I popped in after hearing they had a new menu and what can I say I was not disappointed. Lovely greeting by the manager Tracy. I decided on the Beef and Ale pie with mash. I sat down and had a chat with some of the regulars, a very pleasant family. I loved the decor, very fitting for its location. My food arrived and it looked absolutely gorgeous. The pie itself was so tasty. Plenty of beef inside and very succulent. Norman the pub dog was waiting patiently for his offerings, but it was simply too good to share. Would 100% recommend the pie and on the plus side if you come in on a Monday night, you get a pie and a pint for £10 after 5pm. I know when I'll be coming back.

Came in for a quick pint after a walk and was not disappointed. Pleasant front bar and an even nicer back bar where I enjoyed the footy with some regulars who were welcoming and a suggested the burger which was tasty. Will come again.

The staff was so lovely and kind. The warmness that came from the young woman behind the counter immediately put me at ease! I got a croissant and an iced americano and both were truly perfect. Seatin

I have visited this delightful little café several times a week for about 2 years now. The baristas are friendly and welcoming- everyone is greeted warmly and asks how they are- and regular customers
