Last came here a year ago and despite the wait the food was excellent. Came back tonight with my daughter. Had the beef brisket and it was dryer than the Sahara desert. Not pleasant at all.

Nice place and pleasant staff, the food was good but it needs a bit more spice, had the vindaloo but probably wasn't even a madras. I like it spicy.

The food was truly delightful, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would gladly return for another visit. It has been almost two years since my last visit, and I am eager to return soon.

A great place. Went there for the first time during the Euro 2024 final and it was a nice atmosphere and no rowdiness. The food was excellent- Had Methi Garlic Chicken which was delicious. A lot of choice on the menu Desi grill items plus some Gurkhali curries and American BBQ. The interior looks new and done well.

great range of food on the menu, loved the chilli prawns on the indo-chinese section! staff were attentive and looked after our big table, thankyou!!!

We had walked past many times and never thought to go in but we did today and am so glad we did. The Place is SPOTLESS!!!! We were welcomed and was shown to a Table when we said we wanted to Eat as well as have a Drink. The Waiter took a Drinks order and they were brought to us quickly. I ordered the Steak and my Partner had the BBQ Pulled Pork. We were both amazed at the presentation of the Meals when they arrived (see Pics) The Meals tasted just as good as they looked maybe even better. Portions were a good size. We will be going back again and soon. A hidden gem in Cradley Heath

Myself and my wife went here for dinner we try to get here a Couple of times a month 25/5/24 and as usual had a fantastic meal . A couple of cocktails 🍸 each followed by a fantastic meal

Food is a case of too much on offer, and none of it is done exceptionally well. Warm not hot when it arrived, big portions, but some lack flavour. However, prices were very good. Service was good too. It's a big space!

AVOID this place!! The service was absolutely shocking! Over a hour for food and other tables getting theres even though we ordered before them! We ordered 3 of the cherrywood platters ,£50 each! Its was absolutely disgusting, not fresh, all frozen meat! The pulled pork tasted like fish! We got a full refund and left. NEVER AGAIN!

I couldn’t imagine worse service starters coming at the same time as mains mains showing up after everyone else is finished rude bar staff and a £50 sharer platter that I could of eaten on my own which most of it was cold or warm and for some reason covered in cress even the dry beans never been to anywhere worse I’ve never even written a review before this place was so dog

If I could put zero stars I would. As soon as we were at the bar we were after what do you want in an annoyed manner. We waited over an hour for our food. When it came it was luke warm and not enough to share, I could have ate it all myself and it was £50. Mains came out the same time as the starter that our party ordered. The food was covered in cress for some reason.

The starter was quite dry and should defo come with some sauce, the wrap i had was alright but again the chicken was dry, the bhuna wasnt to bad tbf and rice is rice, when i collected i was gave the wrong order and noticed when i got back home, then had to dry back and collect my original order, never got a sorry or a free drink for the inconvenience or anything, not sure if id order again, food overall was ok but for the quality and flavour, should be cheaper 100%

Been here a few times now and food is lovely. The service can be a little slow when busy. Cocktails are good too

Strangely, Chicken biriani swimming in gease/oil with 4 small pieces of chicken (could only eat the chicken). Lamb chops/sizzlers were massively over marinated and equated to my salt intake for the week. I like a little fat, salt and sweet but cooking is all about the play between these,Very disappointing. I live very close so delivery time didn't effect the product.

food was amazing, partner loved the lamb balti, had a slight surge of heat half way. Will deffinatly order again

Six of us visited last night for a family birthday We were served promptly and staff were great but the food for all of us was far from perfect One of us asked for a well done sirloin steak which came at best medium rare,which we sent back and was returned re cooked and had clearly been filled in it's end so it appeared fully cooked but wasn't Beautiful place and nice staff,let down by average food

This is a great place to eat lovely and clean great service .But they need to sort the toilets out both toilets have broken seats there was no paper in the cubicles. And the smoking area outside was just cigarette tips all over the floor like it's never been swept up..such a shame . You desperately need to sort this...you have a lovely restaurant but you need to think of your customers a bit more..

Anybody is going there for a meal and especially for a larger group As they went out of their way to To accommodate us I would give them 5 stars out of 5 A big thank you to them for making this special day perfect for us Ant

Not really the best, £16 for a curry and naan bread, never even filled me up.

Not fresh food leftovers from night before… cold and bad for the price no salad or other option’s available

First time ordering from here food was ok had to warm in microwave and wrong items sent but just eat refunded me for that

Looked nice inside, nicely decorated but It calls itself a smokehouse but appeared like it was trying to be a sports bar. Tables were below 2 tvs mounted on the wall and were loud enough to not be able to have a conversation. After our food arrived the mam that served us was friendly enough but didn't offer condiments or salt, never came back to check on us. Overall I wouldn't go back.

Latest review is for Christmas day 2023.. see new photos.. Totally awesome food is all I can say. Starters of Lamb and Salmon were delicious. Main Beef cooked so tender and the Veg were unbelievable A 2hour sitting was perfect.Staff polite and attentive as always. Cost was less than other places we had looked at ..Please please same again next year.. Another visit here its a MUST for meat eaters..Gorgeous sharing platter meat cooked perfectly the Mrs tried mixed noodles looked fantastic and tasted superb. Great food couldn't fault it.. Great choice of drinks to. Nice to see a local business busy again after the last couple of years. A defo revist soon even if just for a pint..or 2.

Normally we have a great time but I have to say last night was terrible. We had a table booked for a birthday for 18 people. We were placed in the pool room where people were playing pool so we kept having ques in the back of us.. the food was nice but half of us have had bad stomach's all night and day. And one of the waiters behind the bar was just rude.

me & my family are regulars here & the food is always amazing, staff are lovely & service can’t be faulted. atmosphere & cocktails are great, way better than the average pub or spoons but prices are great

Food not up to scratch no taste to the curry I had no spice to it at all the wife's salmon was over cooked and burnt skin got charged for 3 extra pints we never had but it was resolved, my son wanted butter chicken with nan bread as a take away ,no taste what so ever it was watery strange colour the nan tasted like it was deep fried couldn't eat it said it was the worst butter chicken he ever had ,would I go again no but might have been an off night make you own mind up

Thought I’d try from the good reviews but there won’t be a second time. The biriyani was nothing like a biriyani. Th Nan bread which I had asked to be cook very very crispy came limp with ghee and as thin as the roti we had ordered. Not impressed. The only thing that was ok was the noodles. I dont know whether it is a new age of culinary cuisine but I prefer old fashioned tasting food. Good luck to you guys. I hope you do well.

Food was lovely but a long wait considering they didn't seem very busy. Decor was nice but sat under a VERY loud TV so was difficult to sit & chat!

Foood was awfull !!! Your paying for the atmosphere, the food was luke warm and expensive for what your getting in return.. Stick to the hen and chickens or railway Inn.

Excellent food with the exception of the vegetables seemed practically uncooked. The meat was perfect though and I prefer my veg well done so not reflected in the rating, everything else was so tasty I ignored it easily. I was surprised that the vindaloo was paler than the "chilly" chips, but it didn't affect the taste. Excellent quality all round.

Everything was spot on. Had mixed grill and the chicken wings and tikka were lovely. Lovely rice and chicken balti as well. Would order again.

I recently installed a balloon display in the private dining room of this restaurant. Whilst I did not try the food the venue was very clean and the staff were very helpful and welcoming.

I booked the function room here for my husband’s surprise birthday party. The staff at the restaurant were always helpful and answered all my questions during the planning phase. As the event got closer they were brill in talking through a menu and storing the cake. Day of the party and they allowed people in to decorate the room and they could not do any more for us in regards to service - they were fantastic. The food was wonderful and people took it home in takeaway tubs, there was so much for 30 people. We will be going back here soon! Thank you to all the staff at Cherrywood Smokehouse :)

This place is amazingly delicious and the food was made fast! The workers are kind and they have nice plants and tables. The table was still very hot after they took the plates off. I love how they use sizzle plates to keep the food hot for longer. The food was still steaming while they served it. Amazing Price and Amazing Value 10/10 Will come again

We went with the intention of having the ribs which are delicious but the smell of the curries changed our mind Methi garlic chicken Rava Ghost Rice Garlic Nann Best curry we’ve had by far in a long time would give 10 stars if we could most definitely be back

Our first visit we had the beef rib and pork ribs and it was amazing. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Had a take away this evening, ordered Butter chicken, chicken vindaloo with nan and chips. It was delivered within 25 minutes, piping hot and full of flavour. My husband and I haven't enjoyed a curry so much in years. Amazing food and amazing service! Will be regular customers from now on!

Recently had my 2nd visit here & again they did not disappoint. I was there as part of a group of 15 family members to celebrate my 60th birthday & the staff did amazingly well getting all our meals out at the same time. Food as usual was delicious & the staff were friendly & helpful. Lovely guy on the door deterring any unsavouries entering the restaurant. Overall I'd like to thank everyone at Cherrywood for making my birthday meal a pleasant & enjoyable one. I will definitely be back for more

Only popped in for a drink then the son was getting hungry, I had some Burnt Ends with BBQ sauce cooked the way they should be and the son had The Texan Beef Burger 🍔 which he said filled him up. Will definitely be going back to try their steaks.

Lovely food each time, always on time

I have been going here for a number of years now and each time they never fail to deliver an excellent service. Food is always delicious and well presented, and they will go above and beyond to ensure everything is as you like.

Chicken tikka naan wrap 10/10 and love the spice on the Marsala chips

Had the smoker platter between us so we could try a bit of everything. My favourite would have to be the brisket. I was disappointed with the house slaw, which was a very tiny portion and sloppy and the overcooked frozen chips. I think homemade chips and coleslaw would be a great improvement. Overall I did enjoy the food and would go again.

My partner took me as a early bday treat meal and I must say I was very impressed, we went for the smokehouse side and I will say this place is 100% better than hickory’s, better service, food and wait time was exceptionally low, my steak was not cooked as I liked but once I let them know I had a fresh steak cooked to perfection in no time at all and they were very apologetic, would highly recommend and we will be taking family member from out of borough there in the near future
