Promenade Coffee - Great for a warm up on a blustery day. Bank Holiday Monday - Great Yarmouth - Blustery day and the beach was "EMPTY". With a north east wind blowing if felt like -2 degrees Coffee and Tea from the Coffee House was reasonably costed.

The young ladies couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. My son had a crepe and it was amazing. My husband asked for a cake warming with cream and they happily obliged. Delicious desserts. Great service.

Service is disgraceful 2 fairly young girls working, attitude like a rotten tomato, very rude especially the one with the blonde highlights and flip filler. We seen the eye rolls after each rude remark and the girl with the black hair had nothing to say other than a daze into the distance neither with a customer service attitude. It was not busy, there was no cue, if you can’t be bothered serving people as it means coming off your phone then don’t work at a beachfront location where there will be plenty people to serve in the summer. I recommend to avoid at all costs, better quality service elsewhere that won’t dampen your holiday.

It was alright. We ordered 3 crepes and 3 cold drinks. The service was quick, the drinks were not really cold, but the crepes hot and tasted alright. I thought the price was a bit steep, however it is a beach location. It had outside seating.

It's okay for a cup of tea of coffee. People I was with remarked it was expensive (£2 for tea) but those don't seem too bad for beach prices. I had a pancake from here but it was disappointing, felt like I was eating a piece of cardboard. Had to wait quite a while for it too. Has outdoor seating which is a bonus.

A lovely place with a nautical theme, the decoration inside suits The White Swan perfectly. We visited on fish and chips night, so that was tye only item on the menu. It was superb however, with 4 types of fish available and a range of extras. Great service, prices and a nice atmosphere.

1 star is generous. I was given old dehydrated chips that looked and tasted chewy. They must have been at least a day old. Pizzas are too salty also. I darent try anything else. Appalling food. Worst I have ever had from a takeaway
