Southern indian good. Fabulous. Unusual with such wonderful spices and ask for explanation of the herbs and history. The good can be altered but not chilli hot unless requested. A must !! Please please try the dosa! Staff incredible ! Soorya Went extra Mile ThankYOU

The staff were incredibly friendly. We went on the day there was a harvest festival, so they only had one special meal. The staff explained what each item was and how to eat it. The food was amazing. Never had anything like it before. In aw with the kindness we received.

Authentic food served by the most lovely people. The flavours were gorgeously balanced and the portions more than generous. Seriously recommend this for those South Indian delicious dishes. Thank you for making the evening so enjoyable.

Still a healthy option to usual Indian cuisine,very little oil and fat detected in bowels and sensible portions sizes which are reflected in the price. I have been visiting since 2004 and pleased it has weathered covid and other events which have put other businesses over the edge. Terrific.

Had a delicious meal here years ago, and tried it again tonight. It is still delicious food, and the staff are extremely friendly. We aren’t going to wait so long this time to return.

Two recent visits, both with excellent food. Good service, great value. The meat thali was ample and tasty; where else can you get an Indian fish curry? And we had enough for a doggy bag. Do yourself a favour - eat there!

While the food was served piping hot it could have tasted better. Had the vegi thali which starts out with soup n papadum and then they bring in the thali with lots of sides to choose from. Only the mushroom, cabbage and green beens curry were tasty. Really need to up their taste n use the right spices for Sambhar n other curries. Have had better thali’s in London.

Wow! First class service and the best Indian food we’ve ever eaten, despite travelling through India last year for six weeks. I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly. If you’re anywhere nearby, you won’t regret a visit 🙏

Excellent service, moderate prices. We were only looking for a small meal so the Masala Dosas were good - one of each variety, vegetarian. Fairly busy so better to book ahead if you can. We will go back when properly hungry - the food smelled great!

Best authentic Indian food I’ve had! Food is fresh, tasty and fragrant. The staff are lovely and always do what they can to make the meal enjoyable.

Fantastic food, very friendly and welcoming staff, accommodated requests on dishes easily and with no fuss. A very nice house white wine, and very reasonable prices for the whole meal. We were a group of 8 and it all ran very smoothly. We would all happily return!

I've been coming here for many years, even though it's a good 20-minute and there are many restaurants closer. I come for the masala dosa, but everything else is just as delicious. On this trip we shared the dosa, the tilapia in banana leaf, the aubergine veg dish, lemon rice, a paratha, a beer (large) and a lassi. Everything was delicious, the service was excellent, the portions were generous (and they packaged up the leftovers very nicely too). Well definitely be back. The bill came to £45, plus service.
