excelente. Tuvimos el té de la tarde con dos copas de champán de la casa y fue de £132. Mucho mejor relación calidad-precio en el Savoy si quieres algo especial.

Visitamos con mi hija a tratar después de un día de turismo, hermoso día soleado, con unas vistas maravillosas, disfrutamos de un par de cócteles y champán de rosas, un excelente servicio, si quieres algo de lujo, este es el lugar para ir, bien vale la pena visitarlo

Continuamente nos volveríamos a este lugar 'nuestro lugar favorito" cuando en Londres, el restaurante está bien posicionado dentro de Selfridges en el segundo piso, la comida es excelente y el menú tiene una concisa aunque gran parte de los platos que puedes encontrar en la mayoría de los menús de nivel internacional, complementado con una muy buena selección de bebidas. Simplemente un lugar perfecto para comer, beber y socializar o relajarse, el servicio es de primera clase y la comida de muy alto nivel.

Estábamos haciendo un recorrido a pie y vimos Selfridges. Después de haber visto el programa de televisión, así que tuve que parar. Fuimos a través de la departamento de perfumes y nos dimos cuenta de que estábamos fuera de nuestras ligas aquí. Eso no impidió. Fue la hora del almuerzo, así que nos fuimos para el almuerzo. Precioso lugar. Excelente servicio. Demasiado caro! Pero muy agradable. Un 'uno' ya que son visitantes aquí. Cuando nos íbamos, uno de los señores en la puerta sugiere lo que debía hacer el domingo, el mercado de flores de Columbia. Lo haremos! ! !

Great spot for a quiet lunch in busy Selfridges Service was very good & food excellent. Great to find carafes of decent wine at reasonable prices

Restaurante luminoso y espacioso en el primer piso en Selfridges. Opciones para picar, pero tuvimos una comida de tres platos. Pigeon mama con patatas fritas triple caliente estaba delicioso. La lista de vinos de precio una sorpresa agradable también. Quieres volver a probar el té de la tarde

Very calm, beautiful place where nothing is too much trouble. Service second to none, with attentive yet friendly staff. Food, champagne, the ambience just wonderful! We had ravioli, superfood salad and truffled chips which were soo tasty. Highlight was the dessert.

Las chicas y yo estábamos en la zona para una rápida sesión de compras, cuando de repente nos estremeció con *ejem* sed. En realidad no estoy muy seguro de que decidimos tomar algunas bebidas y luego vimos el champagne bar, era bastante que estábamos caminando por este realmente lujoso pero acogedor, animados bar champagne y fueron arrastrados por las buenas vibraciones y decidimos llamar un día y parar allí para cócteles deliciosos cócteles: D! Aspecto y sabor realmente increíble. Al final, no solo cócteles, también era ensalada de langosta (oh, tan fresco y delicioso! - sí) y dos de dos postres. Por último, pero no menos importante, el servicio era impecable. Ramona, el gerente, era sólo la guinda, ella era tan amable y dulce y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos y sonrisas en la cara. Gracias! Sin duda volveremos! :)

Had the Cranberry cocktail and was absolutely delicious with duck liver parfait which was splendid followed by the stone bass, amazing flavours combined with buzzy atmosphere.

Had two champagne glasses and a tuna dish after a little shopping trip....very nice staff, good food and relaxed atmosphere and elegant surroundings.

Yo estaba allí con mis amigas después de un pequeño tour de compras. Nos encantó nuestra experiencia allí. Empezamos con cócteles (increíble señora bar) y continuamos con más cócteles ya nos enamoramos del sabor, la calidad y la presentación. El paté era deliciosa y la comida era realmente buena y yummi. El servicio era atento y cálido, y el gerente tomó especial cuidado de Ramona, que poca atención extra que te hace sentir especial y cómoda. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

We visted here yesterday for champagne ,we had two glasses of champagne and some olives .The staff were very friendly .The decor is very nice it's quite pricey but worthwhile for a treat.

Vi bestillte andebryst og Chiabatta med and. Vi var begge veldig positivt overrasket til å være på et kjøpesenter (Selfridge). Maten var kjempegod og servicen var også bra. Pommes frittene som ble servert med chiabattaen var faktisk noen av de beste jeg har smakt! God prosecco og god hveteøl til maten :)

Food and service are excellent as always. Lobster salad was lovely. Thoroughly recommend a visit for anyone in London.

Hemos estado aquí muchas veces y el servicio y la comida siempre ha sido buena. En nuestra última visita pedí champagne vintage y mostró la camarera en la lista de vinos que uno quería. Cuando se ofreció a gusto cuando la botella se abrió rechacé como suelo hacer diciendo que estoy seguro de que lo hará bien ya que no soy experto en vinos. No me di cuenta cuando fue derramado que era una botella de rosado, cuando yo había pedido el blanco en el momento me pareció que el color era debido a la época. Cuando el error se imprimió todo el crédito para el director, ella ofreció un descuento, pero no beber, así que rechazamos. Rose Entonces dijeron que no tienen una botella de la binate pedimos, así que elegí otro a un precio superior. Entonces preguntó si nos gustaría La Rose (también) gratis. Otra vez rechacé diciendo que no bebe Rose en todos, aunque la oferta era de agradecer.

Very nice breakfast, I recommend margarita without salt. Very nice toast with salmon.... mmmm delicious ... avocado also...they don't have olive oil on the table also in the restaurant... I wonder with what they cook this food? Pork fat? Butter?

Tuvimos un almuerzo tarde aquí el sábado un grupo de 6, el servicio de principio a fin era perfecto. La comida y la variedad nos sentimos cada plato era genial y estaba delicioso. El ambiente y el entorno es precioso, recomiendo el rape puerros estofado y la trufa, aceite patatas fritas muy muy rico!

I love meeting friends here and indulging in champagne and smoke salmon, sometimes with caviar. Unfortunately it can be frightfully busy and there is limited seating, so sometimes a 20min wait is necessary.

Stopped and had a couple of glasses of fizzy and some oysters . Very good quality food and service . Well worth a visit or a break during shopping

Mi esposa y regresar a este restaurante, y la comida y el servicio es incluso mejor de lo que recuerdo de hace seis meses. Está escondido en el segundo piso de Selfridges en la esquina; sin embargo, se puede llenar la pena esperar 10 minutos por una mesa. Un excelente restaurante y bar, incluso en el pico de actividad el personal es muy atento y muy servicial. Before shopping for my engagement ring we popped in here for some drinks and bread and butter! The bread was warm and fresh and the butter was tasty. The drinks list is comprehensive and the beers we had were good.

Fuimos al restaurante mientras visita Londres y fue una de nuestras mejores experiencias. Bonita decoración con ambiente animado, un restaurante escondido en una esquina altamente caro de Selfridges. Personal agradable, dispuesto a ayudar con los platos y bebidas elegir recomendar, francamente no sé qué expertos como primera impresión. Leyendo a través del menú, y optamos por Raviolis de cordero, tanto preciosa. Cócteles, deliciosa #nuestro favorito Mojito y martinis. Sin duda vale la pena una visita. Gracias por hacer de nuestro viaje algo especial!

Creo que sólo mi madre y yo descubrimos nuestra nueva esquina" del cielo. Almorzamos aquí hace unos días y estuvimos muy impresionados con la comida y el ambiente. Tuve foie gras y luego un bistec y ella tenía una sopa de hongos y rape. El lugar es un poco extravagante, pero no exagerado, y las señoritas que nos servía era amable y servicial. Sin duda, tenemos que volver, ya que no he probado los postres!

Whilst visiting London at the weekend we decided to have lunch in Selfridges. Can. It fault it. Food was outstanding. Service was brilliant. Had a thoroughly great time. Highly recommend it. It's not the cheapest but worth it.

I stumbled upon the Corner Restaurant while shopping in Selfridges. It was an adorable restaurant which was perfect for a light lunch. And the array of champagnes they offered was a real treat. I'd go back to eat there even if I wasn't shopping at Selfridges!

A little restaurant on the 2nd Floor, where you can have delicious food, served by very hospitable staff and of course……Champagne. It is advisable to shop first, as I had lunch first, had Champagne and then bought 3 pairs of shoes that I didn't actually need! This little hide-a-away is a great place to meet friends and put-the-world-to-rights, which most people in the restaurant were doing, whilst we were there. Give the place a whirl….it's a great little place.

Tucked away in the corner of the second floor in Selfridges is the The Corner Restaurant and Champagne Bar. You would expect this to be an ideal place to go for lunch after a bust morning’s shopping and so it would be if it stuck to being a bar and a restaurant. We arrived but had to wait as many couples were taking up tables having nothing more than a coffee or cup of tea. This would not have been a problem if they did not take over an hour to drink their coffee/tea whilst spending time on their mobile phones or iPads. Once we got our table, the service was rather slow but the food, whilst not offering a wide choice, was very good. We both had the gazpacho, followed by Dorset crab cakes with triple fried chips with truffle oil. We wine list is reasonable and it is good to see a restaurant offering English wines.
