Very nice Sunday roast, food came very quickly and the staff were very friendly, especially the deputy manager who had conversations with us and treated our dog amazing and giving her plenty of fusses.

family of 6 age range from 20’s to 76 . first visit wasn’t impressed . we knew it would be a choice of soup and roast . it’s a strange set up bit like a canteen style with a bar one side . staff are all under 20 very unexperienced. no idea of customer service and one girl had a bad attitude . if you are allergic to any ingredients the one choice of soup of have a medical condition it’s made into a massive issue , you cannot swap the soup for a portion of ice cream which is the offer for dessert if you want to pay extra for dessert . so it was agreed i could have the child’s price of £8:50 for dinner and have no starter . nothing was mentioned about needing a smaller plate or not was i given one . through the whole of my meal the 4 bar staff of youngster were standing to the end of the bar watching our table eat !! and even had the cheek to tell i they were spying on us . i had a small portion on a big plate . when we arrived we were told by the greeter you can go up to the carvery as many times as you wanted . i had 1 small portion and left half of it after . i was made to feel uncomfortable and embarrassed and was giving bad attitude when i enquired about my bill ended up in a disagreed . when i was there with my parents for a well deserved treat on a sunday ! the carvery was average the server thought the pork was gammon . gammon is pink pork is not . would never go back it’s the worst customer service i’ve ever had in my life in a dining place . they caused a mountain out of a mole hole experienced staff is needed the situation could’ve been avoided and the upset. Don’t visit and i don’t recommend

Jenny's is what you look for when you want to have a great cup of coffee, maybe a good breakfast, service with a smile, and relax. The great vibe reminded me of a small town diner. Two thumbs up!
