Delicious street food at Marlow High Street farmers market. The tasty butter chicken curry, on top of hot, crispy chips, was great! A delicious and satisfying lunchtime treat. Friendly staff and good hygiene and safety measures.

Well what can i say about Louis and his team, went out of the way to make sure our Staff event went smoothly, we hold an event each year within our company Hilson Moran. The Chips he made us was amazing, the potion size was also good, in fact everyone enjoy the food so much were asking for seconds.Thank you once again to coming to our work of place and laying on some lovely chips

These are the best chips around! It always hard to pick which ones to have as they all look and taste incredible. Shared with a friend and then ended up having 3 between us over the day, as we just HAD to try them all! Cant wait to do it all over again in a couple of weeks!

These chips are amazing! I had the cheesy chips which were awesome - a far cry from the plastic grated cheese you get from the chippy. My OH had the chicken - southern fried chicken with hot sauce and blue cheese dressing (all homemade by The Chipsmyth), I had a bite, then another then another because they were so moreish! Can’t wait to eat them again, so good these guys are now the front runners to cater our wedding!

Out of London for business, with colleagues we went to the Windsor & Eton Brewery for some drinks and Louis was there with his amazing homemade chips. Comforting, tasty and ridiculously good toppings (I recommend the cheesy chips).

I have had the pleasure of experiencing these chips on many occasions. Let me break it down:The chipsThe most important part. Maris pipers chipped in front of you using a very impressive looking levered contraption, blanched in oil to soften the inside, then fried hot to create the best chip I’ve ever had. Fluffy soft on the inside, crispy and brown on the outside, these put your homemade attempts to shame.The toppingsI’ve had a wide variety of different toppings and can categorically say I have loved them all (except maybe when they went French and tried escargot. An acquired taste). Professionalism and attention to detail goes into every plate, from the “safe option” of cheesy chips which come with their home made “pickled pink” onions and cheddar sauce, to freshly fried thin cut ribeye steak with truffle mayo, you would think you are eating food from a really top end restaurant. Insider tip - if you are fortunate enough to visit the town of Kirkcudbright for their arts fair, visit the Chipsmyth stall and ask for the haggis chips. They. Are. Amazing.The ChipsmythYou can tell you are in good hands before you even see the menu board. In the midst of market stalls manned by scrawny hipster types serving foot high burgers they can never hope to eat sit the father and son duo who have clearly been built on the humble chip. Phil, the chef, has been plying his trade for longer than he’d care to admit, honing his skills in kitchens across the land. Although he is a classically trained chef (I’ve been to fine dining dinner parties where he has been the caterer), his passion lies in creating food that is delicious and accessible to everyone. His son and heir, Louis, is the “front of house” pulling in the punters, taking the orders and learning the trade from his old man. Together they make a formidable team.So next time you are in Windsor do yourself a favour and sample 1 (or 2 if you are really hungry - the portions are generous!) portions of these glorious chips. You can thank me later.

We booked The Chipsmyth for our wedding and it was the best decision we ever made. Our guests still talk about it today as one of the biggest highlights of the day. The chips are the best I have ever tasted and complimented with the different toppings. We have revisited them where we can at other markets and cant wait for another tasty visit.

These are the best chips and the best Street food I've had. Really well executed, I try and have them every time they're in town and try a different topping. Please come back, and bring the truffle mayo with you. Be seeing you.

Happened to be in Windsor while the streetfood stalls were out in force. Almost chose another stall, but very glad I opted for the Chipsmyth stall - democratic decision with my vocal teenage kids. We selected all four dishes on offer that day - fresh chips with fresh toppings. My favourites were the Mushroom Stroganoff (vegetarian option) and the slow roasted pulled pork with BBQ sauce and coleslaw - all homemade. Chips were freshly cut and cooked to perfection. I understand from the stall holder that he has even catered for a wedding event!! High Quality streetfood which is well worth trying.

These guys have found the recipe for the perfect taste and texture, simply the best chips you will ever taste. Add to that the toppings are AMAZING my personal fav is the cheeky chips! Always have them when they come to Windsor 120% recommended!

Fantastic chips! Everyone loved them espically the Katsu chips. Fresh products. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Nice and friendly service and top quality chips.

I used to visit these guys in Windsor every chance I got. I’ve moved back to Canada now but still dream about their chips from overseas. They are amazing! 100% recommend.

Whenever I see that that the Chipsmyth are in Windsor I also try to get over to buy some. I’ve had the amazing chili chips, the katsu. All have been amazing!

Absolutely love the chipsmyth they do serve the best chips around love them bring in Windsor town on the 3rd and 5th Saturday in the month great for when I do my shopping, my fav by far is the bbq pulled pork with coleslaw although I also love the chillie Chips, food looks and tastes great would highly recommend them.

Been visiting Chipsmyth since they first started, both in Windsor market and Maidenhead market. Great chips with a varying choice of toppings from vegetarian to lots of meat or just cheese n chips ! All cut and cooked fresh in front of you.

Chips are the best I've had and their toppings are f*cking great. Cannot recommend enough. My whole family loved them

If you love chips like I do, than I guarantee you'll love these guys as they make the most amazing gourmet style chips ever, and its very filling as well!

These guys are superb. We regularly make our way to the Windsor market when we find out that Louis and the chipsmyth team will be there. fabulous flavours adorn perfectly cooked and seasoned freshly chopped chips. A brilliant winter warmer or cheeky snack on a summers day.

The most amazing chips I have ever tasted, made fresh while you wait with a selection of decadent toppings - the chips themselves are cooked to perfection and the toppings are a welcome surprise. These guys turn up for the market (last weekend of the month) on Peascod Street. The food is fresh and super tasty. The guy who runs the business is a great chef full of passion and love for his food. Good portions and fair prices. You can even see the manual 'chipping machine' in action. GREAT STUFF.
