Great location , helpful staff and nice roo

Terrible service. We are a family with three small children. They left us without accommodation 10 hours before arrival, even though we had paid in advance. They relocated us to a different, lower-category address, which I had to pay for again in advance. This disrupted all our travel plans and itineraries. I recommend purchasing travel insurance with compensation for unforeseen events of this type. I do not recommend it at all.

Very bad experience the place is not suitable for accommodation dangerous and unsafe there is no air conditioning in the hotel a small portable air conditioner was placed very hot air the air conditioner is extended by an electric wire and connected to the floor there is no water drainage for the air conditioner and a water tank was placed to drain the water in the tank and when the tank is full the water comes out to the floor and the room is filled with water the management was informed and they said you empty the water after filling it and the electric wire passes over the floor and the water the situation is very dangerous and there are no safety laws also during the stay of seven days the room was cleaned only once the reservation photo that was booked is completely different from reality also it was not explained that the room is underground imagine you book a room and you discover that it is underground the worst experience I have had in all the hotels in the world

AC not working in a basement suite. We asked for a fan - never got one for the first night and it was too hot. Beds are very firm. However, Location is brilliant, the room was clean, and the bathroom was decent.

Run away! Scam! The pretty photos of the suites with white carpet, light velvet headboards, clean white bathrooms, etc. are fake, they are the showcase of a hotel that is actually shabby! I booked 2 nights and 2 rooms at the Mayfair suites 33 Clarges Street (photo 1), the manager sent me a message the day before for the next day to explain that they had to change hotels and offered me the "little sister hotel" (photo 2) at Griffin Houses 10 Connaught St St George's Field: catastrophic! I refused. Having gone through Booking, rehousing was possible. Don't be fooled, it's a real scam.

Terrible. Black mold up the walls. I didn't even stay for all the days I booked for. I booked a hotel down the road because it was so dirty. Damp smelling room with black mold on the walls. I have asked the property for a partial refund for the days I didnt stay and they're ignoring me. Careful with this accommodation.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Awful, dreadful customer service. I booked the wrong date by accident, asked if i could cancel and they wouldn't allow me and wouldn't refund my £180 even though it was obviously a mistaken date. Nasty, profiteering and callous company who treat customers awfully

Great location! The room is spacious and very clean.
