We were looking for a cafe for lunch prior to a visit to the Imperial War Museum. Found the Corner Cafe on Google and it looked just what we needed. We were not disappointed - service was fast and friendly, food arrived quickly and was excellent. Large portions, perfectly cooked and very tasty. Would highly recommend.

Great find on "whistle stop" visit to the Capital. Extremely popular and can understand why after this visit. Didn't mind the wait for breakfast (light omelette breakfast) which arrived hot and tasty. Coffee could have been hotter but overall experience was great.

Of 4 days in London, I had breakfast here 3 days. The attention and food is incredible. You can taste the classic English breakfast and other standard dishes with excellent quality and flavor. And above all the prices are very good and friendly. If you are looking for a typical place where local people frequent to have breakfast and eat well, this is your place. Fully satisfied.

Sue and the kitchen staff are always lovely and friendly. Great traditional english breakfast however there is a worker by the name of Hannah who is miserable looking and very accommodating.

Local bar - cafe. We came here for breakfast and ordered typical English sets: 1. Veg3 set - vege sausages, Hash Brown (local "potato pancake"), baked tomatoes, mushrooms and beans. 2. Set3 - fried egg, bacon, sausage, beans and toast. Each set included coffee or tea. Huge portions. The food is tasty. We recommend! :)

The last few times I've been here aint been great first time I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich with salad cream to take away only to find that when I opened it there was no ham. Today I thought I'd give them another chance and order the same only to get back to work and there's no salad cream even tho both times the person I ordered it with clearly said the correct order and put the items on the side for him to make incorrectly. I will be checking all my take away orders from now on

Visiting from USA. Walked past this spot yesterday and it seemed like an established local resteraunt from the appearance location and it's customers eating outside. Made a note to have a taste. Portions where excellent service was prompt and the two electricians sitting next to me made me smile ( I'm a master electrician from the states) I ordered the Spanish omelette with bacon added in and hash browns. Everything tastes great and out of the three hash brown triangle things I've had so far each day these were the Perfect version. The crunch taste and composition stands out. I'm sure not everyday will be like that but if you order them hopefully they hit that fried crispy goodness. I was looking for an eatery that catered to locals versus tourism and was not disappointed in the slightest.

Small looking dinner type place. People were lined up to place their order at the counter before sitting down. We sat down first, and a person took our order at the table. He then left carbon copies of our orders on the table. My husband had the Olympic Breakfast, which had a lot of beans, mushrooms, eggs, tomatoes, and sausage. I ordered a pancake breakfast that had three cakes with syrup on top, scrambled eggs, ham, and sausage. My child had a cheeseburger and fries. I would love to give this place more stars, but the food was bland to me. I asked for more syrup for my basic pancakes to give it more taste, but it didn't help. I at least had ketchup to add to my eggs. I thought it was just me, but my husband said he needed to add hot sauce to his meal. Even the orange juice didn't taste like oranges. The server was hard working and nice. Locals seem to love this place.

The food was not tasty and the waitress was not polite. We asked her about what is the black pudding and she avoided our question telling us in an angry way that it is something traditional that they have. At the end an other guy that worked there explain us that is something from blood…. Also in fact it was one small egg, with something like bacon( that it was not), this blood think (the black one) and some tomato and bread. We paid a lot for an “English breakfast” that was very bad and the atmosphere was also bad due to the rude waitress.

It's a bit crowded and cramped, but you won't care after the taste of the menus. There are wonderful breakfast and sandwich varieties to suit the Turkish palate, and most of the employees are Turkish.
