The Cloud 9 Bakes in Dartford

It’s been months since my sons cake turned up with air bubbles … no refund offered .. no details given on how to store the cake as this is the reason she said the air bubbles would of occurred…as a single parent I saved for weeks to pay for the cake and for it to not be to the standard expected and for a professional to not state how to store the cake is not acceptable.. my daughter has a very big social media account and I will be posting about this on there to let others know as I’ve waited Since January and still nothing…will also be contacted consumer trading standards

I ordered a cake late at night and it was delivered by 10 the next morning.It was very tasty. Overall amazing service and a delicious cake

We ordered a retro style cake from Deepthi for our daughters 30th birthday and were not disappointed. We were given a large choice of flavours and fillings and chose vanilla Red velvet. The sponge was so light and icing not too sweet. The cake was amazing. Deepthi covered some cherries in chocolate to decorate as I requested, and these too were delicious. I can't recommend The cloud 9 bakes enough and will definitely be using them again, great value for the money. All of our guests commented on how delicious the cake was and there was plenty ro go around.

I hate leaving reviews but this lady’s customer service is awful and she is presents as a pathological liar who likes to play the victim. She was posting lies on her Instagram and failing to add that she messed up our order. We organised to pick up our order on a Friday as our event was on Saturday so we knew we would be too busy. After paying for deposit which is the cost of the cupcake, we arrived on Friday to pick the cakesicles with the outstanding balance to handover to the girl. Upon arrival we noticed that she had 2 on the cakesicles instead of 5. She refused to take ownership of mistake at first and after telling to check out conversation she agreed to change it but instructed us to pick up the day of the event but unfortunately as we were so busy prepping we were unable to. Although she was at fault we still Intended to pick the order however before we got around to it she had already sent rude messages saying pay me my money immediately and saying all sort on her Instagram. Lying that we are refusing to make payment after taking the order. We only picked the cupcakes which has been paid for and the cakesicles was not collected as she messed our order up but failed to say all this. I sent her message back reminding her that we came to pick up our order which she had messed up. She started playing the victim. Very rude, unprofessional little girl. P.s the cupcakes (which were fully paid for) were absolutely disgusting. Prior to our order she was moaning about another customer too and saying all sorts which was a red flag. I would stay clear if I were you

We ordered various products from Cloud 9 Bakers in Dartford and we have been most impressed. The quality of the products as well as presentations are truly outstanding. One of the things we ordered was a Christmas wreath made out of cupcakes; a true work of art indeed and they tasted amazing. I first used Cloud 9 when ordering a cake for my wife’s birthday. The cake was delicious, tasty and moist, and looked fantastic too ! Since then we have had the brownies and blondies and they are delightful too. I have no hesitation in recommending Cloud 9 for all your sweet treat need. The service is personal and friendly too.
