Great pub, lovely staff and a great atmosphere. Not too pricey.

Great pub and the best in Reigate. And a good, changing selection of ales. New ownership, but Kevin is still looking after the place.

So the jury's out! Still no food or TV - and the two owners are ex-barpersons at The Bell. Excellent small beer garden, which hopefully will be busy during the summer months.

Lovely little boozer playing some excellent music and with that wonderfully weird collection of nick-nacks on the wall. More of a long thin pub on the smallish side, but this just seems to make it a friendlier place as everyone was nice, There is a beer garden out the back which has some covered areas as well. The Guinness was excellent as was the Timothy Taylor's Landlord.

Don't be put off by the Greene King sign. There was a good selection of ales, and the Timothy Taylor's Landlord was great. I didn't have any food, so can't comment on it.

I've been using The Bell for many years, as after a walk, it's a handy spot to enjoy some excellent beers before the train. The Bell is a very cosy pub, really friendly, with a smashing back yard and they play good music. Above all though, the beer selection is fantastic, ever changing and with local beers always available! The only turn-off for me is that they've recently started closing early on Sundays, with everything over by eight o'clock. At this time of year, Pilgrim brewery is often finished by then on a Sunday, so beyond that time now, one's really hard pushed to find any beer worth drinking in the town. I can understand that on a really quiet night, paying a staff member wipes out much of the profit. In somewhere with a live in licensee though, would it really be the worst thing in the world for the landlord to be bored in their own pub for a few hours, if only as a gesture of good will to loyal customers, that enjoyed the option of a Sunday evening?!

Love the Bell, great cozy atmosphere and well kept beers; downside... it's narrow and fills quickly.

The pub is nicely laid out with a long bar and plenty of seating. Also outside court yard for when the weather is nice. Great selection of beers including local breweries like By The Horns Brewery in particular. Highly recommended

Met at the door 15 minutes after opening time by a loud mouthed troglodyte who told us that the door is locked for a reason and to go away (in not such a civilised way) before slamming the door in our faces. Translation: I'm hung over and haven't finished setting up yet. Disgusting and totally unnecessary. I will be warning everyone I know away.

terribly expensive I ordered a pint and a large wine which was £15.10. I ordered the same drinks in the Market Pub and it was £11.60. The Bell is Extortionate

Great beer choice. Harry Sparrow cider my favourite. Lovely garden with state of the art sun/rain shade. BUT they never seem to open on time. Website says midday but I visited on four consecutive days last week at midday and they were shut !

It had been many years since I'd been to The Bell and it's fair to say it has aged a lot better than I have. Great selection of beers and a nice atmosphere (very different from my time spent here in the early 90's). Nice set up out back, we will definitely pop in again next time we are in Reigate.

Went in with daughter and 2 grandchildren. Their burger meals were fine. I opted for fish and chips. Fish looked like it had been cooked then after a while put back into the oil and heated up. It tasted dry and horrible.

What amazing night!! Wish they did cocktails. Music/live bands was very good.

Packs a punch for a smaller pub. Great atmosphere with great tunes in the background. Great choice of beers. But what has been done with the back garden, is incredible. Completely transformed with an amazing awning which can cover the whole space, with lights and heat and with plenty of seating including comfortable corners. Hidden gem in Reigate.

I’m something of a regular here even though I’ve not been in the area long - I visit often and am always welcomed with a big smile and my order is usually already started before I’ve said a word! The environment is safe and cozy with a lovely open fire and warm interior. Absolutely my favourite pub in Reigate! 😄

Will and Reese were absolutely star hosts, they were friendly and welcoming - and went over and beyond by recommending new drinks and listening patiently with interest to what we had to say. They exhibited unconditional positive regard to their customers and I will definitely be paying The Bell a more frequent visit! Highly recommend for top quality customer service, good warm friendly atmosphere and generous glasses to hold tasty innovative and classic drinks.

The pub is great the service is amazing. The pub owners youngest daughter is amazing. She is so funny. And kind and makes the pub popular. I will defo visit again.

This is one of my favourite pubs in Reigate. The service is excellent the staff are very friendly and the choice of drinks are ace. I was there this Friday the place was full in line with the covid guidelines of course which again was well organised and well controlled. Thanks again see you soon

The bell is definitely my favourite pub in Reigate. Over the years I’ve been in so many times (including Christmas Eve which is always fun). Food is always 10/10 (Bell burgers used to have a kind of cult status among my friends haha) and service is always great. Also really enjoy the little beer garden out back which looks great since they’ve re-done it.

Very friendly bar staff with great service. No food on offer currently (apart from excellent selection of crisps and pork scratching) but takeaways welcome. Very accommodating and relaxed. Highly recommend!

Not the biggest bar in town by any means, it's quite long and narrow with a small beer garden at the back. Great beer quality, often serves local brews, try one of the Surrey Hills ones of it's on.

Myself and a friend booked to sit in the garden according to lockdown rules and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Cath the owner is an absolute star and loves chatting to everyone. If you fancy a few drinks in a friendly pub then you won’t go wrong by choosing here!

Cath the new landlady was so warm and welcoming I felt so welcomed and at ease when I arrived with my brother. What a lovely couple to have taken over The Bell. It makes all the difference, what a little gem... we sat outside in the warm with our pints in a lovely atmosphere......a new found favourite place! Cosy little pub. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Measures in place for social distancing dispite how small the pub is. The beer garden is nice and relaxing and has heaters so it's even nice to sit outside in the cooler months.

Lovely traditional pub with an open fireplace that add to its warm welcoming environment, highly recommended.

Popped in for a quick pint. Barman was very good at recommending the drinks they have which was very helpful, had a delicious IPA.Was quiet but got a good vibe from the place, feels like a locals pub as it’s narrow and everyone kind of feels like they’re sitting almost together….maybe the low roof has something to do with it or the fact that it’s quiet dark. I enjoyed it!9/10

After mountain biking this is where we all end up to try and drink the special dry! At £2.50 a pint it's a steal although can be a bit of a gamble on the selection

Ages since I've been proper pub great atmosphere and packed loved it

I have been here a few times now, mainly with work, but I have never been disappointed with the food they have served. They are very attentive

The first visit a year ago, ordered drinks and then told it's cash only by a very rude barman. Last night the same barman was so rude when ordering a round. A nice pub with a nice crowd but won't go back again.

Disappointment met my wife here 25 years ago good pub with a dart board now a hipsters paradise visited 25 years later ( today ) had one drink and left
