I am genuinely surprised by the amount of positive reviews as this specific Subway acts shady every single time I enter... I recently ordered a small sandwich when I was encouraged to go for a footlong. I was told not to worry about the price that it would not make difference. While I knew better there might be people who do not and if they agree to get a footlong sandwich they might be surprised by the extra costs... on other ocassion the staff inside offered extra cheese and ham to their customers. Only when they were paying they realised the extra ingredients came with extra costs... I understand that if you order something extra, you might be extra charged for it, but staff should be upfront and transparent about any costs. They should let customers know instead of misleading them or even lying to them...just avoid

Very small subway, little choice, not very clean and in a not very secure area...

Place that smells bad. Few seats. They have taken advantage of tourists who did not fully control the language, and have included more accessories to make them pay more. The sandwich cost 30 pounds, although the products look like they were taken from the River Thames. Even though they ask you if you want more accessories, they never talk about added prices. I stepped in a diaper full of poop on the floor.

A local trash. The place smells bad and the clerks are not polite at all. They have scammed us in the face, they have told us that they did not have the sandwiches that come on the menu, and they have made us the sandwich that you can create to measure. They have started to tell us more things to raise the price, for example, I said yes to the cheese and he gave me 3 different types to charge us more. £31 a sandwich made better by a disabled monkey, a scam. There was also a dirty diaper in the store.

To start with I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less, they ripped us off, they charged me 30 pounds because all they did was offer me a piece of meat and give me much more than I asked for without having warned me that they would charge us more, there was a diaper on the floor, it doesn't have a bathroom, the cook was very unfriendly, he just laughed every time he added more things knowing that he was going to charge us an exorbitant price, I wouldn't go back even if they forced me.

The place smells like a sewer. They have even taken the eyes out of our faces and Paki kept adding accessories to inflate the price. They gave us £40 worth of money and on top of that there is no bathroom and I have diarrhea. We have been served by a disabled person without papers who does not know how to speak and has not stopped saying things that no one has asked of him. We have also asked for a ticket to see how much each thing cost, and the Paki was so stupid that he gave me the receipt for the card payment and told me that the ticket is no longer available. PS: They don't know what chicken is, they gave me shitty tuna. It should also be noted that in the establishment there was a diaper which was clearly seen to have been used. Finally, we must make it clear that they had straws for us. In short, I want to leave.

I want to thank the staff today september 9. I just flew into London and it is freezing outside and they let me in and closed the door and gave me hot chocolate and kept me warm for a little bit. Thank you. But really London should have more enclosed heated shopping malls, so all travelers be aware of that fact. London only has open air train stations and open air shops that will freeze you to death. So thank you again for your help!

Since when is cheddar shedded mozzarella? I clearly asked for cheddar and they decided to put shredded mozzarella and charge me an extra 1£. If you are not able to hear the customer just repeat the order so there’s not confusion. Plus cheddar and mozzarella are 2 different words that don’t even sound similar. Do better 🤦

I ordered a sandwich with a cookie and a "free" drink marked 8 pounds and some on the posters I didn't order extra and ended up having to pay 17 pounds When I ask why, I'm told that's what I ordered Beware of tourists

So stingy with their salad portions. I also asked for double chicken and got less than a single portion from any other Subway. One to avoid.

Highly recommend to NOT seat inside as this place is hot and smelly Sit in the gardens next to it instead But if you do pay attention that you’re not allowed to go out and refill your drink… Sub was ok but pretty dull. Ingredients looked old and not fresh.

Be very careful ordering food from this Subway. Yesterday, I ordered a foot long sub & was asked if I wanted extra cheese & meatballs. I said "Yes" & thought nothing more about it. However, when I got to the till they had charged me an another £5 pounds. When I queried this with the cashier she said it was because I'd asked for extra cheese & meatballs. I explained that this wasn't the case & that they'd been offered to me. No mention of extra cost was ever mentioned & nor could I see any mention of if on their menu. I asked to speak to the manager & comically this was the lady who had asked if I wanted extra cheese & meatballs. I asked why she hadn't explained that there was a cost implication & she shrugged her shoulders & directed me to the Subway website. Although , the actual explanation is a bit longer winded than that! Looking at other reviews this has happened before. So quite clearly some thought has gone into this. Ripping off customers doesn't portray this outlet or subway in a good light. I wouldn't have given it any stars but Google doesn't allow this.

This subway was the best in London. When i was back from my work most of the time i visited this store. This store food is so good and fresh.This store is also busy. When i am visiting this store i always meet with a staff member named Mahbub. He is super first with best customer service. I suggest everyone if you visit this area go to this store.
