La primera vez y volverá a serlo. Increíble café. Tenía un capuchino que era tan bueno que tuve un corte también. Gran servicio. Buena relación calidad-precio. Ve a la cafetería ahora cuando estés en la oficina de Birmingham.

Increíble café y un servicio increíble, lado del agua fue apreciado. Probé el asado invitado colombiano, Brad y Matthew nos sirvió y nos hizo sentir muy bienvenido!

¡Qué lugar tan bonito, pequeño pero lindo! Limpio y elegante aprovechando al máximo el espacio compacto! Más importante aún, ¡un café absolutamente delicioso! Presentado en elegantes tazas con chispas de chocolate con sabor único. Lo que es aún más importante, la calidad del servicio era impresionante. Joven barista (Becca) explicó los diferentes cafés que se ofrecen, se aseguró de que mi mesa y taburete fuera estaban secos y limpios. Sirvió café y agua en una bandeja limpia. Pregunté un par de veces si necesitaba algo y si el café era bueno. Parecía estar muy orgullosa de su atención al cliente. También muy ordenado y elegante en apariencia! Estas pequeñas cosas importan. El personal de calidad y bien capacitado con buena etiqueta refleja una buena gestión y un espíritu de valoración de los clientes. ¡Deffo va a volver a visitar! Por último, también tenía un poco de interacción con el gerente que era exactamente el mismo, amable y cortés

¡Qué hallazgo! Absolutamente increíble café y los chicos que lo dirigen lo hacen aún mejor por sus recomendaciones apasionadas y amabilidad. Y que es enorme para Birmingham, donde el servicio al cliente no es tan grande esp en lugares como Starbucks, Costa... No puedo esperar a ir de nuevo mañana.

Terrible service and terrible coffee! They refused to even make a small change to my coffee order as it tasted horrible and expected me to pay extra if I wanted it to be changed.

My wife and I were in Birmingham for a couple of days at a conference and we always like to get a good cup of coffee wherever we go. This coffee shop got good reviews, and although they don't always turn out to be really accurate, in this case they were. The coffee is probably the best I have tasted and my wife thought the same. The two guys behind the counter very very knowledgeable and friendly including giving advice on the best coffee shop in Oxford, which we were going to visit. If ever in Birmingham again I will make a point of getting here for a great cup of coffee. Well done guys!

Barista was very informative and friendly. The place is really small, however, the atmosphere is perfect. Best coffee is a while!
