The Chapter - Mayfair Residences in City of London, Westminster

The room is in a basement and there is no air conditioning. We were promised to move to another room and he did not believe us, so I give it only one star.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Chapter - Mayfair Residences and it was an exceptional experience. The location is prime, situated in the heart of Mayfair and within walking distance to some of London's most iconic landmarks. The apartment itself was spacious, modern and impeccably designed, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and a beautiful bedroom with a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I would highly recommend The Chapter - Mayfair Residences to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in London.

Amazing experience staying in chapter mayfair residence

Staff are very kind and professional. Although my reservation wan non refundable, they refund the full amount when I explained that I wasn’t aware that the bathroom is sharing with other rooms. Especially Ahmed was very kind and helpful.

Contrary to the negative reviews, we couldn't find anything like that. The welcome was very friendly, the house is clean and it smells really pleasant. We had a family room with 2 double beds, with a private bathroom just next to our room. There was a kettle with various types of tea available in the room. The beds were comfortable and clean, everyone had a large towel. The guesthouse is right in the middle of the action in the great Mayfair district of London. Overall, the price of 218 pounds for one night is justified.
