The Chicken Shack in Dover

Order was on time... though not complete. The food itself tasted as though it had been reheated 3 or 4 times and tasted awful and I had to wait 40 minutes for the milkshake which was melted and watery. Safe to say I won't be ordering again. Half a star at best!

absolutely shocking! placed order via just eat. 45 minutes after order was confirmed have a message saying order cancelled tried to ring but call not being answered! appalling quite frankly! restaurant claim they attempted to contact me which is absolute rubbish. shame really as the first order I made was ridiculously late but thought a second go was worth it. clearly not. shocking service

Got the wrong order and when called after 3 minutes of getting it delivered had no response so no way to change anything or get the order corrected. Disappointed.

Popped in on the way past while at the marina. Friendly staff, tasty food. Can't recommend enough. Will definitely be back when at the marina again.

Found this place just opposite dover marina whilst on an overnight stay. Although it was a very late they were still eager to please and set me up with a great burger and a few beers for the night. Excellent stuff!

Absolutely sh*t!! I’ve never left a review in my life but feel compelled to leave one about this company Paid £30 for 3 burgers and a small pizza 8.30 pm arrived 10.30 pm freezing cold poor quality food had better burgers from badly run kebab shops Would not recommend at all wouldn’t give them 1 star absolutely cr*p!!

I ordered based on the good reviews on food quality. I can honestly say it was a waste of money. The food was cold to the point we had to heat it up ourselves. The burgers was cheap quality and seriously disappointing. The cheesy chips was inedible. I will not order from here again. 6/4/19 I had a update from the takeaway based on the review i left on the justeat site. They said i should have told them i wasn't happy with the food and the would try and fix it, because there not psychic. They may not be psychic, but they are meant to be competent cooks, so i would expect them to get it right the first time.

Friendly polite staff and delivery driver,, food turned up before the estimated time, was hot still. Burgers are amazing and chips are also good!! Will definitely order again
