The Coffee House in Reigate and Banstead

Not really comfortable for my friends and I. Sorry to say this but they are not friendly at all especially with the black people. My experience was nothing to write home about I pray they improve and stop racism Iya unhealthy and not business wise

The service was very very poor, Cake was spoilt Staff was very rude ,the slim old tall looking man . Not friendly very unprofessional. He toilet smelling . Staff not smiling Zero service in general.

What I expected wasn't what I saw. They are pure racist. They don't treat blacks like whites. There service is not welcoming

This cafe did not resemble the picture when I went a few days ago so I'm not sure if it's changed The coffee was very nice but the it was so unwelcoming. The staff made no attempt to engage with us and complete;y ignored us. We sat at our table for several minutes before another customer told us we had to go to the counter to order.

Ordered a hot chocolate and a caramel frappacino with no coffee to take away. Seem to have no clue what a frappocino is as ended up with a hot coffee. Took it back and asked for a frappacino with caramel in no coffee and ended up with a vanilla milkshake. Couldn't change it as had to get a train. Staff clearly need training

Mediocre at best . Very small and crowded, had people in line literally with their bottoms on our table. Very loud and got the wrong order twice. Asked for a cake and it was stale. Sorry, I don’t usually even write reviews, but this stuck out like a sore thumb. And the cutlery had stains on it.

Cozy and friendly cafe,which serves excellent coffee: happy to recommend, and next time I will try their breakfasts based on the quality reviews posted here and on Google.

Wow! incredible food and very friendly staff…the coffee house is a village cafe perfect for breakfast with friends or a sweet snack! Would definitely recommend this quaint place for everyone!

We popped in here after a nearby appointment. It was excellent in all respects. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was delicious - a tuna melt panini and a baked potato with bacon & sweetcorn filling with a lovely salad. It was a saturday morning and two of the staff were giving the place a deep clean which is great to see. And the price was right. I'll be there again whenever I am nearby.

My now husband and I have visited the Coffee House since its early days and have been always so impressed with the food and the service. Whether you're popping in for an early breakfast, having lunch with friends/family or just getting a coffee, their service is always warm, friendly and kind. They have generous portions with good selections and cater for the kiddies as well and is themed very well for the area. I love sitting in there and feeling comfortable and never rushed even at its busiest times, especially with their huge jacket potatoes which are delish! A great addition to the area which I hope becomes a true staple of Tadworth and the local community.

I love this little gem close to home. The food is fresh and homemade and the staff are very friendly. Always have a butterscotch tart, my favourite but have tried a lot of different things and they have all been delicious

I have been coming here on an almost weekly basis for about a year! The staff are super friendly, the food is tasty, the coffee is good, there is a ridiculous array of treats on the offer. I usually just have a black coffee and a Panini on my lunch between sessions at work. There are a couple of tables outside, lovely to sit in the sunshine and watch the world go by. Plenty cool enough inside, even on a warm May afternoon. Pop in and say hi.

Wonderful food with an amazing choice of loveliness! The most friendly and lovely staff. Have been a few times now, both to eat in and take away and it has always been a great experience. Food and drink is just fabulous every time.

Been a regular visitor since open . Reason I keep going back is the staff are extremely friendly and the cakes 🍰 are out of this world ! Best Victoria sponge I have ever had hands down and very reasonably priced for location and quality of food and drink. Very family friendly oriented feel when eating in the shop , tables cleared extremely fast and very comfortable seating area at rear of shop. Throughout lockdown the staff remained professional and adhered to all government guide lines and this still didn’t affect the speed or quality of service I received so I would highly recommend and can’t wait to try out the waffle and ice cream next year !

Excellent friendly staff who provide great service. Coffee is much better than you get in the large chains and the butterscotch tart is off the scale! Great selection of cakes and snacks. Definitely worth a visit if you have not been before.

Their coffee is so good! Always service with a smile. Lovely sandwiches and treats. Great for a quick take away or eat in for a sandwich and cake.

This coffee shop looks tiny from the outside but is quite deceptive, we arrived just as they were closing but this was not a problem we ordered food and coffees to take away, the toasted sandwiches were delicious and full of filling and the coffees were lovely. The staff here are friendly and helpful and the pina colada cup cakes were delicious, it has a couple of tables outside also. I will definitely visit here again. Beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean.

We called in for lunch as we'd heard about this place from family. Very friendly staff and good service too. We all had toasties and tea/coffee. Very nice, could do with some garnish on the salad. Will be back!

Absolutely stunning little cafe! Went in to see the transformation as it was a family members hairdressers before - but now will be regulars. The food & drink is such an amazing quality and the staff are so friendly and polite. This is the perfect...
