We had a family get-together here upstairs. It was the perfect size room, great service, and lovely buffet. Car park is small but loads of space across the road.

Warm cozy clean venue friendly staff who went above and beyond for my needs Highly recommend this venue Very vibrant venue. Reason replaced food and drink good quality. I would 100% would recommend this venue

Visited today with friends for a Sunday roast. We all had the chicken roast and it was one of the best pub roasts I've ever had. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. Nice to have creamy leeks as part of the meal. I will definitely return!

Tried The Bradlaugh’s Sunday Roast and it was lovely. Large portions, great service, and tasty food. Have also had a few nights out here, great atmosphere and lovely venue.

First experience of having a roast dinner at the Bradlaugh. All 4 adults loved every bite we have never had a roast dinner like this before and we can't wait to come back. Would highly recommend this you won't be disappointed! The service is great too and just a lovely pub all in all.

We booked the Top Bar for a staff leaving party on a Friday night in January. We had such a good night . The Charles Bradlaugh has such a great atmosphere. Trav was so helpful sorting the booking for us, he answered all our questions promptly and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The Top Bar was a perfect venue for us- loads of space, comfy seats, an amazing dance floor and a stage where we put our karaoke machine! Rachel was amazing behind the bar and kept the drinks coming all night. Such a great place to hold a party, I cannot recommend it enough, amazing staff, an amazing venue and an amazing party .

Just had a lovely couple of roast dinners here, one vegetarian and one not, absolutely delicious and piping hot, manager was one of the most charming and handsome men I've ever met, would thoroughly recommend the food and the venue.

Had a great burger & coffee here last Friday, really tasty food & friendly service. Good parking next to the town centre. Highly recommended.

5 stars is never enough for this place. Trav and the team helped us throw an amazing baby shower. The building itself is warm, inviting and the perfect space for hosting friends and family. The food choices are plentiful and there wasn't a single plate with food left on it. Highly recommend their vegan options as I've yet to find anywhere else who makes a better meat free burger. Finally the staff couldn't have done more for us. Just the right level of attention and a positive attitude that really topped off the mood. Thank you all again, we shall be seeing you soon!

We had a work Christmas party at the beginning of December and Poppy was a great help with the decorations, tables and getting everything out on time. The other girls were very helpful as well. The food was delicious, big plates and everyone enjoyed their food. The only negative I would say is the communication prior to the actual party, the manager isn't great at responding to messages or phone calls in a timely manner. So if you want to organise something, make sure to do it with plenty of time. Other than that it went smoothly.

Went to meet a good friend there today was good fun. Atmosphere was great good fun.

We booked a large table flour works christmas. The food was nice, big portions, probably a little too big. The service was very good al the way from planning to service on the night. We had a few glitches with party members being late etc. And we were catered for the best we could be. Thank you for a fun night.

Booked the Charles Bradlaugh for our works Christmas party, the manager Trav was nothing but helpful, the buffet food they provided was delicious, the bar staff were amazing and it's the best Christmas party we have had! Honestly such a lovely atmosphere in the pub too, perfect!

Hired the upstairs bar for a 40th birthday party. Was the perfect venue, Trav, Poppy and the team were brilliant, the band rocked and everyone had a great night. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Sunday toast! The team managed to cater for 11 of us and all the food was served piping hot. Big portions & the best suede and carrot mash in town 😍 We will be back 🙌🏻

recently had a work night here, TCB were very accomading.. went here with bf & daughter for dinner Friday, very impressed with the food, had steak (which I have never truly enjoyed in a pub) was amazing 👏 from presentation to taste.. bf said same about his burger! would 100% recommend this place for social or family food.

The most authentic and posh pub I've seen in England! Outside of it might put you off but inside it's gorgeous.

Had a nice evening upstairs watching a jazz band. The room was well turned out and the atmosphere was great. I went specifially to watch the band and the Paul Clarke 5 were excellent. I enjoyed my dirnks which were served by the pleasant bar staff.

Came today to have a roast dinner and was not disappointed me and my partner had the roast chicken. It was delicious and a nice sized portion and was all freshly made. The price is worth it and at £16 for a roast dinner is a good price, the pub ran out of dinners pretty quickly so I would suggest booking in advance to save being disappointed. Bar staff were so friendly and also the bar has a very relaxed feel to it. All in all me and my partner will be returning to have a dinner there again.

Heard the Bradlaugh were now doing Sunday lunch so thought would give it a try. Had a fabulous Lemon & Herb roast Chicken. Really tasty, good variety of sides and really well cooked and presented. Small menu but really well done. Good price, at £16, as well. Would recommend :-)

Had a Sunday roast yesterday, food was lovely, portions were great, could barely finish it and I'm no Kate Moss. The people that work there are really nice and they also happen to have one of the best regulars comedy nights in the country. Free parking as well which is handy.

We’ve often been to the Charles Bradlaugh for bandeoke or bands and always eaten there , last night we went to the Wednesday jazz night and again ate a delicious meal , I’m vegetarian and the veggie food is always delicious as are the other meals apparently . Great value for money and we were definitely be going to the jazz nights more often 🎶🙌 The staff are always pleasant too . Thank you

A lovely venue. The deco and cleanliness is great. Too much jazz music for my taste, but I was there for a business meeting recently. Visited many years ago for a comedy night that was great.

Love this pub. Great service great food. Just had Sunday lunch which was fabulous! Often live music is on. Bandeoke & quizzes.. this place offers something for everyone. Tv showing The Euro. Nice beer garden too. Bar staff are amazing 👏

We booked the upstairs area for our wedding party and it was the perfect location! Trav sorted the food out and was on hand to answer any questions we had in the organising of the night. Venue location was great as hotels are nearby and also plenty of parking on site. Can’t wait to go back for a Sunday roast. Thanks for a great night TCB!

Due to a last minute change in plan, I had to search for a new venue for my 18th birthday party - Travis was amazing at communicating and got back to me really fast. In the night the staff were amazing and maintained great service throughout. Overall an amazing night here!

A large open-plan Venue near to the centre of Northampton with a good selection of Beers & and an uncomplicated Menu. Always a good service & fair prices. Have visited here many times and recommend The Brad Burger if you’re feeling peckish!

Sunday Lunch at the Brad. I arrived just after one p.m., ready for Sunday Lunch. I had the choice of sirloin steak or chicken. I chose steak. Lunch came with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, carrots, creamed leeks and mashed swede. Delicious, and I was stuffed.

There new Sunday Roast is a must have! 10/10 for the price, quality and amount of food! Would fully recommend!

I have been coming every week for over 2 years. I love the music nights on Wednesdays, some great bands, and live music. We often eat here too, and my partners favourite is the steak and fries, last week, for his birthday, the steak was perfect. I had the lasagne which on a Wednesday is discounted! Great value.

I went to view to book a launch party, was extremely surprised at what they offer, the entire pub is impeccable, with many seating and dining areas, you can have a cosy corner or a more party vibe, sadly I didn't get a chance to taste they menu as I was only there for a viewing, but definitely I am booking this establishment, upscale and economical.

Bandeoke is superb but so are the rest of their events. Always a good place.

Went for a comedy night and it was brilliant.

Had such a fantastic time here. We reserved an area for a hen party that included a private bar and were very well looked after by the fabulous bar staff for the whole night. We had a large food order that was served promptly and was delicious- highly recommend the steak fries! The bar staff organised cocktails, and Prosecco served beautifully in stands on the bar. The atmosphere was lively with great music. Couldn’t fault a thing. A special thanks to Trav for ensuring everything ran seamlessly and being a good sport during the games!

Bar service was slow for a packed comedy night only 2 staff on at beginning of interval so spent all the interval waiting for a drink. Great comedy night though. Great venue. Fabulous atmosphere but music too loud at interval making everyone shout at each other.

Came for a work Xmas lunch. Dealt with Trav in the lead up who was fantastic at organising the event. On the day the atmosphere was brilliant, food was great (massive portions and really tasty!) and the team really looked after us. Special shout out to Jess and Poppy for managing to handle 50 of us with smiles on their faces!!

We had a work Christmas party here and we'd pre-booked and triple checked that we had a private area. On arrival we were just put in the general bar area. Not the end of the world but we were put right next to a really loud speaker and couldn't talk much all night. Not impressed. To make matters worse, the food took ages to arrive and then when it did, my meal was bad. I don't know if they'd used a knife after cleaning without rinsing or drying but my burger tasted of washing up liquid. Couldn't eat it. Shame really as the fries were good. Overall, not a good place for a Christmas work night out!

Came for the music awards on a Sunday evening. First visit and we were impressed, great drinks and the tapas was unreal especially the generous portions…..we thought we would just have some nibbly bits to go with our drinks and totally over ordered haha however there wasn’t even a crumb left by time we were done lol. We didn't eat, so I can't comment on that. We went there after a theatre show, and was surprised at how empty it was. I've not been there for years, but the Bradlaugh was always buzzing, which unfortunately was missing this time. The service was fine, the bar staff were friendly enough, not sure if it got busier later, but we were there about 10ish, so expected there to be more people around. Pitty, used to love going to the Bradlaugh.
