Always a pleasure whenever I come in, always lovely service, great pricing and plenty of seating for the whole family, would highly recommend to anyone Thank you Hannah and Emily for making it perfect ❤️

We ordered bueno cookie dough and it was the size of a 20p coin and the bueno was just sauce on normally choc cookie dough however the staff were really nice

Broad menu with lots of different flavours, including sweet and savoury. Prices are quite high so it's quite easy to spend north of 30 quid, but nice coffee and service with a smile. Not a lot of seating inside, but more outside in the arcade. Kids always enjoy it (and their lotus lover's bubble waffle and churros are amaaaazing). 😀

What a great find. We loved it. I wanted wanted an alternative to the usual chain ice cream options, so glad we found here! A good vibe, cute decor & was spotless. The menu vast, the sundaes & milkshakes we had were delicious. (The kids sizes were enough for an adult.) Staff were super friendly, attentive and flexible with our requests, despite being busy we easily fund a seat. It was a perfect end of SATs treat, we were glad we discovered Waffles & Cream hiding behind the staircase at Fryen Arcade. We will definitely be back over the Summer months.

We stopped by on a trip back from Bournemouth to home. We just wanted to find a dessert place and we felt so lucky we came across this spot after our visit. The desserts were awesome and the staff were super friendly. Really nice end to a great day. So many choices on the menu you're absolutely guaranteed to find something you love. I had the lotus bubble waffle which was bangin. They do savoury too which we also bought to have at home for tea. Really tasty. Shame they're not local to us as the spot is great.

Our first visit today was excellent. We were in search of lunch and opted for panini, crepe, and ice cream. The food was simply excellent. The establishment is very nice and tidy, with exceptionally friendly service. The shop layout is bright and very clean, which is just fantastic. The outdoor chairs were very comfortable, and it was delightful to sit in the sun and thoroughly enjoy our meal. Overall, it's a 5-star establishment, and we thoroughly recommend it. We will definitely be visiting again.

Took our two grandchildren for pancakes but not impressed with the pancakes undercooked with dough in the middle!! Will not be visiting ever again

We had delicious bubble waffles today, and the staff were happy, on request, to add different combinations to what was on the menu! The food was reasonably priced and the staff friendly! We will be back for another treat at some point! We had an oreo bubble waffle and a peppermint aero bubble waffle.

Great service and food. The menu LOOKS quite expensive, however you soon realise that the prices are justified when you see how generous the portions are... a £4 treat from Costa is a tiny snack, but a £7 treat from here is a full meal. Really awesome choice of toppings and meals. Presentation is perfect, and very Instagram friendly (if that's your thing). The food boxes are cardboard, the straws are thick paper ones (perfect for the thick milkshakes), and the cutlery is compostable. Fab work. 😁

Love this place! My go to for my ice cream fix during my pregnancy and now enjoying popping in whilst on mat leave. Can’t wait to treat my son when he’s bigger! All the team are so lovely and it’s so great it’s local, I am slowly making my way through the menu (toasties, waffles, crepes, ice cream, hot choc and tea so far) have all been delicious. I came with my Mum and baby group today and Hannah and her team very kindly reserved us a big 6 seater table and rearranged it all to accommodate all of us and babies and all the buggies! We totally took over with all our gear and they didn’t mind at all and were lovely as usual and all the food and drinks were delicious! Everyone had a lovely afternoon - thanks Hannah and team! <3

What a place! I honestly cannot get enough of this place. The food is always top tier. The service is even better, warm welcome from smiling faces always makes a difference. Today (Sun, 22nd October) my husband and I decided to have a coffee and lunch out, as the sun was shining ☀️ and so we paid a visit here. Neither of us had ever been before. The very first thing that we saw as we walked in was a very warm and welcoming smile from young Sophie. I can’t impress enough how welcoming that is; she looked genuinely happy and as though she was delighted to see us! I had to comment to her, by thanking her for her welcoming (I’m sure natural) demeanour ….. it really does make all the difference ❤️ Note : my cheese and red onion relish crepe was divine and my husband loved his ice cream … which he insisted was what he desired for his lunch 😂 We’ll be returning x

We LOVE Waffles and Cream. We live around the corner and go every couple of weeks with our two girls. When family come to visit we also take them as a treat, including great Nanny! Much prefer to support a small business and buy our sweets from there too. The ladies are lovely and friendly and the decor is cute. Best part of Fryern Arcade :-)

Lovely lovely staff! Very helpful and very friendly. We took our son and his friends there for birthday treat and not disappointed at all. Super fast service, cafe very nice and clean and ice-cream, cake, waffles and drinks were fantastic! The Bubble waffle stayed crunchy for long time and all the waffles and crepes are lovely flavours and not stodgy. Well recommended. A++++

An absolute hit with kids. The staff were wonderfully friendly, provided excellent suggestiins and we all left with our taste buds satisfied! (plus well aware of allergies!)

I ordered THREE cans of Fanta and I got just ONE measly can! Come on!

I went to waffles and cream yesterday with my dad when we got there we ordered milk shake’s I had a toffee one and my dad had a Malteser one. They where delivered to where we were sitting which was great. I took a sip of my toffee milkshake and it tasted amazing my dad enjoyed his malteser milk shake. The price for them is expensive but it’s worth it though. If you have no idea on what to do in chandlers ford I would recommend going on a walk or a drive to waffles and cream as you will enjoy what they have as they do lots of different things Besides milkshakes and the prices are expensive but it’s worth going to. I would recommend going to waffles and cream when you come to Chandlers Ford to stay or visit. I would definitely come back to waffles and cream to drink or something to eat.

The service was great. We would thoroughly recommend the Waffles and cream creation which had sprinkled oreos over the top which contrasted with the smooth, creamy and delicious ice cream. We sat outside and enjoyed it with a glass of ice cold water which was refreshing on a nice sunny day!

When I walked into this place I got an awful stare from a employee with brown hair, I understand that people have bad days but the service she gave me was honestly appalling. The food was very nice but it would of been nice to seem welcome into this establishment and not like this worker didn't want me be there, and not like the worker couldn't be asked to serve me. Do not recommend sorry.

I blooming love Waffles & Cream. Its a great small family business. The staff are fabulous, really cheerful and helpful. So much choice, everything is freshly made exactly to your own preferences and its perfect for a quick coffee stop off or a leisurely lunch. Fabulous local small business, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Good service but not a lot of room to sit, only 3 tables. Food was nice but think the waffles were better than the crepes. The grandchildren loved their ice creams.

Food was OK. I don't personally like food on paper plates or containers and not really sure that's best for the environment? Staff were indifferent and there weren't any real shining bright personalities, that would encourage me back anytime soon.

Drove all the way from sholing to get 4 milkshakes I have been here many times in the past but they were horrendous the chocolate was not mixed and had huge chunks in it but the worst of it all was all they tasted of was milk way way to much milk in there it was like drinking a cup of milk and tasted absolutely disgusting

The waffles were amazing but no fizzy sweets in the pic n mix so was very sad, would be good to have a choice on sweets as none were really my favourite 😋

We were slightly disappointed with our order. The milkshakes were melted by the time they got to us and the milk tasted like it had gone off. For the price of the the waffles, I’d of expected some more toppings but we got a very small amount of chocolate sauce included.

They have quite a lot of different desserts here. I opted for the bubble waffle, and it was delicious. The staff are friendly. Only minor issue is that they don't have much indoor seating.

First visit today and certainly won’t be the last! Fantastic menu and the guy who served me was welcoming and kind. As for the ice creams…just heaven! Me and my partner had bubble waffles and my little boy had a strawberry ice cream and it was all delicious! Highly recommend.

Great place to fill yourself up . Great staff, decoration and food and drink was immaculate but very rich and coffee is amazing would definitely go again. Only problem was probably the seating as there was very little but it’s understandable due to where the restaurant is positioned but would be helpful for next time if the restaurant is full.

Menus can be viewed before entering the shop. Staff were friendly.Reeses waffle and crepe were delicious. Great choice of ice creams available. We had the Fanta fruit twist and a rubicon slushie which tasted amazing. Would definitely return

You won’t be disappointed ! Five of us came here to eat brunch and there is something for everyone. You won’t leave here hungry. Great coffee, waffles, crepes, paninis and ice cream ! All freshly made and service with a huge smile. We will be back.

My mum and I come here regularly for a drink on our walk and it is always wonderful. The drinks are really yummy (can highly recommend the nutella and reeces peanut butter milkshakes and the dark melts hot chocolate!). Staff are always super friendly and helpful. Their covid measures are also really good (something I worry about a lot normally but feel very at ease here). All staff members wear a mask and only one customer at a time is allowed in to place and order. Once you order you wait outside and there is ample room. When your order is ready it is brought out to a table for you to collect. Very nice and easy and you can see how clean they are keeping it inside. All in all, highly recommend!

Fresh churros are very good. Good customer service, price bit expensive. But would like to visit again.

Brilliant service! Ordered a sweet box very last minute, Hannah was extremely kind and delivered the same day. Sweet box is full of all kinds of sweets. Was just what I needed. Occasionally buy a milkshake from here or a panini which are also just as good!! Love supporting local businesses - you get much better service & care. Thank you Waffles and Cream!!
