Great cozy bar, nice close to where we live

Great atmosphere and the decor around the Coburg is cosy and interesting, I’ve been a good amount of times and any who comes in are friendly and talkative which is nice for a Pub, drinks are a fair price and there’s outdoor seating, staff are nice and can be talkative too, good for a match day to sit and watch with someone.

My grandfather and his parents lived nearby and must have drank regularly in here. A very poignant occasion being here.

Had a funeral here just want to thank all the bar staff and the catering staff for a great afternoon after sending our Brother Tony on his final journey it was a great atmosphere and every one complemented how much they enjoyed the food it was amazing couldn't give it less than 5⭐ thank you from all the family and friends who attended

Great bar ,dog friendly both inside and in the beer garden They have football on all the time and a nice choice of ale.

Discovered by accident. We had rented a b&b next door. Was a perfect little place to enjoy a quiet beer or gin. Had a few chats with the owner as well.. great place. Hello from your Canadian friends.

Came across this pub by chance walking back from the city centre to our hotel. Had a few drinks on the Saturday night with the other half and we both really enjoyed it, that much so we went back on the Sunday night. It's what we both call a locals pub, friendly staff and the beer was good to and the locals having plenty of banter will definitely be going back next time we're up.

Excellent locals pub. Clean and well kept. The only decent place for a drink in the immediately surrounding area. We were highly relieved to find it.

Pleasant staff . It has 2 sides . Bar and lounge. Plenty of tvs to watch sport etc etc . Outside seating along the pavements.

I love this pub. Great atmosphere from a small local boozer. Historically, Hitler probably had a pint here, being on the street that he stayed in when he visited.

Reasonable corner pub used by locals only. Usual television on showing fifty varieties of football, and then music blaring out the sound system at the same time. Not my favourite place for a quiet pint.
