Very dissatisfied, ordered 3 meals, waited 25mins for what was essentially just a burger as the rest was readily available. No apologies offered rven though it seemed the staff were aware. Finally sit to eat, and what a disappointment. Thin fish that was greasy and smelt like beef dripping.. how?! The chips were very dry and not enjoyable. The burger that was waited on was also dry. Considering the price that is charged is above the average you would expect something good but that's not the case. This was in the evening as well and not as busy as I have seen it, so pretty sure that's not the cause.

Friendly & (ultra) fast service at a reasonable price. Family and dog friendly in an ideal setting. Chips were good, fish was great (as in 8 out of 10).

Popped in for a take - out earlier this week. Very disappointing. When I got home we found the chips were actually only just luke warm and looked like they had been in the servery for an hour or two. Definitely not worth the money.

Poor, poor, poor. Chips were a pile of cold greasy mash. peas cold and dry. Didn't have fish as I didn't like the look of it.

Our fish had a lovely light, well seasoned crispy batter which was very pleasant. The chips were ok, a little soggy but very good portion size. The price is fair considering your location and we only waited around 7 minutes from ordering to receiving our food. Probably one of the better places to order food from in Bourton. Would recommend :).

Stopped in the Noel Arms twice while in the area for food. Enjoyed their adorable coffee shop area & had a separate sit down dinner. The coffee shop was adorable & decorated for the fall season. I had a great oat milks latte & vegan cake slice to go. I noticed they had a sit down dining area & we came back for dinner later on. Dinner service: The dining area was busy for dinner service but staff was quick to tend to us. They had a decent selection of British pub fare as well as a selection of their award winning Indian dishes. They also had clearly marked vegan dinners - which is why I came in. I got the vegan sausage & veggie dish. It was alright. The sausage & veggies were on the oily side. (Which caught me sort of off guard but it wasn’t bad!) But in an area that doesn’t have many vegan choices- it was a blessing. I also got their Naan bread with hummus as a side. That was amazing. The Naan was hot, fresh & seasoned so well. The hummus was the winner. So delicious to dip the Naan in. It was a very quiet & relaxing dinner. Staff was great.
